Everyone associated with the dealership made me feel that they were genuinely happy to help in anyway.
You can’t go wrong shopping for a car at Randy Marion Subaru.
I walked in after looking through several trucks over the past few months. I was greeted at the door by a nice salesman. Cody who let me take the time to look over the vehicle I had in mind. Most places I have visited over the past few months you could feel the rush or pressure like they didn't want you to take the time to pick your vehicle they just wanted to get you to sign anything. Not the case with Cody and Carolina Auto great place to look great people and even took the time to help me work out some things to make me more happy with my purchase. Cody and Jeff worked very hard to get me what I wanted.
Had a lot of very nice vehicles on the lot but still out of my price range. Looking for a good used truck that is in great shape. All in all well trained salespeople, very knowledgeable about what's to offer.
allison was absolutely wonderfull i emailed her and told her that i was purchasing another corvette somewhere else and she emailed asking if she could have the opportunity to beat the deal and by God she did beat the deal and even delivered it to me! will be back to see her for sure

Brought my van in for tune up and inspection. They had to order a part, which came in the next day. The van was serviced, inspected, and ready to go at the promised time and the amount quoted. I always get good service at Classic Chevrolet.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Mr. Frank Benitez was our sales associate and we told him that we did not want to do the back and forth sales dance that usually occurs at other dealerships. Mr. Benitez went to the sales manager only once and the deal was done. This was one of the fastest sales experiences for a new SUV. The finance department was fast, and explained everything well. I highly recommend Parks Chevrolet and Mr. Benitez when looking for a new vehicle.
Took my car in for an inspection. Got a free alignment check. Was in and out quickly. My service rep Tommy was great. Kept me informed. Even the service manager Mr. Jenkins met me before I left to ask about my visit. Great Experience
We traveled from Asheville to Hickory to look for a car, and so happy we did. We hate car shopping but this was the best experience. Our salesman, Justin Parker was incredible and he was so helpful and not pushy. We will happily make the trip to Hickory for any further car needs.
Came in to buy a car. Worked with Tristan and Mike.. seriously nice guys! Made the buying process enjoyable and fun! Then we left and realized hours later we left our garage door opener in our trade in. I emailed Mike to let him know I would swing by .. within minutes he replied that he had it and to drop in when I could. When I finally made it in neither Mike nor Tristan were there but another staff member knew exactly where it was etc. Talk about communication!! Great service and great guys! Oh and we love our new car!
Very professional and trustworthy. Environment was clean. Mike went out of his way to buffer out a scratch on the car before I came to buy. Worked with me and my dad to figure out the money/banking situation on a Saturday. VERY helpful!!!!

They were very polite and courteous and funny at times . Also very understanding and sensitive to our needs as buyers. I love the atmosphere. Very first experience with this consignment dealership. Indeed awesome and the savings was great.
I found my car online, and started the financing process before I even set foot on the lot. Once I arrived, the car was waiting for a test drive. The staff worked as team to get all of my paperwork ready and out the door as quick as possible. Thanks guys!!
