Clean facility friendly people setting up the test drive was easy.
I dislike not being able to negotiate, as their price was very high for the vehicle and their idea of a "very good" interest rate on a 2016 car was 5% (I've been quoted at 2% for same vehicle) was amusing.
If people don't like to negotiate and don't want to shop around this is a very nice place to buy a car, similar to comparing iPhones (CarMax) to Android (every other dealer).
I came in knowing the value of my first and current Mazda, and had a good idea what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Tyler listened to what I had in mind and found the car for my needs. The negotiations were relatively painless. A very good experience.
We had a wonderful experience with East Madison Toyota. Mr. Nathaniel Oyamada assisted us as the sale representative and it’s just because of this gentleman who was soooo friendly and informative the process went on very smooth. He also took care of the post sale assistance by making a customized video explaining the features of the Highlander XLE we bought. We would give 5/5 rating to this gentleman for making it a pleasant experience for us with East Madison Toyota.

The dealership was absolutely wonderful as soon as I walked in. My experience with Leticia and Aaron was perfect. They worked with my budget to find the right car for me and made sure it looked great before I left with it. The finance process with Brent also was quick yet efficient. We have bought many cars and trucks over the years but this was by far the best buying experience that we have ever had. Working with Jeff was such a pleasure. Jeff is very knowledgeable about the many cars that we looked at and helped us with the process of picking out the best vehicle for our family.
A little disappointed that the car I was looking at online for wasn’t what was on the lot. I searched for sunroof and The Malibu came up along with backup camera. Well when we got there to look at the car it had NONE of those options and it was listed with the same price and car #. Makes me a little upset as it was a waste of my time

Usually, I do not enjoy the customer service I experience with this dealership. However, during my last experience, the service was amazing. I hit a deer and the shop got me in as soon as possible. The drop off was amazing. When picking my vehicle up, they were so nice. I called and told them the time I was able to pick up the car, and they moved my pick up time by 4 hours! I was so happy! Then when I picked up my car, they were all ready with the keys, and it took only 5 mins! When I went to my car, it was so beautiful! They had washed the car, and the work was amazing! It almost looked brand new! They also cleaned the inside for me! I was so happy with this experience and I hope my experiences in the future are just as good!
I have a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe and have been taking it to Symdom for service for some time now, even receiving a free oil change after meeting criteria. The service staff are always friendly listening to concerns, answering questions. The technicians are professional and thorough and leave truck interior cleaner than when I brought it in. Symdom treats me and my Hyundai as if I purchased it from them.
This was by far the smoothest and most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. John the Sales Manager and Dan were both extremely great to work with. The negotiation process was very fair and no-nonsense, and the purchase was quick and easy. I would certainly recommend this dealership for those looking for a new or used car.
