Took my car to the Mooresville dealership. I did not buy my ATS Cadillac from them but that made no difference. They diagnosed my problem and corrected it right away. It was the batteries in the FOB. Not only did they correct the problem but they were very courteous and treated me exceptionally well. They washed and cleaned my car free of charge. I will be servicing my car there from now on. My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. I've been thinking about how to write this review without making it too long. There is just no way around it. It might be a little long.. I'm a retired senior citizen with a limited budget. My wife and I searched the internet for over two weeks researching the car we wanted in the Charlotte area. We found many but either the price was too high or the miles were. Then we thought we found it at Adams. They had a lot of good photos, we loved the color and it was a top of the line model. It had extras like leather interior, a moon roof, and a 12 speaker sound system with 360 watts of power! (I was a teen in the 70's and that thing can really put out some some great sound!) It also had low mileage and a great detailed carfax. I called to see if it was still there and it was. I told the person on the phone THAT was the car I was interested in and it had to fit my monthly budget. I told them what my monthly payment could not exceed and if I drove there to see it I needed to know it fit my budget. The next morning I got a call telling me they could hit my number and to come on down to see and test drive it. We went down, drove it, and loved it. Of course I just knew they were going to tell me my payment would be either what I told them or a few dollars more. Not only did Jason Dunham (Sales Manager) come in and tell me my payment would be $20.00 BELOW my budgeted number, but also he gave us a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty at no additional cost! Also, our final price included sales tax and licence fees. It was raining when we I got in to drive it home. When I got home I noticed a small "scuff" on the left corner of the rear bumper. My wife said "oh let it go! it's nothing..." After I reviewed the pictures and it wasn't there I called Adams and told them "I know I took possession and took it off the lot and take full responsibility for doing that, but can you do anything?" Well, Jason told me to bring it back and they would look at it. I brought it back and Jason said"of course I will fix that". So I took it back for the repair. Since we have such a unique color car and it is 3 years old they decided if they only pained that corner there may be a problem with a perfect match. Therefore, I had to leave it overnight as they decided to paint the entire bumper! No charge to me! It is a perfect match! I have bought many new and used cars over the years but NO ONE has ever treated me with such respect as Jason, and Henry. If you are looking for a great car for a great price you need to give Adams a try. You will not regret it!

I was shopping using the internet looking for a 2010 Tacoma Sport. My wife's friend has a Tacoma and my wife has been wanting 1 for a long time! First, the color had to be Gray as well. Thus, I discovered Toyota of Gastonia by clicking on a ad that was displayed by one of those sites like cars.com or Carfax. When I read the ad I went to the dealerships website. This Tacoma met all of our criteria to seriously consider or purchase. I clicked and sent a email inquiring about the truck. I received a prompt response from Dan, their internet contact sales person. Now this began on Wednesday morning, April 19,2017. I ask Dan all the questions I had about the Tacoma, which were a few because there was only 2 outside photos due to it just being put on their lot. It had not been detailed yet it was so recent. Dan answered every question truthfully and told me everything even though it might mean I could say, oh well and pass on it. The only thing wrong were some small scratches that I would expect to see on a 2010 truck. Besides, now I don't have to worry about scratching it because I use a truck to haul things in. Then it was down to price, price, price! I think we had about 37 emails back and forth before it was quitting time. Dan faxed some info to my personal financial lender and I told Dan I was planning to drive up Thursday and test drive the Tacoma. Unfortunately I was unable to go, due to a unforeseen situation. But we did hammer out the financials and had a tentative agreement on price if I decided to purchase it. Dan was a fantastic person to work with. No pressure on anything during the process. Plus he went above and beyond in working with my lender, in showing the value of this particular truck. The new plan set was that my wife and I would drive up first thing Friday morning. I live in SC, 2 hrs away from the dealership. I told Dan to expect us around 10:30. Dan said that Rick would be the sales person who would be taking care of us upon our arrival. We arrived around 10:15, and were greeted by Rick. After introductions Rick took us outside to show the truck. Just walking up to it I was smiling and already loving it so far. Rick did a walk around showing me every scratch (really just a couple surface ones) or nick on the bumper. Dan had done a very good job describing the truck and any thing that one might consider a flaw on it. The interior looked just about in new condition. The detail person(s) did an outstanding job on the exterior and interior. And pardon the pun, but they paid attention to every detail on it! Then I got to give it a good test drive. On the interstate, through town, and some curvy roads. When we came back to the dealership Rick asked what did I think. I just smiled and said we want it and lets go do the paperwork. Rick took us inside and began the process of purchasing the Tacoma. Rick put us at ease with his calm manner and made us feel like we were old friends. Rick went over all the particulars regarding the purchase, explaining in detail what the paper work presented meant. After everything was finished that Rick had to do, he ran the paperwork to the dealerships financial personnel. Then we were escorted to that office and did the official signing of all pertinent documents. Then the truck officially became my responsibility as the new owner. Then, a problem of my own doing. I didn't bring my tag to transfer. Rick came and saved the day. Rick was able to furnish a tag to get me home on with just my word to bring it back the following Monday. I was driving back home by 1 o'clock. Dan and Rick, due to their professionalism, honesty, demeanor, and go the extra mile and always doing the right thing for me has gained Toyota of Gastonia, a customer for life. That you can count on! We've told all our friends how well we were treated by everyone and one is even going to contact the dealership for a future purchase, I can only speak for myself, but I was totally impressed with the whole process!

