My previous review of Phillips Chevrolet was not a good one, I was new to this rating app and didn't realize that I had only given them one star. BUT THAT WAS DEFINITELY A MISTAKE!!! As a matter of fact, I'm driving a car that I purchased from them earlier this year (Chevy Malibu) and I do plan to go back in February for another car. They are absolutely THE dealership I would send my family and friends to buy a car! Please visit them soon for all of your car buying needs!
I would highly recommend Eric Pickett and Donna Lee for sales if you're looking for a Chevy or any other used vehicle. Eric is not pushy, has a calm demeanor, & has great product knowledge. If you have questions about how to operate your vehicle, he will find the answers. Soooo helpful, & truly appreciated. Donna has a great personality as well as great product knowledge as well. One thing that stood out about her is that she truly cares and will be there for you in each step of the process from beginning to end. That???s real dedication! I would also like to mention that it was a pleasure working with Henry King and Robert Noer. Great personalities and god people overall. Everyone is like a family there. I dislike the car buying process ...but all of these individuals just made it easy. I also appreciated James Major and Mr. King caring about what it would take to make me feel completely satisfied. Staff (Philip) was extremely helpful. I went in not expecting much, but left feeling as if they understood what I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend. Their financing was quick and there were no strong-arm tactics which I very much appreciated!
After the service engine light lit & checking with On-Star, I was advised of an emission system issue. When I took the still under warranty vehicle to the Dealership Service Dept., I was advised the vehicle was unsafe to drive. Lisa the Service Advisor was told of our scheduled out-of-state trip. she advised me the replacement required, the wiring harness may take weeks to receive and install. The Dealership went out of its way to provide a loaner and our original p[ans did not have to be altered. In total the problem took 19 days to correct. Lisa called and kept me informed as to the repair progress thru-out the period and reassuring me that everything was taken care of and the vehicle would be ready upon our return. It was ready for pick-up on our return with just a couple signatures required. This was the fourth SUV I'd purchased from Mike Anderson and service like this is the reason I will keep going back.
Carl Weatherspoon was amazing in taking care of my needs and making sure the air conditioning unit and media screen was taken care of properly, in a timely manner and not too much of an expense from my own pocket . He made my experience great!

I had a great experience with Kenneth Barnes as my dealer. He was very knowledgeable and patient in the process of me getting the car I wanted. Definitely ask for him when you go to Webb Chevrolet in Oak Lawn. I was there for 5 hrs and he didn't complain or disappear on me, which let's me know he was dedicated to helping find the best option for me. Thanks again Kenneth!
When I walked into the dealer, Paul was the first person to welcome me and he was so nice, not aggressive at all and soft spoken. Normally you get over the top aggressive salesman that make you feel so uncomfortable when you are car shopping but he was the total opposite and I was so pleased to work with him. The whole process was wonderful and I will definitely return to him for future purchases.
The service advisor was through and tended to my service needs with interest in making sure I understood what was needed. I'm confident that should I require additional service the treatment will be acceptable.
In November, 2008 gentleman totaled my car in Oak Park, Illinois. In November, 2018 an uninsured teen without permission to drive her sister???s vehicle totaled my car in front of my home. Both times, my totaled vehicle was towed to Currie Motors! Both times, with Christmas around the corner, I had not a dime - nothing to call mine but my paid off, totaled vehicle. Both times, gentleman at Currie Motors blessed me with a vehicle. I have another Impala thanks to Dred going to bat for me and pleading my case.

I had prearranged to meet Mr. Joe Hammer (sales) on the morning on which my car was in for service. He came in early to meet me, and gave me all the time I needed to be fully versed about the car I am interested in. I learned a lot and greatly appreciated all the consideration. He gave me lots to think about! I've decided to keep my current Chevy a while longer, but wanted to praise Mr. Hammer for everything he did for me. I will definitely look forward to working with him in the future when I am ready to buy. Separately, Sales Manager, Joe Bolkovitz is absolutely fabulous. He has helped me with multiple car purchases over the years and is the person I look forward to connecting with when it comes to a car purchase. He knows everything and makes the effort to follow through with his customers. A truly nice and professional fellow. My hat is off to these two gents. My the way, there are other people at Currie named Joe, so make sure you are talking to the right person!
I absolutely LOVE my new 2018 Chevy Malibu. Dmitri Kostyuk and Rolando Deluna were awesome!! I had a 2016 Malibu that I had WON as part of the NWI Times & Chevy Dealers contest. I was devastated when a young girl plowed into my car while my 18 year old daughter was driving it. (Her and her friends came out with only minor scratches - best car ever in safety features!!) I didn't want to have to replace it and end up having to put additional dollars towards it over what the insurance settlement provided. I found a 2018 demo that allowed me to purchase this car dollar for dollar from insurance money. I looked at other vehicles in my price range and nothing compared to this. This is my third Malibu, and I love it! Thank you Demtri and Rolando! I came from Griffith to get this car and it was worth the drive !
My experience was great like always. Nice people, clean interiors, professional service. There are short lunea for repairs, you can make an appointment. I love Chevy app.the mist
