I have had my 2006 Toyota Avalon serviced at AutoNation of Fort Myers for since 2006. I have always been treated fairly and quality of work is excellent. I am always made to feel I am a valued customer and many times AutoNation has gone the extra mile to assure my customer satisfaction. It has been a pleasure doing business with them.
Andy my salesman was on point thru the entire process. Seemed to be a step ahead of me throughout the process. Great knowledge for the product and treated me like we had been friends forever.... when I left...l family.
Excellent customer care and quick service. I made the appointment online, pulled in, and someone was there to walk me through the process. They came and got me in the waiting area when it was ready, and walked me to my truck. All in all, an easy experience.
I was selling my car. They gentleman that helped me (Reggie as I remember) was so kind. He was on point with everything very well versed in his field. More then that he was fun to talk to it was more like having a friend there with me then a car Max employee.
I lost my '95 purple Corvette to hurricane Irma. After moving to Lee County I saw this beautiful '95 Candy Apple red '95 Corvette on their website with low mileage and Ray Matthews explained the history of this car and got me the Car-Fax on it. I made an offer and the manager countered with a great deal. Everyone there was so friendly and when I got home I got a call asking me how my experience there was. As a double Purple Heart veteran, I miss my purple Vette but I love this red Corvette. I hope to go back there one day and but one of those Buick SUV's. Ray also got me in and out and on my way pretty quickly. Larry also helped get me on my way
Pleasant young man. When I go shopping for cars I hate high pressure sales pitch people. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure but lots of helpful information. He has called to follow up and still no pressure, but wanted me to remember his name so I wrote it down. I'm not ready to buy now however I'm impressed by his courteous demeanor. I will definitely be back when I'm 100% ready to buy a car. In a way I feel bad I'm not ready to buy the car so I wanted to at least leave a good review, I know most of the time the only reviews are the negative ones and I try to make it a point when I receive good service to point it out and let management know a good impression was made. I needed a new bulb for my taillight. I was helped by Alicia. since my other representative, Mike retired. I am a 90-year-old customer and have a 20-year-old Oldsmobile. You have taken care of my car for the 14 years I have lived in Naples. Alicia was so kind and helpful.

I usually despise the entire process of buying a car! The day before we went to Toyota & the salesman drove us crazy with his non stop persistence. Even when we stated they didn't have what we were looking for, he kept getting us to wait and wait and wait! Finally, exasperated my husband left while I hid in the car because I knew it was going to be a hard sell. I'd rather lose a toe than buy a car like that! The next day we went to Galloway Direct. Rich Festa, the salesman was as pleasant as he could be. No hard sell, no harassing, no long horrible wait. Also, the closing agent was extremely nice. The overall experience was a nice surprise! We felt like we got a good fair deal and got a great used 2011 Ford Edge with low miles! It was pristine. We got an extended warranty and free oil changes for 2 years! The facility was pleasant with some great antique Fords inside. I would absolutely recommend them for a great experience!
very good. we told tj what we were looking for and he kept me in touch with what he had. he did not pressure me at all and was very understanding. we did not buy a car from them due to the mileage difference between us. about 80 miles. yes, i would recommend there dealership. i have a friend who bought from them a year or so ago, and he has gone back twice and is very happy with them. thank you!
I have bought or leased a lot of cars in my life but this was the best of the best experiences I have ever had. No hassles or pressure. Just very friendly people and very efficient as well. The facility is very clean and neat. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a new Chevrolet. Michael DeBono is an excellent salesman and knows the Chevy Tahoe well. Believe me with all the technology on this car it was good to have someone so knowledgeable . We purchased a 2017 Fiat 124 Spyder Abarth from Zach Hayes. Zach was knowledgeable and after hearing what we were looking for and appraising our trade, came back within 10 minutes with their best deal. We GREATLY appreciated not having to go back and forth playing the game. (In the past year, we also purchased a Chevy Colorado from another dealership and was there for 3.5 hours (it took an hour just in the negotiating part.)