It's nice for a little car. Within my price range. Don't like driving in the snow with it but I put snow tires on all 4 wheels to feel confident. It is roomier on the inside than it looks from the outside. Gets an average of 37 mpg so that's good! I'm basically happy with it but don't like winter driving in ANY car. It's a hatchback but I can fit lots of groceries in there! I basically use it for commuting. Easy to park because of it's size. Good buy for the price. I will keep it till it dies, hopefully a long time from now!

Has more legroom than my impala 2011. Great and sharp looking. Best car I've ever bought. Great ride- firm but smooth and quiet. Acceleration is strong but linear- not sudden jerk. Average 30 MPG. Handling is sporty- but not a sports sedan. Transmission shifts smoothly and always in the right gear- no hunting. Seats are comfortable but not on a long trip. Forward visibility is good, but headlights just adequate. Side and rear pillars block view- rear camera helps with backing, but not great- camera does not have any guide and fogs easily. Forward Collision Assist has activated 3 times when no car visible- twice in rain and fog, and once on a knoll. Side mirror alert rarely works when merging or changing lanes. Lane Assist tugs the steering wheel and is very annoying, so I leave it off- should be warning light and chime only. Now have nearly 36,000 miles and no mechanical problems, but I keep the Lane Assist turned off and wish I could turn of the Forward Collision Assist because it is too sensitive.

Ladies looking for a new car and have no husband/father/brother to help? You really must try East Charlotte Nissan and ask for Zia Jaan. He was superb. Never got tired of my questions and I kept him busy answering them, believe-you-me. Their website is excellent, a great way to review inventory, pricing, and car features. I found the vehicle I wanted, emailed the dealer, and it was waiting for me the next morning. I'm kind of picky about car color so I knew they had what I wanted and I drove it home. Do your research before hand. There are many websites that will help you ask the right questions, critique the answers, review the automobiles, warranties, financing and help you determine the integrity of the dealership you're doing business with. If you know what to expect, you will realize that East Charlotte Nissan is a cut above. Zia was not only knowledgeable but incredibly patient. I had to take the car in for one item that I bought but that couldn't be applied the day of purchase. They called right away to schedule an appointment, had a FREE loaner waiting when I got there (just like they said they would), and were all around delightful - and courteous - to deal with. I have a friend who bought her Nissan last year from a different dealership and her experience wasn't nearly as pleasant as mine. Now I own the most beautiful Cayenne Red 2018 Murano that I am so proud of. Really glad I checked them out! I feel like I have a new friend...a friend that cares about my car as much as I do.

I recently purchased a used automobile from Scott Clark Honda. My first contact with the dealership was online. I had read some negative reviews and was, honestly, leery of doing business with them. While initially, they pushed hard to get my phone number, when I made it clear I wished to communicate only via email at that point to get my initial questions about the car answered, the message got through. Not only did I receive an email, it was from the internet sales manager, Jeffrey Goodwin, who sent me a short video of himself in front of the car I was interested in to not only show me that it was indeed on the lot but to give me a peek of the inside, which answered my initial inquiry. My concerns about the dealership subsided. That evening, Jeffrey and I worked together via text (yep, he had provided me his cell number and told me I could call or text - he had picked up on the fact I likely wasn't going to want to talk) to work out the details and come to an out the door price. I didn't want to drive 1.5 hours and then not be able to come to terms. I purchased the car the next day and for the price agreed upon! There were apparently two other interested parties. One at the dealership wanting to test drive when I returned from mine and another scheduled for a test drive later in the day with another salesman. I am glad I made the drive early in the day. I had lost another car at another dealer earlier in the week, and it would have been heartbreaking to go through that again. Luckily, that did not happen. I feel I got a great price on a used vehicle. I had wonderful service from Jeffrey Goodwin and would and will recommend him highly to my friends, coworkers, acquaintances, the general public - i.e. YOU! I also don't want to leave out my dealings with the finance manager, Ronnie, who also was kind and easy to deal with. It was his job to try to sell me the extended warranty and such, but, he had been forewarned by Jeffrey that I would not be interested in such, so he did not push hard. He was also a pleasure to deal with. Provided my car doesn't fall apart (haha), I could not rate my experience any higher. Thank you, Jeffrey. Thank you, Ronnie. Keep up the excellent work!

This vehicle met most of my needs. Except it is higher so I have to stretch my leg to get in and due to my height I have to get on my tip toes to close liftgate

I am very pleased with Nissan. Me and my wife came in, and within a couple hours we drove off in a 2017 Maxima SR. We brought a car 2 years ago from a different dealer and the customer service wasn't half of how we was treated by the staff in Nissan (Darrell Bacon) wasn't just a great salesman but he actually felt like family. He took us thru all the steps, let us test drive what ever car we wanted and even took his time doing all the paperwork necessary. He didn't rush thru the process, and made sure we drove off in new car, also the Manager of Nissan took are old up car and gave us the lowest monthly payments. He took us from $900 to $669, that was the best price considering the car was a 2017 fully loaded Maxima. I would recommend anyone who's looking or trading in their car to come here and ask for (Darrell Bacon) the experience was life changing and I will never forget where we got are dream car from, and that's East Charlotte Nissan I will give this dealership 5 stars and 2 thumbs up from both my Wife and I. I want to thank Nissan so much for the love. I believe (Darrell Bacon) should be promoted really soon. He gives a superb name to the company.
