Crossroads Used Cars LLCReviews
Crossroads Used Cars LLC review
I had a great experience buying a van from Crossroads Used Cars. Mike was fantastic to work with—he even met me in Naperville to make the process easier, which I really appreciated. The van was exactly as described: clean, well-maintained, and a great deal. I just drove it back to Michigan without any issues. If you're looking for a reliable used vehicle and great service, I highly recommend Crossroads Used Cars!
2017 Chrysler Pacifica review
Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

The entire team at Jim Schmidt was awesome to work with. We came in from 3 hours away and they had the car and the entire deal ready to go. Wade worked hard to get us the best price and the finance team did amazing work to get us the lowest available interest rate.

Uftring Chevrolet in Washington review
Everyone was knowing and polite. They showed me a lot of the features that made it easy for me operate this new truck. Also it didn?t take all day to get everything I was looking for.
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

This is the second vehicle I purchased from Sam Lemans in Bloomington. Both times I dealt with Carson Allen. He is great to work with and made my car buying experience quick and easy. On this purchase he had to find the vehicle that I was looking for and he nailed it!! I love my new equinox and I highly recommend Sam Lemans for all new car purchases!!

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

The best and friendliest dealership around I would recommend them to everyone I receive excellent service
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Probably the most hassle free and enjoyable, yes enjoyable car buying experience. I'm retired and have purchased at least 40 cars in my lifetime. This was as I said the easiest purchase. Onie was great. Very informative and sat with us to show all the features and explain them to us.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Wonderful sales and service experience. Sterling was especially patient and helpful setting up the technology.
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

My name is Dean Smith, and Joshua Hampton was extremely helpful in my purchase of a 2017 jeep Cherokee. He was very thorough, informative, and very detail oriented. He also made me feel welcome, almost like a family member. He was very friendly, and went to great lengths to make sure that I understood what I was buying and the purchasing process. I would give him a ten star rating on his professional conduct and understanding of what good customer service is. Carwise is very fortunate to have him representing carwise. Keep up the good work Joshua and God bless you 🎚️🕊️🙏🙂
2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.
