No charge, such a deal. I was also given a car wash ticket. That's how its supposed to be.

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE SERVICE MANAGER THAT EVENING AND HE WAS VERY POLITE AND HE LISTENED TO ME WITH UNDERSTANDING REGARDING OUR SITUATION. I THANKED HIM FOR THE RETURN CALL. I REALIZE NOW THAT MY FRUSTRATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN DIRECTED AT THE GENTLEMAN AT THE SERVICE GARAGE THAT MADE EVERYTHING DIFFICULT FOR MY HUSBAND AND I GETTING THE WARRANTY HONORED. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT SERVICE GARAGE. I RECIEVED ANOTHER CALL FROM THAT SAME MANAGER LATER IN THE DAY AND HE TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD HONOR MY WARRANTY AND REPAIR THE CAR. HOW MANY CAR DEALERSHIPS HAVE EVER DONE THAT? MY FAITH IN GORDON CHEVROLET HAS BEEN RESTORED. I CANNOT SAY THANK YOU ENOUGH. NEVER GIVE UP HOPE. Certainly enough power and comfort. Very roomy front and comfortable for passengers. The reviews call it sluggish and, it is not that during everyday use. I was shocked how well it drives after reading reviews. I got a great looking white 2024 RS in perfect shape with 9.000 miles on it. Much much better than expected meets ALL of my needs and, expectations.
