I purchased a new RAM 1500 on Oct 13th and it was one of the easiest and best buying experiences I have had. Tyler gave a great introduction to the truck and explained all the features. He knew the truck very well which is not always the case. We took a test drive and discussed a price. My wife and I then left to discuss it, we decided to pull the trigger. Tyler did most of the paperwork over the phone to reduce time at the dealership. When we arrived the truck was detailed and we only spent about an hour finishing things up with Tyler and with financing (sorry very nice guy but his name escapes me). I feel I got a fair deal and the entire experience was refreshing. How they stand behind the purchase is yet to be seen but I will let you know.

I worked with Product Specialist Javier Noriega in buying a 2018 Dodge Challenger RT, and he exceeded my customer service expectations. He was professional, knowledgeable, attentive and thorough - but was never pushy or dismissive. I told him what I wanted and he delivered. Javier was assisted by fellow Specialist (and ironically his brother) Gaspare Longo, who also succeeded in making this purchase easy and without the nightmares I've often heard the car-buying experience can be.
Finance Manager Michael Hanson also did an excellent job in arranging for financing for the vehicle, and I appreciated the speed and efficiency with which he conducted the transaction.
Overall my experience with Huntington Beach Dodge was excellent - easy, without pressure and one I would recommend to anyone. And, finally, this car ROCKS!
I came in after seeing a “too good to be true” offer on Facebook for a 2018 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel crewcab Laramie 4x4. After Holly showed me the beautiful truck and I drove it, we went in to the dreaded office. She clearly showed me the price and how the tax was figured after the first discount. Then the second one was applied. I kept asking her how I could get that price. Without leaving to get manager’s approval, she told me that that was the price. I took it and besides opting for a $139 gps tracker, I was not charged anymore fees or anything. I will recommend this place (andHolly) to others.

We searched online for cars and drove to several different dealers. We initial came in to purchase an Audi but after negotiation we settled on a BMW. All of their cars are in top shape. The first night we didn’t make a deal so we contacted our sales guy (Ronaldo) via text to discuss our options. He worked on our deal and we had our own finance in place. The deal was made and we returned to the dealer to trade in one BMW for a much newer BMW. Once we got into finance Sinbad informed us that he got us a MUCH lower rate with lower payment. I would recommend hitting Ronaldo up for a your next vehicle and have Sinbad take care of your finance.
I was not ready to buy a new car; I bought a ford Fiesta from Cal Worthington of Long Beach 3 years ago and I really loved that car. A few weeks ago someone TBoned us and my poor Fiesta paid the price.

I went to Worthington of LB because they gave me a chance at a car when no one else wanted to. I was right to go there. I was treated with respect, Armando was great not pushy, and direct with questions and answers. I told him which car I was looking at and he got it ready for the test drive; by the time we were back I knew I wanted this car. The paperwork was fast and off I went to meet Joe. Folks ask for Joe M. He was working that papaer work and got me a nice discount. He did not try and sell me anything I did not want. After the car accident I learned that GAP is good to have.
I had my sister drive me and Joe said send her home you are driving home. Armando C and Joe M make A great time. I have the Focus now and I'm actually really enjoying the slightly bigger car.

Great price on an awesome new Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. Paperwork was fast and easy. The only thing that took a while was them cleaning and gassing the car. Otherwise we would have been out of there in about an hour.
Good experience. Went to another Dodge dealer earlier that day, but they didn't have a good selection of colors for the model I wanted. I headed over to Glenn E Thomas and they had the one I was looking for. Still took a while to get everything taken care of, but that's to be expected. The free popcorn made it worth waiting. Also, they had catered lunch and had left over KFC and offered it to us (since they knew we had started our day at 12pm and was not around 8pm). The only negative for me was that I would have liked a higher value for my trade in, but it was within a reasonable value.
It's our 14th vehicle within our family over the years from Tuttle Click - our 4th within the past 12 month! We are definitely very satisfied and loyal return customers! It was a great pleasure all around from A-Z, to purchase another new vehicle.
