Our Odyssey broke down while on vacation in Nashville and Kris Halmstead was amazing to work with. He and the mechanic worked with our mechanic back home in Milwaukee to rectify the situation. They were extremely methodical, thoughtful and devoted to solving our problem. Again working with Kris was a wonderful experience.

this is the worst place to ever buy a car at in Nashville Tennessee. I have had more problems out of a 2014 Honda Accord Sport buying it from this dealership then I ever had with any of my Hondas. I took it in because little balls of look like hell was coming out of my vents and they said nothing was wrong with it come to find out it's Way Beyond its limit on freon, then I took it in because it took me about 6 times for the car to start they charged me $77 to tell me nothing was wrong with it then come to find out a month later it was a thorttle switch.
Crest Honda is one of the best dealership in Middle TN. First of all I would like to Thank Lino for his excellent service to shop for our first brand new Honda Pilot. Without him it would be impossible. Everytime when I visit for oil change @ Crest Honda I'm always treated nicely and professionally. Thank you Crest Honda for your excellent customer service. What a great place to get a car. They really have great people working there. They are so friendly and helpful and the place was so clean. They really take pride in their work. Plus Tommy Boston stay late to help make sure we were comfortable with the new car. He will always have our business.

I was looking for a Subaru and found the perfect one here at Freeland and when I called to talk pricing, Tommy Poston helped me over the phone and then later that day when I was able to get out there. He was attentive to my requests for my car and answered all my questions. He even let me take the car for two days to give it a whirl. Obviously I loved it because it???s now mine. So go see Tommy at Freeland for a great experience.
This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Tom Poston was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Bishoy Rizk is one of the nicest car salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was very genuine and straightforward and was eager to ensure I was comfortable with the truck I selected as well as the terms of the deal. Doug Hammond showed me many accessories available for my truck, but was not pushy at all. Austin Evans was easy going and straightforward when it came to signing papers. It was a very refreshing sales experience. Would absolutely recommend him and Nissan of Cool Springs for your vehicle needs.

I submitted an online request for a price after finding the yukon I wanted from DW GMC, and within minutes Teresa contacted me initiating the process. She was a pleasure to work with and after what I would call minimal hassle and back and forth, I drove three hours to complete the deal for my vehicle. Nico made sure I was comfortable in doing so and made sure there were no surprises once I arrived. Anthony completed the paperwork and made sure my new vehicle was in perfect condition, detailed and filled up with gas before I left. Bob went above and beyond to help find the perfect car for us. We originally came in to buy the GMC Acadia. He listened to our needs and pointed out the Acadia has a very small cargo area compared to other models. He recommended the Buick Enclave. We looked at it and liked it however we still wanted to look at other vehicles. Bob spent several more hours showing us the GMC Yukon and pre-owned Suburbans. In the end his recommendation was spot-on, the Buick Enclave is the perfect vehicle for us. He even had a crimson red unit with sunroof in stock, exactly what I was looking for. Roll Tide Roll!!

Everything was excellent but the total price to fix my car labor was 5 times the price of the parts. Grant it we had the money but just weeks before Christmas we spent almost 900 dollars there goes Christmas but thanks for fixing it in a timely manner.
