I got this SUV a few weeks ago, and I came from a Kia. A lot of reviews made me super nervous, but so far so good. I’ll update this as time goes of course. I have the LT model, and it feels so bulky and nice compared to my Kia.

This is my 2nd time being here and I was treated the very same way as the first time. With respect, promptness, honesty and great customer service from start to finish. Caitlyn, my service consultant, was professional and caring throughout the process and stayed in contact with updates. The repairs, which were extensive, were absolutely necessary and completed in a timely fashion. Further courtesies were extended with the service department understanding the need to receive my car back with repairs completed by a reasonable time period. And again, I was offered transportation to take me home if needed or to pick me up from my home if needed to get the car once the repairs were completed. Additional concerns unrelated to the repairs were addressed promptly by the Asst. Service Manager John Pool and his ongoing assistance is appreciated as well as his professionalism.

I bought 2021 Trailblazer LT AWD brand new when it first came out, prolly one of the first here in SoCal. Had it for almost 2 years, and this thing still drives like new. Smooth, quick, techie, super fun to drive. Gas mileage is better then most cars out on the road. The 3 cylinder turbo engine can go! I’ve owned many cars in my life, I would have to say this is the best overall in terms of styling, efficiency, driving pleasure. Oh yea, and I take it up to Big Bear mountains every week up the windy road, and it excels! This car badass.

Got a pretty good lease on a 2021 very noticeable blue Fwd. RS. Almost 20k miles on it already and has performed great so far. Gas milage is good, and as someone wrote in an early review, the vehicle is deceivingly all around quick. I'm most likely going to purchase it, at the end of the lease.

In all the years I've been buying cars, I've never had such a pleasant experience. Mark was kind and took time to explain everything and worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted. Bought a Trailblazer LS new in May 2021 (had it for 14 months) and love it. Surprisingly fun to drive for such a small engine - both in town and on the highway. Great tech for the price range. Haven't had a single problem with it - only been in the shop for oil changes.

my overall experience was a good one the communication with Mr. battles was great he kept me informed about when the SUV I selected would arrive from Korea. he took the time to show all the options that I had to choose from. I was able to purchase the SUV that day and drove it to work that day. Awsome'

I worked with Jeremy on Friday, he showed me a 2014 f150 Lariat. Beautiful truck, I ended up going a different direction, but Jeremy was great. The truck was due to get new tires put on when I arrived, he allowed me to test drive it first and then rushed to get the new tires on before we went further. Seemed like a great guy, no pressure.

I received exceptional customer service care and felt staff, Roxanne, in particular, went out of their way to take care of me, when it was an incredibly bad time for me personally/professionally to need servicing of my vehicle, but they expedited the process, kept me informed and went above and beyond to try to get me back up and running.

The service writer who took care of my auto problem took care of my current problem and also went out of her way to help me resolve a previous problem. I truly appreciate her help to right a wrong.

I called at 8:30 am for an engine oil and Transmission filter change. I was told to come in at 9:15 and was given a loaner car. The job was completed at 12:30, this is a big job on a Corvette. WOW, how great is this? Luckily, I was taken care of by Tahj. He is always pleasant and very knowledgeable, an asset to Mike Savoie. We purchased 3 vehicles from Savoie every experience has been fantastic. I have recommended Savoie to all my friends.

After we returned, he presented us with the Carfax report and the breakdown of the prices including tax and fees; really appreciate the transparency - no extraneous fees. We closed on the negotiated deal after additional test drive a few days later and weren't pressured with additional add-ons to the price. Quite satisfied with both the experience and purchase.
