I'm usually not someone who writes reviews but felt the need to since I had such a great experience here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and great energy from the entire team. The vibe at this dealership was friendly, professional, and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free from start to finish. I worked with Alec Olney, and he was outstanding to say the least - extremely professional, personable, and clearly very experienced. He had answers to every question I asked and made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. I never felt pressured, just supported. Overall, a truly great car-buying experience. I highly recommend both the dealership and the team if you're looking for a smooth, enjoyable process.

The best buying experience ever.No fake add ons, straight forward prices. If you plan on buying new car that’s the place to buy from!!!!
2019 Chevrolet Trax review
I've had my Trax for many years now, bought it slightly used with only 30,000 miles on it. Now with 80,000 on that engine and I haven't really had a problem with it. It's decent in the snow, a little slower on the highway as it is slow to accelerate up to speed (not really a huge issue for me). This car can take a beating pretty well and keep going as I had blown tire while on the highway and drove into a ditch. I was able to get the car out of it and park on the side of the road until help arrived.

Wickstrom Auto Group review
After searching, comparing, and test driving, I finally found the right vehicle. I couldn’t be happier with my new Jeep and the entire experience from start to finish. From the initial vehicle search and test drives to the auto loan process and final purchase, everything was smooth, easy, and honestly one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. A huge part of that is because of our sales associate, Don DiPaulo. Don was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and genuinely made the entire process enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make sure I found the right vehicle without ever making me feel pressured. This is actually the second Jeep we’ve purchased from this Don and this dealership, and that says a lot about how great our experiences have been. We will absolutely be back when it’s time for our next vehicle! Thank you, Don, and the entire team at Wickstrom Jeep Dodge in Barrington, Illinois for making this purchase such a great experience.

Miller MotorsReviews
Miller Motors review
JJ and Scott are Five Star Miller Motor salesmen! Let us look over every inch of the 2016 Sienna, even put the van on a rack so we could check out the under carriage. Never "pressure" salesmen, straight forward. All paperwork well explained. I'd still give them a "10" even though we had to wait an hour to do plate transfer papers. They were SUPER busy , that's a compliment to what they do for shoppers and buyers. When people say "Oh, you have a new van!" I give them my "Miller Motors Commercial"!! Shop Miller Motors with Confidence. Thanks for a good buying experience.

We had an incredibly smooth and pleasant experience at this dealership from beginning to end. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Every staff member we interacted with was helpful, courteous and professional. Buying a vehicle from Seann Omara was particularly wonderful— he is knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure we got the best deal possible. We left very pleased and would happily recommend Napleton Buick GMC to others!
2024 Chevrolet Trax review
I am absolutely thrilled with my new 2024 Chevrolet Trax. It is an amazing vehicle that has exceeded my expectations. I also want to highlight the exceptional service I received from Luis Avitia at AutoNation Chevrolet Amarillo; he was fantastic throughout the entire process, helping me secure a great price while making the purchase quick and seamless. I highly recommend both this vehicle and this dealership if you are looking for a new or used car.

2019 Chevrolet Trax review
My 2019 Trax LT hasn't had any problems. (knock wood) The stereo system is great, if the headrest would tilt back it'd be a 5 star on comfort. As is, long trips are comfortable. The turbo hesitates if I haven't kicked it in before it's needed. Blow the cobwebs out so to speak. Overall, I love my lil' blue Trax LT.

2025 Chevrolet Trax review
Bought to replace a Cruze that was a real road warrior . 2025 Trax 3 cyl does 70 mph plus on trips with 3 adults in comfort . LS model had no rear hatch cover . Bought one off FB Marketplace for $10. Dealer wanted $235. Used the rubber floor mats from the old Cruze and snapped right into place on the Trax for the winter weather . Doing more frequent oil changes because of wet belt setup . Originally wanted a Buick Envista but felt the $21200 Trax was basically the same car for thousands less .

2018 Chevrolet Trax review
I purchased this car used from Sunrise Chevrolet, in Glendale Heights Il. After checking it out with a test drive, I found that it had just what I needed for my short drives. It handles well, is great on gas, Looks like new, and has a lot of pickup. I am retired so this car fits the bill to a tee. As a certified car, they through in a one year Bumper to Bumper Warrantee. I am pleased.

The entire team at this dealership are true professionals. They all seem to care about making your car buying experience a memorable one. Andre, Tracy and Sales manager did an amazing job in getting me the best deal possible and out on the road in an hour. This is very rare in a Dealership and they managed to pull it off. A Five Star Dealership
2025 Chevrolet Trax review
I'm 6', 200#; adjustable seat (Activ) makes comfortable, more leg room in back than my previous drive (2013Terrain). 6-7 mpg better than previous; beating expected overall mpg by 1-2 mpg. Will see how FWD compares to AWD Terrain this winter season. So far, more than extremely pleased.

I brought my Trax about one year ago. No problems at all. Very comfortable to drive. Gas mileage is very good. I would buy another Trax again.

2019 Chevrolet Trax review
Have had the Trax over 2 years and happy with its performance so far. Wish it was a bit stronger ln pickup. Storage behind back seats could be a little larger. HAS A SPARE TIRE. Wish had a center storage compartment. Heard not good in snow, esp do not use in more than 4-5 inches as bottom of car is low tho not tried it. But was warned. Otherwise happy

CarMax Kenosha review
We test drove a vehicle here and had a really great experience. The salesman, Tim, was phenomenal - very friendly and informative; I would highly recommend anyone ask for him if they visit! We were able to fully inspect the car, including getting it up onto a lift. The entire process was easy, low-pressure, and customer-focused. We ended up purchasing a different car from a dealership where we had a horrible buying experience, which has definitely convinced me that the CarMax sales model is absolutely the way to go. I will definitely be coming to CarMax first for my next purchase. This is just the better way to buy a car.

CarMax Schaumburg review
Yesterday I purchased a car by phone for the first time. As a senior citizen I sold my car on the 9th of March thinking I would get totally travel by taxi or Uber or Lyft but I under estimated the value of getting up and going when you like. The team at CarMax from beginning to directions to the highway were the very best. Each and every member made me feel valued as a customer. And feel like they were treating me like they would their family members. You could not ask for more than that. Bj
2019 Chevrolet Trax review
I’ve had my 2019 trax 52k miles for almost 3 years, absolutely love the car no problems so far(knock on wood) only small minor inconvenience a ground wire got a little dusty and was cleaned. I have done the pcv fix as Chevy did not make it good for these engines in the long run. Not a lot of power for my liking so I modified some components. Not very friendly for tall people im 6’3 and have my seat set almost all the way back.

2020 Chevrolet Trax review
This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.
