When I walked into the dealer, Paul was the first person to welcome me and he was so nice, not aggressive at all and soft spoken. Normally you get over the top aggressive salesman that make you feel so uncomfortable when you are car shopping but he was the total opposite and I was so pleased to work with him. The whole process was wonderful and I will definitely return to him for future purchases.

Sam was so genuine and real. He made my experience so easy and exciting. Everyone says how dreadful car buying can be but this dealership made it so simple! I couldn't be more grateful. There were a couple things wrong with the car but Sam said he would fix the issues right away. Claudia is just the best. She makes you feel so comfortable and has a great sense of humor. Definitely, reccomend giving them a shot!

From the moment I walked through the doorway, Wilkins was a dream come true. Ed Chwal got the pricing I wanted and the entire deal signed, sealed and delivered in a few short hours. Ed was nothing short of incredible. If I could give him alone five stars I would. He walked me through every step and made me feel extremely confident about my purchase. He not only showed me how to use each and every aspect of the interior, but also showed me how to maintain the exterior. Ed's knowledge of the vehicle and the process were astounding. I have never felt better about buying anything. He also went out of his way to secure an accessory that I really wanted. I was a little put off by the fact that they were going to send me off without a copy of my multipoint inspection. When I brought it to the attention of the two service providers, they confirmed the only thing that came up was the three services (spark plugs, fuel injector, coolant flush) that they had told me about. Regardless, I wanted a copy of it for my records should anything happen or come up. Instead of asking the tech for it, the female service advisor just grabbed a blank one and marked everything 'green.' How do I know at that point that the inspection was even done? Quite frankly, this is the second dealership I've visited, and after countless issues with Kia overall, I am thankful my car is paid off and I will never get another one again.

I had a very pleasant experience at Webb Hyundai. I was greeted at the door by Dave Cox and several hours later left with my dream car. Dave was pleasant, knowledgeable about the cars he showed me and most of all, Dave never made me uncomfortable with a hard sell attitude. Dave and the dealership worked hard to reach a price point that I was agreeable with and offered a number of perks to complete the deal. I would highly recommend Webb Hyundai and especially Dave Cox if you are interested in buying a car.
I dealt with Joe in the service department. Joe was very accommodative for my wishes. I had scratches on my right front wheel. Joe was able to find someone to repair it. My only feedback on the repair was that it was slightly more than Joe originally quoted ($200 vs. $175). Also, which was nice, he suggested I come back in the spring to re-do the wheel and an extra wheel if needed. However, I didn't see any record of that accommodation on my sales receipt. Obviously my concern is when I call in the spring, will this repair still be honored. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and the ability to have a loner (GLC which my wife is interested in).
