I contacted Christopher over the phone based on his excellent reviews and set up an appointment and from that point forward I was extremely impressed with Christopher's communication, honesty, product knowledge and professionalism. On the second contact both my daughter and her husband were able to be there and they too were very impressed and satisfied and they purchased the vehicle. Christopher is very detailed to make sure all steps of the purchase and delivery process were completed including a tour of the dealership service department and introduction with the Service Manager and Service Advisor. All other employees we encountered at the dealership were also very friendly and efficient - finance, sales manager, cashier and other sales staff. Let me just start off by saying.....I have never met a more patient man/salesman than MOSHI!!!! This was my first ever car buying experience at a dealership and the anxiety was real. But no one else I would have rather had as a product specialist, than Moshi. Words cannot even begin to express my appreciation for his services. Not to mention, he's very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicle systems. I HAVE OWNED 5 ELECTRIC VEHICLES , SO FAR , STARTING MY JOURNEY WITH A CHEVROLET BOLT [ 2023 ] . THEN A VERY DIFERENT SORT OF TOYOTA BZ4X. IT WAS POOR ON CHARGED , MILEAGE.BUT VERY COMFORTABLE TO SAY THE LEAST. THEN A TESLA ELCHEAPO ; FOLOWED BY 3 CHEVROLET EQUINOXES, AND YET ANOTHER STRANGE TOYOTA BATTERY HYBRID AND FORGOT ITS MODEL NAME . ONLY BUY THE EQUINOX RS MODEL As THE AWD CLOTH INTERIOR HAS NOT MUCH KICK
