Performance Toyota review
Our sales person, Jacob, was very pleasant and knowledgeable beyond his youthful age. We purchased a used 2018 RAV4. I like to haggle, so it took some time to negotiate a price that we were comfortable with. All the employees from Performance Toyota were pleasant and easy to talk with. From our sales person Jacob, to Sterling and Matt in the finance department we felt almost like family. An overall great experience.

Applied online. After one phone call my sales representative called me back went and test drove my new bronco sport. Was a bit in the fence about opening a new loan and the rep was amazing no pressure. I went and had lunch came back and decided to do it. Was in and out in 20 minutes everyone was so nice and took so much care of me. From now on my cars only come from Kerry ford.

I had to take a car back due to unforeseen circumstances on my side and it was easy as they helped me to find something more affordable and reliable in my price range. I took the current vehicle to my mechanic and not a issue at all. I have been working with Daniel Ross for months to find something and he is amazing and treats folks as he would wish to be treated. Please go see him you will not regret this choice. Thanks Daniel!
2024 Chevrolet Malibu review
I am extremely pleased with my Chevy Malibu RS. It has cloth seats, interior black. Outside is gray. I am very comfortable with driving and it manages the road well. when we had rain (finally) the roads were slick but I could feel the steady control of the anti skid. It is a car you and trust and feel safe in, much more so than the smaller cars. You can comfortably seat 5 and you don't have to ride with your knees up to your chin.

Car needed new front brakes; so visit was long and expensive. Staff were helpful and friendly, even allowing me to store some perishable items in the refrigerator. One of the advisors raised the inward bound door so that I could pull out, which was a blessing because there were so many things I could have hit backing up.
2024 Chevrolet Malibu review
This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

Maggie was great to work with!!! She was very responsive and helpful, very knowledgeable, polite, informative, and was able to help me in every step of the process. Maggie greeted me right away so I had little wait time to get my questions answered. She was a very good listener, answered all my questions, and worked to get me what I needed and I never felt like I was being pushed to make a decision. The few hours I was there went by quickly because of her stories and hospitality. The Used Car Manager Robert was quick to work with me and the Finance Manager Justin had the paperwork quickly in order. Would definitely consider doing business again with White Allen in the future.

Great team and fair prices. Got me through the whole process fast and hassle free
2024 Chevrolet Malibu review
liding into your 2024 Chevy Malibu feels like stepping into a space that finally matches your pace—smooth, confident, and grown. The first thing you notice is how quiet it is. The cabin wraps around you like it’s intentionally shutting out the noise of the world so you can breathe for a second. Once you hit the road, the Malibu doesn’t rush you. It glides. The steering feels light but controlled, and the acceleration is steady enough that you feel in command without ever needing to push. There’s a sense of ease—like the car is working with you, not against you. The tech is intuitive, too. Your music connects without a fight, the screen responds without lag, and everything is exactly where your hands expect it to be. It gives you that little spark of “okay, this is mine” every time you start it up. And the ride? Smooth. Predictable. Comfortable. Whether you’re cruising through Rancho or hopping on the freeway, the Malibu holds its own. It feels reliable in a way that lets your shoulders drop a little. It’s not just a new car—it’s a reset. A reminder that you deserve something that makes your day feel a little easier, a little calmer, and a lot more yours.

My last visit was for a scheduled oil change. It was done on time and complete one comment though I also had a check engine light. I thought I would be handed off to the diagnostic side, but instead, I was checked out.

They really did a great job getting me in the right car I wanted. Staff was excellent. Steve Bowling was extremely helpful and explained all the features of my new Trax.
2024 Chevrolet Malibu review
The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.

Robert my salesman was incredible in helping me. Took his time out of multiple days to make sure that my experience was everything it needed to be… I honestly have never had such good service from a dealership before. I was in a bad situation with my old car and they acted out of good faith to help me get into a new car safe for my child and I, even with not the greatest credit score! I appreciate this dealership more than you’ll ever know and we will be back for future cars !!

I would like to say this was my first car experience and it could not have been any better. Sade was awesome to work with. She knew what she was doing, she knew what I was looking for and worked to get that vehicle for me. I would recommend her. She is very motivated and you can tell she loves her job.

CarMax Lithia Springs review
I had amazing Fast Pace experience even though it took me 3 days to get my car due to My inability to provide the documents they needed.however going on the lot getting pre-approved over the phone walking in and walking out with my vehicle was the easiest process I've ever faced. John was very helpful and Adrian was the greatest he worked with me every step of the way and he made sure I drove off the lot with the car i wanted. Even more so when I didn't even think or believe they can get me financed and not to mention they put a bow on the car I felt very special and the customer service made me feel very confident I am so grateful for you guys thank you so much CarMax!!!!!!!!!
