Stuart was so nice when I first called to ask about the vehicle. I went to purchase the vehicle and was given top of the line service. He came out in the ran to get me and my family out our car. He offered us snacks and drinks while we waited. He careful explained all paperwork to us. I will be sending many people to Stuart in the future
The individuals we worked with, Mr. Tony Stewart, Mr. Chris Fisher, and another young salesman, were so very nice and helpful! They got us the vehicle we wanted, at, we believe, the best possible price, helped facilitate all the paperwork and changes to our insurance to cover our new car, making this a happy, stress-free experience for us! Salesman Josh took his time to show us every vehicle we were interested in. He was patient and understanding as we are not very quick to make a decision. Also, the play are for the kids made our experience much easier while we shopped with a 6 & 7 year old. Go see Josh!
Brought my van in for tune up and inspection. They had to order a part, which came in the next day. The van was serviced, inspected, and ready to go at the promised time and the amount quoted. I always get good service at Classic Chevrolet.
Work was OK, but I was charged a disposal fee that I should not have been (reprogrammed key fob). I did not notice until after I left and will now have to drive back to the dealership to get corrected (for me, a 45 minute round trip).
David Jones is friendly and helpful. He listened to my needs and worked to put together a good deal for me. I feel that he was very straightforward, which I like. I traded in my A4. It was a car that I liked so much, I replaced it with a newer A4. I was nervous about buying a used car, so David helped me understand the Certified Pre-Owned. He was very patient in terms of letting me check out a number of the used cars. He didn't call me relentlessly, the way some other salespeople have. That was appreciated. Since moving to NC, I've had my Audi serviced at this dealership. They've always been very good to deal with. Glad to see that same vibe carried through to the sales side of the dealership.
I had a wonderful experience buying my recent cars. I knew what I want, but I didn???t have all the paperwork done. My sales women Alyssa work with me and help me through the process. I would get another car from them no question...
Came in to buy a car. Worked with Tristan and Mike.. seriously nice guys! Made the buying process enjoyable and fun! Then we left and realized hours later we left our garage door opener in our trade in. I emailed Mike to let him know I would swing by .. within minutes he replied that he had it and to drop in when I could. When I finally made it in neither Mike nor Tristan were there but another staff member knew exactly where it was etc. Talk about communication!! Great service and great guys! Oh and we love our new car!
Very professional and trustworthy. Environment was clean. Mike went out of his way to buffer out a scratch on the car before I came to buy. Worked with me and my dad to figure out the money/banking situation on a Saturday. VERY helpful!!!!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
When I brought up the problem with the rear seat belts on my Passat, Sean Gerringer was quick to agree with the safety risk. He ordered parts, called me when they arrived, and scheduled my replacement appointment. He also arranged a vehicle for my use during the repair. Work done; safety issue fixed. All good, including my review of VW of South Charlotte.
I just purchased my 4th vehicle from Candice Vanore and I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a vehicle to give her a call. She always goes above and beyond to make sure that her customers are taken care of!! I love my new Escape AKA SHADOW!!! Kepp kicking butt Candice!!
