Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep review
I recently purchased a preowned vehicle from Jeremy Ratley at Myrtle Beach Jeep. From the minute I spoke with Jeremy he listened to what I was needing and looking for. He immediately said he knew the vehicle that would fit my needs and budget. This was a tad older, but low mileage As-Is vehicle, but we did agree to place on the We Owe a few items that we both thought were a minor/quick/easy fix that they would take care of after purchase. They immediately set an appointment with me, put me in something to drive and attempted the repairs. A day later they called and I returned to get my vehicle. However, only half the issue was fixed. They asked me to bring it back the next day and I did and again they attempted to fix but no good. So promptly they made another appointment and tried again – this time a very expensive fix. Unfortunately, this too failed to correct the issue. By now I knew they had spent way more time and money attempting to fix the issue than they had planned or that a reasonable business plan would allow. After a productive meeting they agreed to take the vehicle to the manufactures dealer to have them diagnose the issue and I agreed that if they would pay for the diagnosis, I would take care of the fix. We made another appointment and they again put me in a vehicle to drive while they took care of taking the truck to the dealer. This last appointment took much longer than I expected, but when they called and said they had it back, they had already paid for and fixed the truck. This was another not so cheap fix and was above and beyond my expectations. I know dealers get a lot of flack sometimes for not taking care of issues or customers. But my experience with sales, service and upper management was superior and the entire dealership went above and beyond to make the sale right! I want to thank the entire dealership, but especially Jeremy in sales – AWESOME! Lee the Sales Mgr, Tyler in F&I, Jim and Matt in Service, the mechanic Craig and the GM Ryan. If you’re looking for a vehicle and don’t at least stop here and tell Jeremy what your looking for, then you’ve done yourself a big disfavor. My next vehicle purchase will definitely start at Myrtle Beach Jeep and yours should too!

I have worked with this dealership multiple times from 2020 to 2022, each time they have been willing to help with no issues, I am a extremely picky customer, I tend to search the inventory of every dealership within 100 miles of me looking for the best deals, then I make a detailed list of vehicles that meet what I want/need and speak with each dealership about the different fees and rates for the vehicles I like to make sure I get the best deal. each time I visited Toliver Dodge in Mineola they have been more than willing to help, if they don't have what I'm looking for vs my budget, or they are unable to match trade in value of another dealership they have been honest enough to tell me up front, only issue I ever had from them was their detail service, but I had tan cloth seats in a car with 2 young children that hadn't been detailed in 3 years, so I couldn't really blame them there. I bought a truck from them back in 2020, and never had a single issue with it. They never hounded me upfront with the typical prying dealership questions "do you have a trade", "how much are you looking to pay per month", etc. Instead they let you set the pace for the buying process, at a pace that's comfortable for you. They didn't try to squeeze me in to something above my price range, they never tried to upsell me on stuff I don't need, very easy to work with and very friendly staff. That being said, they are still a dealership, and they still need to turn a profit, and you should never go into ANY dealership without being prepared, but i've worked with over 20 dealerships the past 2 years and Toliver Dodge of Mineola definitely places in the top 3.

If you actually understand that dealers have to make a little money to stay in business, then all is well. We saw a truck on Carfax we were interested in on a Sunday. We used their online customer service to let them know we were interested. We rec'd an email promptly Monday morning from Kelly Coleman. We made an offer over the phone based on what we could see of the vehicle pictures and reports. They countered with a fair offer and we made the 2 hour drive yesterday morning. She introduced us to the salesman Bob Amacher. He is exactly the kind of salesperson we like. No pressure, let us drive it as long as we liked, allowed us to inspect and talk about it by ourselves. Once we agreed we wanted to move forward, he got our paper work going, passed it off to the financial dept., then asked if we wanted any lunch? We declined at that point and waiting for our turn with the finance director, Nick Zdroik. Nick was fabulous to deal with, explained everything clearly, answered all our questions and got things going through our bank. He then offered us pizza that had been delivered, so we finally accepted the lunch offer as he finished our paperwork. The pizza was delicious and was a great way to end the experience, besides driving out with our Tundra. We would definitely come back and recommend them to all our friends!
