Went to Paul Masse Chevrolet to road test a 2019 Equinox. The sales person Paul Dragich was very friendly and detailed all of the option packages available. He was a very low pressure guy and treated us like we were royalty. Paul went through all the details on each feature of the vehicle, very very knowledgeable. We purchased the Equinox that we test drove. We will absolutely be back to this dealership To see Paul when we are looking at another car. We are also interested in the new Chevy Blazer when it becomes available and are on a call list to test drive one. Besides, he???s a Red Sox fan!

I have a 2017 Chevy Sonic Premium with Turbo.
This car has pep. I would suggest getting a turbo no matter your needs as it will help you negotiate traffic. This car has comfortable seating as my Acadia which I downgraded from. It has heated seats and steering wheel, the steering wheel doesn't seem to get very warm but I hardly use it. I hate keyless start but that's kind of standard anymore. I've left my car running a few times when I get out of it on accident. I was looking at an Impala Premier but couldn't find a price I could afford and have trouble driving "big" vehicles hence my downgrading from an Acadia
I haven't had the Sonic in the shop yet. I bought it used with 46,000 miles and have put about 10,000 on it. It's a comfy car and my husband who is 5"11 even agrees that is comfortable. It is a tight car no doubt. It is slightly loud but I'm used to it with other vehicles.
It's a very fun car to drive. It has a huge trunk and fold down the seats for more room.
The ride is a little bumpy due to the low profile tires, I would like to get some different thicker tires for a more cushioned ride but other than that I wouldn't change much.
From the moment we arrived (used the clean bathrooms), we knew this dealer was professional. They are experts in Chevy. While I???m used to all the typical tactics that car salesman try, I didn???t find that here. As most consumers today are knowledgeable, we knew what we wanted, and all the prices were right in line with market values. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

It’s a great car, fun to driver very comfortable. I love the sunroof and these power seats are the best I’ve ever had. There is a lot of room for all of my passengers.
Excellent service. Not your typical ???car salesman??? dealership. Everyone we worked with was extremely nice and helpful, never pushy. We worked with sales rep Vinny, he was always there when we had questions. If we ever need to buy a car again we will most definitely be back! Highly recommended.

The Malibu is a very comfortable car to drive, plenty of interior room. Pretty good on gas mileage. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone.

This car has been everything! I wanted a vehicle I could feel safe in and would get me where ever I needed with out a problem. It has all wheel drive which is great in the state I live in. It has plenty of room and it’s very sleek inside. I’m so happy I made this purchase.
After researching in the newspaper, and a quick look online for inventory, I returned to this dealership (and the same salesperson) where I purchased my 2013 Volt. I went for a lease on a 2018 Volt for a number of reasons. The whole process took about 2-1/2 hours and I was on my way in my new car. Very efficient process.

This is the best truck I have purchased. Plenty of leg room both front and back. Color both interior and exterior is wonderful. Dash is easy to understand. Overall very well.
Purchased a vehicle from this dealership about 18 months ago. Have been back to the dealership 4 different times for service - twice for "included service" (oil/filter change, tire rotation and "complimentary" car wash/vacuum); once for engine code (bad fuel injectors) and once for tire replacement. Routine service was good, though not difficult to change oil and filter and rotate tires. The wash/vacuum done during the 1st visit left dirt streaks down the sides of the vehicle, and VERY dirty windows - so much so that we needed to wash it and clean windows once we got it home. Second routine visit, it was wet outside so no wash. Vacuum both times left much to be desired - my 7 yr old could have done better! Dropped off truck for engine code, were told we would be notified of diagnosis. WE had to call at 3p - right before Memorial Day weekend (hadn't received a call yet) - and were told to come pick up a "rental"-they did not know how long it would take to get the parts for the repair. Told at that time we would be contacted when they had received the parts to install (on backorder). They called - again at 3p - to ask us to come get the truck... on a friday afternoon just before Memorial Day! It's a good thing we didn't have other obligations or plans! As far as the sales side is concerned, the salesman we dealt with during our original purchase no longer works here. He was great! BUT... after purchase, signing all paperwork and driving away in the truck, we were called and told we "forgot to sign something". We went back, finance layed out more paperwork and told us we were getting an upgraded warranty for less $ per month. What she DID NOT explain, is that she had extended the payment term an additional 3 months! So, for $5 less per month, we are paying 3 extra months "for a better warranty"... BUYER BEWARE!! (I know... should have read ALL the new papers...shame on us!!) We are told she is no longer at this location.

The vehicle rides well and performs well, however its way to pricey for the current economy. I chose to pay for it so that s on me. Overall great ride.

