Imagine going into a dealership you don't know to buy a new 2017 Chevy Suburban LT with Luxury Package from people you don't know, who treat you like human beings, give you a very fair price out of the gate, are straight shooters, shop around for the best financing deal for you, deliver the car when they say they will, and then spend a very generous allocation of time first teaching your spouse the vehicle's features and then separately teaching you the vehicle's features? Imagine doing your research after receiving the quote and learning, "YES, they actually DID just give me a very fair price for this vehicle!" Imagine not having to deal with petty and ridiculous games of high-to-low pricing and I'll only give you a better price if you're about to walk out or if you tell me that I am competing with another dealership? You don't need to imagine - that was exactly our great experience with Andy Boyes, Ken Schuster, and Joe Sgroi at East Hills Chevrolet of Roslyn. Call me crazy, but I trusted these people so much that I put a $1,000 deposit down on a credit card without ANYTHING in writing other than a credit card receipt.". Why? Because it was clear to me that they have integrity. Buying a car does not have to be a stressful experience when you choose the right dealership and people. Fewer than ten days ago, we had never met any of these people. We just walked in off the street. And then we were treated like family friends. Thanks to a great team for a very pleasant experience.
