Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

After a short conversation explaining the type of car I was looking for and my budget Moe was very quick to show me multiple cars and was happy to answer all my questions, and I felt as he truly cared about what I was looking for and he checked all the boxes for me as a sales men. We ended up finding a car that I liked and after asking for a test drive he somehow already had the key in his hand ready for me to take it on a spin. After return and talking prices we were able to meet at price that was in budget for me. I really appreciate Moe and all the effort and professionalism he displayed during my time there. After a horrid experience at Greeley Subaru that has us audibly growling at every Subaru we see, we ended up at CarMax Loveland. We both worked with Ray, who is so sweet, chill, and fun to work with. We got my husband set up with a beautiful Kia Soul for the price we wanted. Ray put in for a transfer for the vehicle I wanted and sent my trade in to get appraised. CarMax gave me over $3k more for my car than Greeley Subaru was going to! Ray put up with my impatience over the next few days while my Jeep Renegade was brought up to Loveland (it takes a couple days so they can throughly inspect the vehicles). Ray answered all of my questions timely and professionally. I am telling everyone to go see Ray at CarMax. The business center people were all fun and pleasant to work with and seemed to enjoy working there. This was hands down the easiest, least stressful car buying experience we have ever had.

2020 Chevrolet Traverse review
I purchased the 2020 Traverse Premier Redline Edition brand new with only 50 miles and have no qualms about it. I did knock it down to four stars on performance due to its hesitation at yield signs when I accelerate after slowing down. If not at the perfect timing when in the yield, the vehicle will jerk or hesitate to go when I push the accelerator. Once the engine gets beyond that hesitation point, there is a decent amount of power in the acceleration. The hesitation is not a dealbreaker for me, however. Just annoying and can be dangerous if you are in a situation where you have minimal reaction time. Car and Driver said it best: "When parking or maneuvering at low speed, the Traverse feels every bit its size. Pick up the pace, however, and the big Chevy feels smaller than it is—poised, if not overtly athletic." If you're looking for a third-row seating option with second-row captain's chairs but are not the minivan type, much like myself, the Traverse is a great option. Rear cargo space is small, but if you think about it, you will lack impressive cargo space in a mid-size SUV if it has third-row seating. There's always the roof rack/cargo carrier option for storage. It's not bad, especially if a clutter-free interior on long road trips with the family is your forte. On the plus side, the lack of cargo space allows adults and teenagers to sit comfortably in the third row, and second-row passengers have an impressive amount of legroom. Other great interior options are the heated and cooled first and second-row seats. Backseat passengers can control their climate, from changing the temperature and fan speed to turning the entire system on or off, without changing the Driver's and front seat passenger's preferred climate. The Bose system is impressive. The clear audio quality, with the subwoofer under the front console, makes it sound like you're in a concert. If blasting the new age of music isn't your thing, that's cool. Classical music sounds just as impressive in this ride. Overall, I am pleased with this ride. I love getting in it every day. I receive a lot of compliments and looks. The sleek and sporty design of the Redline Edition with the black-on-white color is a head-turner! If you take care of your vehicles, they will last. The Traverse is no different. Never stretch out an oil change due date, and never turn down factory-recommended services. Avoid the quick lube places at all costs. No offense to them, many of them do great, but they work within parameters outside the scope of routine vehicle maintenance, such as tire rotations, factory-recommended inspections, and factory-recommended maintenance, depending on your vehicle mileage.

We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.
