I must say it was the first time I'd been to a dealership and the pressure was not turned up! Betty listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. As I realtor I didn't want to be "sold" to..and she didn't come off as a salesperson but as someone who really understood my needs and my search for the perfect car!
Totally unexpected! While I was waiting in service Yusef this tall salesman from Belize casually asked what kind of vehicle I was getting serviced. I let them know it was an older style Jeep and and that I was thinking about about maybe getting something newer. He said ,"while your waiting here in the service deptartment (which by the way is Awesome)why don't we go to see what they had to offer. "Yusef was confident and absolutely 100 percent positive that we would be able to find something that would work for me. We went over to their storage facility a few short blocks from the dealer. I was able to look at all of my choices without that feeling that pressure of the dealership. We drove my Jeep that I picked back to the dealer and that's when I met Graham the second part of this dynamic duo. Cheers to you my new Scottish friend . Graham was able to show me figures down to the last penny and it pretty close to what I had calculated myself .Once we agreed on everything I was complete shock to how easy Yusef and Graham have made the entire process. It could not have been more than an hour and a half to two hours for the entire process.Thanks guys so much I love my new Jeep. If you are looking for a any type of vehicle just going and meet the team for yourself
Buying a car is as bad as a root canal to me but yesterday Benjamin changed my mind. He didn't pressure me he just said what do you like and want do you want to pay? We went thru my options and I got the Charger I wanted. Then I worked with Steve in finance who was also great. I am a very happy customer! Thanks guys!!
I was not ready to buy a new car; I bought a ford Fiesta from Cal Worthington of Long Beach 3 years ago and I really loved that car. A few weeks ago someone TBoned us and my poor Fiesta paid the price.
I needed a new car.
I went to Worthington of LB because they gave me a chance at a car when no one else wanted to. I was right to go there. I was treated with respect, Armando was great not pushy, and direct with questions and answers. I told him which car I was looking at and he got it ready for the test drive; by the time we were back I knew I wanted this car. The paperwork was fast and off I went to meet Joe. Folks ask for Joe M. He was working that papaer work and got me a nice discount. He did not try and sell me anything I did not want. After the car accident I learned that GAP is good to have.
I had my sister drive me and Joe said send her home you are driving home. Armando C and Joe M make A great time. I have the Focus now and I'm actually really enjoying the slightly bigger car.
No I was not ready to buy a new car but l needed to. I'm glad I went and met these two guys; they made the process easy and pleasant. Thanks gents!
I walked in on the recommendation of a friend and truthfully did not expect to leave with anything but a status report. But a hamster dance, some ice cream, and a quick test drive later, Martin was able to answer my questions and work with me to drive away in a brand new Kia Soul! I'm still processing this; the fact that I have a brand new car and how Chris the financial advisor was able to work with me to finance the lease. The entire crew was top notch and I'm forever grateful to them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The dealer that I have was the best one I???ve ever dealt with. He helped my family in getting our new car but he insisted that we did all the heavy lifting when really it was him. I was blessed to meet him and thankful for all the work he has done in order to get our new car. He deserves the best and I wish more people meet this fellow. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Tundra over the weekend and had the best car buying experience ever. I was able to search inventory on line and confirmed availability via email. This was a great option and made the search easy. We showed up on a Thursday evening to test drive the car. We only had a limited amount of time since we had dinner with friends later. Driving into Nash it was a very impressive facility and had a great selection of autos. We went in and explained that we wanted to take a look at the car we emailed about and were helped right away. Nick was the sales person that we met and there was literally no pressure, he took us out to take a look then asked if we wanted to take it for a test drive. We loved the truck and wanted to purchase but knew we didn't have time that night. Nick took all our information before we left and did all the leg work once we left and had all the paperwork ready when we arrived the next day to finish the process. We drove off in our new truck in less than an hour and very satisfied with the truck. Nick was great and the whole experience with Nash was relaxed and friendly. We will absolutely be coming back next time we are in the market for a new car.
I purchased a new RAM 1500 on Oct 13th and it was one of the easiest and best buying experiences I have had. Tyler gave a great introduction to the truck and explained all the features. He knew the truck very well which is not always the case. We took a test drive and discussed a price. My wife and I then left to discuss it, we decided to pull the trigger. Tyler did most of the paperwork over the phone to reduce time at the dealership. When we arrived the truck was detailed and we only spent about an hour finishing things up with Tyler and with financing (sorry very nice guy but his name escapes me). I feel I got a fair deal and the entire experience was refreshing. How they stand behind the purchase is yet to be seen but I will let you know.
We just leased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder a month ago. Thank you Mr Albert Vasquez for the best deal and excellent service you gave us. I will refer you to my family and friends to buy cars from you and Augusto.

I was looking to buy a new car and walked into Galpin to look at the Continental. I was greeted by a salesman on the floor who was on his way to lunch. He referred me to Shaun Shahar. Shaun came out to meet me and I told him I wanted to test drive the car. I also told him the model, color and options I wanted. He happened to have that particular model on the lot. He had his associate Aaron take me for a test drive in the car. Aaron was well versed in all the features of the car. I took the car through its paces and I decided that the Continental just might be the car for me. I think Aaron was excellant and personable to work with. Once I got back to the showroom I spoke to Shaun about pricing and the financing options. He gave me his best price and the deal structure. I decided to think about it. There was no pressure of any kind put on me to buy. Shaun called me back the next day and I told him that I was still interested in the car. We went over the pricing again and made some adjustments in my favor. I stalled on the purchase price. He sounded so disappointed and I was too. The next day the sales manager called me and I told him I would buy the car with one final adjustment in price. He called me back 10 minutes and said we have a deal. I got into an Uber. Shaun sat down with me and went over the terms of the purchase. He explained it all to me in a clear and precise manner. I then signed all the paperwork. Then Shaun sat in the car with me and gave me a crash course on all of the features and how they operate. He was very patient as I soaked it all in. Then he gave me a rapid fire test and I passed with 100%. I felt competent to operate my new car and drove home. I have to tell you that it was a pleasure to work with Shaun and his associates. He made everything smooth and without causing any stress. I would recommend him to anyone I know that wants to buy a Lincoln or a Jag.
