Came into Honda for an oil change and tire rotation. Tim greeted me with a smile and promptly took the keys to my vehicle and was right on time! Before I knew it, my vehicle was ready, all clean and shiney, warmed up, on this cold winter day. He even drove it right up to the exit for me, and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the paperwork! No Charge! I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

If Maurice were a super hero, his super power would be making great deals happen. He was friendly, helpful, informed (and don't even get me started on his accent)! We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

The only thing is I wish when I got my 2024 Buck Envista they would have told me to wait until 2025 or 2026 to get that car because they added so much more to the model that I have and that really sucks.

The quick lube part of hiller is great. They’re very efficient, answered my questions concerning other needed work. They also have a nice clean waiting area

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Dustin the service advisor was really helpful - took care of my issue with my keep grand Cherokee. Even though it was really busy, still was very friendly and solved the issue quickly. Definitely recommend this dealership/service hub.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.
