Basically I was inquiring about a car and receive a quick reply. Unfortunately the car was missing a feature that was of interest to me so I did not pursue it but the saleswoman was nice and transparent with me and answered my question with honesty and accuracy.

I had the pleasure of buying a new car from Mike Haggerty this past week. This is the fourth car I have purchased from Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet, and Mike has always been my sales person. Mike is very knowledgable and professional. He helped me pick the right car and get the best deal. He has reached out to me to make sure everything is satisfactory. The service met what i needed. I was able to ensure that the price of the repairs that were needed were affordable and correct. I just wish some of the future repairs that are needed are more affordable and could be more explained by the customer service representative like the previous rep that I had at the previous visit. Overall, the facility was very clean and i was able to meet with one of the car/service representative. I was able to meet with a car dealer who was very friendly and ensure that I had his contact information, in the event I plan or may want to purchase a new vehicle in the near future, which i plan too.

Friendly atmosphere, attention to detail on repairs, cars available for loaners as my car was there 2 days, helpful, polite, pleasant staff. The service manager was attentive to my need of repairs.

Facilities are clean. Car checked by CS rep. Anything needed beyond routine is discussed with you. Kept informed of progress on repairs. Everyone is courteous.
