As a customer of Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington for around seven years now, I can report that in all that time I've never had a negative experience with Sales or Service. I don't know what else there is to say. The people are all friendly and service oriented. The only complaint I could muster up is the parking is tight. I feel for the staff having to maneuver vehicles there. They make it work, though and really, the experience us about the people and the relationships built. A+ to all the staff.
Second time leasing an Acadia Denali from Moore GMC. Buying process was easy and pricing is right on the mark...Dealership is a bit of a throw back with the warmth of a family run business mixed with today's high tech world. Dealership staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a another enjoyable and smooth buying experience dealing with Jolene and Kendra on the business side, Dave in sales and Charlie in service. They truly take the stress out of the buying a new vehicle.
Jimmy was a pleasure to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a car for my son and when I picked it Jimmy told me to send my son down to see him so he could go over the car with him and help him set up his phone.
I recently purchased a 2016 Chevy Trax. I bought my last two vehicles here also. This recent experience was by far the most exceptional. I was greeted by Isaac Hernandez. Buying a new car is intimidating so say the least, but Isaac helped to make the process straightforward. He was friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Based on questions he asked about what I was looking for, he found the perfect little car for me. In no time at all, we had a deal I was happy with. He was available whenever I needed, answered all of my many questions, was professional, kind, patient, courteous and very knowledgeable. From choosing my vehicle to driving it off, Isaac helped to make the process stress free and worry free. I received excellent customer service. He took the time to go over every aspect of the vehicle, its buttons and how to use them. He followed up with me a few days later and assured me if I had any questions or concerns to call on him. Isaac is an asset to Lannan Chevrolet with his knowledge, demeanor and enthusiasm for his work. It was a pleasure to do business with him.
I originally did my on research online about Equinox pricing to determine my offer in advance. Contacted Lannan online and 3 other local Chevy dealers. Kristin contacted me immediately and she clarified the Black Friday deals better than any of the other dealers. Spoke with Marty a couple of times and we agreed to an offer over the phone rather quickly. Went to the dealership on Monday 11/26 for my daughter to test drive the vehicle and Elliott was very helpful. Agreed to purchase the car after the test drive and picked up the vehicle the next day, Tuesday, 11/27. The smoothest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Thanks Lannan!
Our salesman for buying an EV was Anthony Masone, ultra-competent, non-pressuring, a deft guide throughout the process, not to mention highly affable. And offered candy at his desk to boot! Thanks, Tony, for all your help, leading to a happy ending: a beautiful, brandnew EV (Chevrolet Bolt).

I don't even live in New Hampshire state. I was visiting a friend of mine, for a birthday party & since I was in the market for a Accord ; my friend suggested we take a quick look at the dealership that was just two miles from his place. I was greeted by one of the managers & handed over to Mike. From the beginning he was very open about the pricing & what he can sell the car for. The fact of the matter is he called on the phone another dealer I had seen earlier, to compare the charges with me listing in, never seen anyone do that before. If you known what exactly you want & have a fair price in mind, my two cents is these guy will most of the time meet it or beat it. Thanks Mike for all the help. Happy Holidays to you & your family.
Buying a car can certainly be a hassle, but my husband and I had a great experience @ Prime. Our salesman, Phelan, worked hard to get us the vehicle we wanted at a price we were happy with. He responded to our questions via text and email promptly and was extremely personable, even agreeing to a Fortnite danceoff with my 9 year-old. Although we live over an hour away from the dealership, we will certainly look to Prime when purchasing our next vehicle.
Purchased used GMC Terrain. Very pleased with vehicle ,Sales Staff and the buying process.
I wanted a little more for my trade in but it was a great experience otherwise.
