Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing review
Everyone in Phillips Chevy service department in Lansing, Illinois did an excellent job helping me get my car repaired. From the receptionists, to the service advisors, and the technicians as well as the courtesy drivers, all were kind, courteous, and professional. And the cost was fair. I will continue to go to them and will recommend them to others. Sincerely, Rodney D Jordan

Great service. Excellent seller Jorge Rodriguez helped us with all our needs. He's a great representative! They offer a nice discount and a great APR for the loan in our truck.
2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I have a 2020 1500 RST with the 5.3 engine and 8 speed transmission. My truck now has 67,000 miles. The acceleration is outstanding and smooth from gears 3-8. Probably could use more torque for gears 1-2, but not weak by any means. I have had no mechanical problems outside of the clunking rear suspension which was fixed by retorqueing the rear leaf spring suspension bolts. Other than that minor issue, it has been very reliable. I have heard these transmissions have had issues, but nothing that has caused issues for me. It has the 60-70 MPH shutter that is common to these transmissions, but I have learned how to drive to avoid the shutter, as I did with my 2011 1500. Overall pretty satisfied at this point. Comfort and amenities could be better for the front seats for the price, but I bought it knowing that. FYI my front brakes at this point are still 50%, and I have invested very little outside of a few fluid exchanges and routine maintenance. Excellent fuel mileage: 20 mpg with 50% highway vs city driving.

Zeigler Cadillac of Lincolnwood review
The staff here is tremendous! Not a single staff member walked by without acknowledging my wife or I. These guys know how to make someone feel welcomed here, the stigma of having a car salesman be pushy doesn’t exist here! Our sales man David Escobar helped us find the perfect suv and worked the perfect deal. Can not say enough good things about him, worked through everything, explained everything thoroughly and then some! Bottom line if you’re looking for a new vehicle and don’t want to deal with the drama this is your place to be without question.
2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 and simply love my truck. It now has 110,000 miles and the only repairs I needed were a water pump under warranty at 99,000 miles and brake system that needed to be upgraded. It's comfortable and drives like a car. This is my 6th Silverado truck. You can't go wrong.

2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
For context, I don’t buy new vehicles often. My last truck was a 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500 LS. I drove it 22 years and put over 200,000 miles on it. It was a great truck, so I wanted to replace it with another one. In late November, I purchased a 2024 Silverado 1500 LTZ with all the bells and whistles and I couldn’t be happier with a vehicle. It looks fantastic, Summit White, crew cab with short bed and 20” wheels have it sitting at the perfect height. Inside there is plenty of headroom for 6 ft plus people. The seats are super comfortable and it drives and rides fabulously. The interior is amazing. My wife, who generally doesn’t care much for trucks raves about it every time she sits in it. She says she can’t believe how comfortable it is and wants to take trips in it. If there is anything I have to say that is a bit negative is how the 10 speed transmission works at slow speeds. At times, I experience a sort of surging with it. The truck apparently “learns” your driving habits, so that may have something to do with it. Otherwise, I really enjoy everything about it. Looking for another 20 years with it!:)

What I am most satisfied with is its color. This matte silver color is matched with silver wheels, which is really unique. The matte texture is very good, and the personality is low-key but full of connotation. I just like not to follow the crowd.

Chevy has been in the family for over years. I Love my truck.. I gave a second chance buying Chevrolet. My other vehicle was a Tahoe. And the transmission went out. So I decided to give it a second chance. Guess what my transmission went out on this one two.. Chevrolet should make a recall it's very scare and unsafe when truck just wants to go reverse.

2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

Quick and easy they got me approved and gave me all the numbers before I went to see the car. Vehicle was in great condition they provided inspection report of when the vehicle got inspected and even provided the carfax where other dealer don’t. I will recommend everybody to buy a car from idrive and will definitely be back.
2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I took my Chevy Silverado in for a check engine light with no appointment and Melvin Thomas III greeted me and documented my concerns to have my vehicle inspected. Retrieved my vehicle the same day with all concerns addressed. I will definitely return to see my new advisor Mr. Melvin.

Service was done quickly and thoroughly. I was pleased to see the service rep. mention my GM points to see if I could get any discount on my new wipers. And, yes there was a notable discount. Thanks for that! Service department employees were all very nice, conversational and professional.
2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I recently purchased a 2026 Chevy Silverado LT Z71 Crew Cab Trail Boss, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The truck looks incredible, rides smoothly, and has all the power and capability I was looking for. If you’re considering a new truck, I highly recommend the 2026 Silverado LT Z71 Crew Cab Trail Boss.

Dropped in to see what kind of cars were available I was interested and trading my truck. I was greeted by a young man by the name of Eric King. Mr.King customer service was exceptional he was very helpful he was very informative and straight forward I did not feel like I wasted time there I left with so much information that will help me when I'm ready to trade. Mr.King was not just trying to sale a car and get me out the door he was patient and very understanding and making sure I understood the process. That's customer service something you don't see much of these days. I would refer him to my family and friends who are looking to buy a car. Thank you again Mr.King the best experience I have had at car dealership.

Bought a used car with Ulises. Fast service, easy to work with, responsive to issues. Fastest used car purchase I’ve ever had - EVER.
2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I recently found a oil leak earlier on the engine oil cooling lines. It took a couple of days to find the parts to fix it. It seems the there were 3 dealers in the area that had the part but they were already designated for other pickups with the same problem. This being said I believe GM is aware of the problem and should take responsibility for the cost encured for repairs.

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.
