2019 Chevrolet Tahoe review
2019 model year Tahoe purchased brand new from dealership in 2018. I have put almost 50,000 miles on it. In 6 years and 50,000 miles as of April, 2024, I have not had one single issue with it. The only maintenance it has required are the regular oil changes with Mobil 1. Furthermore, I live in the north where they throw salt everywhere in the winter which tends to promote corrosion. There's not a spot of rust on this vehicle's body. there's no paint bubbling from underlying rust either. I do my own oil changes and the underbody has slight surface corrosion here and there but nothing that makes me want to get rid of the vehicle. I am very happy with this vehicle thus far and would not be inclined to trade it in for a newer vehicle at this time, especially since I have 50,000 miles to go on the hundred thousand mile extended warranty provided through the dealership.

I had a particular vehicle that I was searching for (a white 2017 Ford Explorer Sport) and had visited 8 dealerships over a span of about 1.5 months. I wanted low mileage, with a clean interior and exterior - but I also wanted a fair price. Being that it was the end of 2020, it was harder to find this, as most of the 2017 leases were bought up earlier in the year. I went into the searching and buying process expecting honest, professional, and respectful service. I'll share that dealing with all those other dealerships was frustrating and wore on my patience, but definitely helped me feel confident in my decision to do business with Vachon GMC Cadillac! Jim (sales) and Mike (manager) were fantastic. Jim was really friendly and took the edge off the buying process with his conversation. He was honest (admitted that he obviously wanted to make the sale) but didn't apply a lot of pressure and kept it respectful. Not once did he "honey" or "sweetie" me, or act like I was being too picky. When I took it for a test drive, I noted that it didn't sound like it should - that something didn't feel right. They brought it right into the shop to check it out and figured out that one of the tires was slightly unbalanced. They had me take it for another drive after that and it drove like a dream. I pointed out that it looked like one of the roof rails needed a fix and they immediately submitted an order to replace the part. On the day that we came to pick up the vehicle, there was now a chip in the windshield, so they made an appointment for me to come back in a week to have the windshield fixed and the roof rail replaced. Everything was handled perfectly and for the first time in my life, I LOVE my vehicle!! Very pleased with my purchase and my experience at this dealership. 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe review
I needed a vehicle to accommodate my 5 grandchildren. The WIFI is a must for school pickups, and traveling. The safety features exceeded my expectations. Safety comes first, it's my upmost priority. However, the luggage accommodation could be improved. That's definitely not a deal breaker for me. I learned to use the top rack and add a trailer for luggage. The Onstar features gives me more confidence when on the road. I love it.

2025 Chevrolet Tahoe review
Drives like by last one, a 2015. Only I went with high country 6.2 v8. Man, it has some horses! Many enhanced safety features a comparability with google, Apple car play and android. So much to learn! The expansive 17” menu system and the customizable DIC will probably take me a tank of gas just learning it. But it’s SO.MUCH.FUN!

2022 Chevrolet Tahoe review
My 2022 RST w/ the 6.2 and 22" all black rims is a head turner. I traded a 2021 BMW X7 because my teens needed more leg room behind their 6'2" dad. What I gave up in luxury, I gained in good ole Merica v-8 Detroit rumble. The utility of this SUV is 2nd to none. Build quality in Merica is back. Thanks GM the bailout was well worth it.

2015 Chevrolet Tahoe review
Bought my 2015 Tahoe new, 124,000 miles later no major problems with normal maintenance. Annoying interior lights flicker when brakes depressed, replaced front ball joints. Overall great truck, car must have built on a Wednsday.

2020 Chevrolet Tahoe review
My 2020 Tahoe has been pretty much trouble free. It is very comfortable and very nice to drive. It gets very good gas mileage for its size too. 21mpg in the city and 26mpg on the highway. I would definitely buy another one.

2025 Chevrolet Tahoe review
I’ve owned 2025 Z71 vehicle for only a month. I was able to purchase below MRSP. It’s fun to drive and has been problem free (so far). There is more than enough power, and the Z71 has a very nice look to it. The newer interior is worth the effort compared to the 24 Tahoe. I do wish the leather seats were nicer, or at least had better options.

2022 Chevrolet Tahoe review
I traded my 2021 BMW M8 Competition. What a change! I love the fact that my RST is Dark Ash Grey with little hue of purple in direct sunlight. Absolutely stunning. Performance when needed, can haul whole family in comfort, amenities and useful space, nice not too flashy styling with 22" black rims, and most importantly, I can put regular unleaded at any gas station! Long way Chevrolet have come with Tahoe. Great improvement in reliability and styling. I prefer this over GMW Yukon or Cadillac Escalade.

2023 Chevrolet Tahoe review
Very stylish with a lot of power. Sits up high and floats like a cloud on the highway (22" wheels). I like that the seats fold down completely for the third row. Haven't tried the second row (owned only two weeks so far). Only things I miss are a navigation system and seat warmers. Otherwise, the multi-level controls for the heat can suffice fine. Many technical upgrades I have yet figured out how to use. Costs twice as much as the Tahoe I bought in 2012 oddly enough. Probably the engine and tech upgrades helped that.

We purchased A used vehicle from Metrowest Acura. The car was in our price range and priced below most other dealerships. The frustrating thing was the complicated way we had to purchase the vehicle. We drove from out of state 3 hours One way. The deal ship knew we were coming but did not inform us the person to complete the paperwork for our purchase wasn’t working that day so we had to drive the 3 hours again to sign the papers needed to purchase the vehicle. Again on this second visit the person who signs off the title was not in the office so we didn’t get all the paperwork needed and it took them a few dats to send the papers in the mail. We brought transfer plates from our state on the second visit to drive the car home. Most of these headaches could be avoided if Massachusetts allowed dealers to give out temporary plates. All in all we like our purchase just not the extra drives and waiting to actually call the car our own.

2023 Chevrolet Tahoe review
This is the third Tahoe I've purchased. My first was an '07 and I loved it. Second was a 15 and I hated it. This one is a 23 and I once again love myTahoe!! I love the new look of the body - that was one thing I never could say I loved about the 15. I was highly concerned about buying a "COVID car" because I had so many issues with the 15 that never should have happened so I couldn't imagine how COVID would affect things. I only have 6,000 mi on it so far but, absolutely no problems and only praises. Love the longer body and the fact that the second row captain's chairs can move. I love these 22-in rims more than any of the other rims that have been available on the Tahoe since 07 when I bought my first one. It does sit taller than the old ones so it takes a little getting used to. I have very long legs but now I have to use the running board when I get in and out but, I definitely like setting up taller in traffic. I know it comes with the territory owning a big four-wheel drive vehicle but, I do hate the gas mileage. I tow a 22 ft open trailer with a car on it and you'd never know it was back there. The Tahoe handles it beautifully