As a young 20 year old who commutes every day to work and school I can say this car does it’s job and does it well. Great on gas, comfortable, compact, and large trunk space for those long days of shopping. I would definitely recommend the 2016 Chevy Cruze LT to a first time car buyer looking for something that doesn’t pack TOO much punch; but just enough to get you to where you need to go in a timely manner.
I booth my truck 2500 Silverado at Colonial South Chevrolet , with I had a wonderful experience with hall transaction but the best of hall was to work with the sales person Mr. Tony Lima . He did everything great and he was very pleasant .I will recommend my family and friends to this dealer .

I absolutely love my impala. It has plenty of room in the front and back. It's very stylish, ther performance is unmatched by others. It's very fast and reliable.
The service is great. Super friendly, and respectful technicians. I can't even hear my Equinox start up, and it looks new again.

In Sept 2018 I was looking for a SUV and the Chevy Equinox met all my requirements. I purchased it for a fair price and it's January 2019 and 35,000 miles later I am still happy with my Equinox. I have had no issues except with the Michelin tires having to be replaced at 24,000 miles. Michelin pro-rated the tires and a new set cost me $400.00 plus tax and mounting/balance. I am very satisfied with my Equinox.
Prompt, professional, friendly. Appointment was handled as scheduled. Serviceman kept me informed of what was being done and provided an accurate estimate of completion.

Although at first I thought it might be to small for my family. But it is surprisingly roomy. Has pep and everyone seems to think it’s a sports car. Ha!! I haven’t had a SPORT car in over 25years “I’m old”
No cost repairs and high voltage system replacement parts still under warranty. Only issue is Volt tech not on site every day. Other Chevy dealers told me they only service Volts they sell. I got mine used and not at Cerrone.
Most comfortable vehicle I’ve owned.

In 6’5 so the space a vehicle offers is a huge factor when car purchasing. The Silverado has ample room for my legs while still offering plenty of room for passengers behind me.

Bought a 2017 LT Equinox AWD in 2019
1) Quieter than CRV (5)
2) Braking is smoother than CRV (5)
3) Engines about equivalent (4)
4) Anti-lock brake on snow/ice condition better than CRV (5)
5) Mylink does not allow installing Carplay - worse than CRV (3) - have to rely on my wife's i-phone on a trip. I will give CRV a (4)
6) Back seat cannot recline - CRV reclines by ~2 inches (3) - only if I have to sit in the back
7) Reliability - TBD (CRV's battery died after 3.5 yrs)
8) Value: I paid ~$27 K in 2015 for a new CRV with AWD and ~$16K for this used Equinox (7400 miles) almost like new. I have been impressed except for the Carplay availability.
It was quick and the service man was courteous. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of free refreshments available as well.

Just bought this used 207 Chevy Malibu. Was previously a rental car so it was pretty well maintained. Had 41k miles. My only problems with it is that the autostop engine feature doe not have a disabling mechanism. I do t have the choice to use it or to disable it. And the gas seems to go pretty fast but the tank is pretty small so it makes sense and I life in a big city.
Was nice and newly renovated. Service was quick for a dealership. And staff was friendly. Was my first experience as a Kia owner they handled the small situation with my tail light quick and solved the problem for now was water behind the lens
Of the tail light. We will see if it comes back but they have no problem covering their warranties was very easy no hassle or questions

I like this truck a lot...the ride is excellent, and it handles like a dream...i wish it would accelerate a little faster, and it slides quite a bit in slippery snow conditions...it gets through deep snow great though...overall its an awesome choice...great family vehicle
You always are worried when you walk into a dealership. I traveled 70 miles for the car I bought. Drew my salesperson made the process quick and easy. The price was what I was quoted. Left the same day with my Sierra. Great experience just wish they were a little closer.

Had a good experience at Lux Auto and Billy Mish as the salesman Having a good amount of knowledge on every vehicle we looked at. No pressure, friendly, courteous, and did whatever it took to please the customer. I got a little more truck than what I needed but the deal was in my price range and I really liked what I saw and the few extras that made the sale final. The truck looks great has every bell and whistle, only problem I have had so far in 3 months is the brakes failed 2 times that the truck would not stop. Brought to Denooyer chevy and they replaced the vacum booster. No problems since. The truck is under powered for its weight. Other then that it's been a great truck so far. Have had it 3 months and put 4000 miles on it.
This by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had, i worked with Adam V and the knowledge, professionalism, and overall positive energy he exuded made the process of buying my Equinox very easy. some things come and go, but good service never dies, I highly recommend if your looking for a new or used vehicle to come by colonial, you will not be disappointed

Not great. This car has given me headache after headache. The steering keeps popping. I have trouble with the paint chipping since day 1. The heater had problems within 2 months. Now, at 36,000 miles, the car interior is leaking from the windshield. on a trip the battery for the auto stop did not work after a long trip on the expressway.
