I came in to buy a new car after my old one broke down on me in Monroe. I was only supposed to be in Athens for a day and in turned into two. Tahir helped me pick out the perfect car for me, completely new, little down payment, and great interest rate! The process was so fast, I didn't even realize we were done. The longest part was waiting for it to be detailed at the end. (There was a massive truck in front of me, so it took a minute). If I had to do it again (hopefully not for a while), I would make the trip out to Athens. It's worth great service with a non-pushy salesman.
I am disappointed in the lack of storage space in the front seats. The paint scratches easily. Future designs should include a place to put a box of tissue and other necessities. The glove compartment is too small. The car is very comfortable and I really like it other than storage and paint.
I had the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service that I have encountered in a long time with any car dealership. The staff was friendly, I did not have to wait a very long and they knew exactly what they were doing. I will definitely be a long time customer with this dealership.
Chris and josh were amazing. They got a deal done that couldn't be done at other chevy dealers. There goal is to make sure the customer leaves satisfied. My wife was overcome with joy when they said we're going to make sure you leave here with what you want. As a businessman I understand that when a customer comes into your establishment to do business make sure you do everything "within reason" to get the deal done because when they leave, your competitor will do everything they can not let them walk ot the door without a deal and what would have been your review and referrals.

Nash Chevrolet has the best employees from the Sales Department to Financing. I recommend this dealership to anyone. Dean was my Sales Representative and he helped me through the entire process and was able to give me options that was in my price range. Ben was also helpful as well with getting me the best price I could afford. Irene took her time to properly review the paper work with me and made sure I understood everything I was signing. Well as a person who swore to never buy from a used car dealer and a no haggle dealer I decided to eat some crow and it was delicious. I did a lot of research on the car I wanted to buy and pricing. I wasn't getting prices I wanted in my area but I found a 2013 Ford Taurus at this dealer 3.5 hours away from my home. Price was good and after a few emails back and forth I decided it was worth the drive to see it. Even though my salesman (Josh) was a novice he did a very good job and I didn't feel pressured at all when I got there. I couldn't find the same car for a better price and they treated me very well. His manager (Eric) made sure everything was going well and the paper work was super quick. They even talked me into a basic warranty which I probably didn't need but it will make me fell better for the next 2 years. Josh just needs to learn a little more about the cars he is selling (I actually knew a lot more about it, but I am a car guy) and he will do well in this business. I did miss the haggling but I did get a nice key chain! WIN!!!! I love my car and I am glad I made the 7 hour journey. Thanks guys!
There was no hard sell or pressure to buy. Salesman was knowledgeable about the vehicle and financing options. The whole process was very efficient. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again.

Both the sales man (Paul Sangeudolce) and the finance person (Magdalena Babiarz) were very tentative & helped our mother who is 74 years old get herself a new car. They both spend time with her and explained everything instead of just getting her to buy a car then get her out the door. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!
