I was referred to Autoland from actually another dealer. I was looking for a truck and they had no only 1 truck for sale. I went on Autoland's website and they had several trucks. I was looking for a Ford but ending up with a Sharp Dodge Ram. The color was what impressed me it was the nicest blue I have seen on a truck. The Salesman was polite and not pushy. Overall a good experience and I would recommend the dealer
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
This was by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had. The salesman Matt was amazing!! Not pushy or over bearing. He ran around the lot for me, pulling up two and three used cars for me to test drive...he certainly broke a sweat trying to find a car that I was happy with and he did just that. He had all the paperwork ready to go for me when I got there to complete the purchase. There were no hidden numbers or fees...he told me what the payments would be and they ended up being just that. Greg in finance was super pleasant and made things go easily and smoothly...all I had to do was sign. He was personable and very knowledgable. Kim from the insurance department transferred my insurance for me and dealt with the whole process of retrieving the binder. She even shopped around for Home and auto insurance for me to see if she could get me a better deal! I have nothing bad to say about this dealership at all.
Raul was very helpful and did not pressure me into buying a car that wasn???t for me! I am not a car person and he new exactly what kind of car I wanted. I highly recommend going in and asking for him!
You always are worried when you walk into a dealership. I traveled 70 miles for the car I bought. Drew my salesperson made the process quick and easy. The price was what I was quoted. Left the same day with my Sierra. Great experience just wish they were a little closer.
This is my second vehicle purchased from Imperial Chevy and given the professional, courteous and exceptionally accommodating salesman, Jazz Kelley. He was kind, easy to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful who clearly knows his business, I will most certainly be back again for my next truck. I have all my vehicles maintained here and look forward to continuing that service with my new Yukon.
My Husband and I had stopped by Cargill Chevy late Saturday evening during Memorial Day weekend to check out an suv we were very interested in. We didn’t really expect to make a purchase right away but as soon as we saw the Audi SQ5 in person - for a great price, we just had to have it. Our sales guy, Jason H. was very patient and helpful. He had made the process very “pain free” and there was no pressure at all towards purchasing the vehicle, and also we love how everyone was very laid back there. This was the BEST experience I’ve had from the second I emailed them until the moment the car was delivered to my driveway registered with a sticker, car wash, and a full tank of gas! My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! My experience with Stamas has been more than just a good one, this dealership and the Family that works to keep it moving forward have treated me more the fair.. No bull$***.. The entire finance process did take some time and more importantly they beat the finance offers of two other lenders, I was told they would and they did.. There was an issue with the radiator and line that I was concerned about , I was instructed to bring in and they would diagnose it for me.. To make a long story short everything was taken care of in a timely way and my 2009 silverado 1500 is running well.. Thanks to the entire STAMAS team .... DP
