After having an oil and filter change, we noticed a swishing sound. My husband pulled the air cleaner and discovered that some 'tabs' were not place properly. He fixed the problem and the swishing sound diminished. Not a big deal, but it would be nice if it wasn't there.
We have used this Cadillac dealership to service our Cadillacs for years. This time, we dropped the vehicle off to be serviced the next day . . . however, later that afternoon the phone rang and our car was ready to be picked up - a day early! What impresses me about this dealership is . . . the friendliness of their staff, the cleanliness of their facilities the quality of their repairs - all just top notch!
Just want to comment on the outstanding effort & style of salesman Mike Pehl. Spends whatever time & effort needed to make things happen. This is a late review as I leased a 2015 LTZ Equinox. Just wanted to him an atta boy. Thanks again Mike.

Usually, I do not enjoy the customer service I experience with this dealership. However, during my last experience, the service was amazing. I hit a deer and the shop got me in as soon as possible. The drop off was amazing. When picking my vehicle up, they were so nice. I called and told them the time I was able to pick up the car, and they moved my pick up time by 4 hours! I was so happy! Then when I picked up my car, they were all ready with the keys, and it took only 5 mins! When I went to my car, it was so beautiful! They had washed the car, and the work was amazing! It almost looked brand new! They also cleaned the inside for me! I was so happy with this experience and I hope my experiences in the future are just as good!
We've never had such a great experience buying a new vehicle! We drove 45 miles to buy our new truck here and had such a great experience with Hank, Jeremy and the rest of the staff. Great deal and customer service!! Highly recommend!
Woke up last Tuesday morning with a dead battery in a 3 year old truck. Called Zimbrick up to see if they could get me in to get a new battery as soon as possible. I was told to come in as soon as I could. I arrived to the dealership at 8:20AM and was out by 9:15 – 9:20AM. Could not ask for a better service being I had requested this service at the last minute. I would give the service staff an A++++ for customer care.
But would give the GM Corporate Engineering division a D- for a poor electrical design that causes a battery to not last more than 36 months. To Many bells and whistles on this truck that are not needed.
If it were not for the quality of service that I had received, I would get rid of this truck for a new Toyota when my loan is paid up in February of 2018.
The salesman was very helpful and didn't try to sell me a vehicle that they wanted off the lot. He also let me test drive the ones I wanted to compare even if it was not in the most ideal spot, if other vehicles needed to moved it was done.
I have been leasing cars for years and have always dreaded the dealership experience, until now. Boucher was recommended to me by several family members, so I thought I would give it a try. So glad I did! Skylar, Pat, and Jim were great! From the moment I entered the dealership they were polite, helpful, and straight-forward. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Friendly salesperson. Lots of knowledge about the vehicle I purchased. Took very good care of me and my family. Made the buying experience unlike any other i have had. Finance was very easy to deal with.
We debated over the Chevy product and I appreciated how patient Heiser was in letting us test drive cars, SUVs and finally a pickup. We didn't intend to buy a truck, but the lease deal they discussed with us was just too good to pass up. And we love this Silverado. Thanks to Heiser for putting us in the perfect vehicle for two empty nesters. We're having fun.
Everyone at Heiser made me feel comfortable during my purchase of my new vehicle. My sales rep. Zene H. Hopper II,was very knowlegable ,and answered all my questions about the new Malibu i leased. When i went in to the dealership i didn't really understand,about what leasing a car was all about. The new car manager came in and explained everything i needed to know about leasing a car. I will definetly go back after my lease is up,and probably lease another Malibu. I would also like to thank the financial manager for explaining everything that i needed to know. She was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Heiser Chevrolet to anyone. It's a great place to find a vehicle you want.
