Luxury & Imports Leavenworth review
I would like to thank Patrick, Kevin, Mike, Sage, Capone and Nicole for all their time helping me choose, finance, and ship my new 2015 Smart Fortwo Passion automobile. The aforementioned staff were courteous, prompt, honest, and a pleasure to do business with. My Smart car arrived a day early, it was more than I expected, a bit overwhelmed at both its interior & exterior and how spotless it was. The car handles well, hugs the road, is very responsive, and looks & feels brand new for a 2015 model. Patrick went above & beyond as a go between for the finance department, and the service department to safely ship my car from Kansas to Minnesota. Again, thanks and I would recommend your dealership to anyone wanting a new car. Sincerely, Sam

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Great experience. Texted me back immediately, answered questions and scheduled a test drive. Then helped me through everything including a government tax credit for. the used EV. They weren't pushy with the sale or financing with them. Let me take the car before the wire even came through. No complaints.

Brian Diaz was wonderful to work with. What I thought was important regarding a vehicle, still was important. However, Brian helped paint a picture of what was of the utmost importance between what was best considering both my vehicle desires and my finances pertaining to a vehicle and helping me find a happy median.

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

State Line Nissan Inc.Reviews
State Line Nissan Inc. review
We recently purchased a Nissan Pathfinder, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dale, our salesperson, was knowledgeable, straightforward, and very personable. He has a great sense of humor and kept things light and relaxed, which helped the entire process feel calm and casual rather than stressful. There was no pressure, no games, and no wasted time—just clear answers and honest communication. Jeremy handled the paperwork and financing at the end, and he was equally personable and easy to work with. The process was smooth, efficient, and exactly as promised, with everything explained clearly and no last-minute surprises. The dealership as a whole was professional, well-organized, and respectful of our time. What is usually a stressful experience felt transparent and straightforward. We drove away in our new Pathfinder feeling confident about our purchase and appreciative of how well we were treated. Highly recommend Dale, Jeremy, and the dealership overall.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

I had gone to another dealer ship first and had a horrible experience. Then I notice they had a great inventory of Dodge ram trucks. I just decided to walk the lot by myself since I knew what I was looking for. Here came Jason Conrad he ask me if I was interested in any of the trucks. Yes, I had my eyes on 2 of them then he got me the keys and let me test drive them. I was in love with the first test drive and that was the end of the story. He show me the carfax report on the vehicle and everything was clean. I drove that truck home today and was thankful for "Jason" he is a great salesman and if people ask me I will be referring him more business. Other car dealers need to go train under him and learn how to treat a customer. Kudos to Jason.

Randal was excellent to work with and very pleasant. I recommend him. Ask for him.
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Great Service! Fast, easy, transparent. I really appreciate a dealership that gets it and they do!
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

Victory Chevrolet GMC Paola review
We had a great experience at Victory Chevrolet in Paola! Mark”Bigfoot” listened to what we were interested in and took that and found the perfect “new to us” truck! This is the second time we’ve bought from them, and appreciated the friendly people and atmosphere both times.
2021 Chrysler Pacifica review
We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

This is the greatest car I have ever laid my eyes upon. The interior, the color palette, and the sight of the car left me in awe. It even has apple car play.

Bob Allen Ford-OttawaReviews
Bob Allen Ford-Ottawa review
I had an excellent experience working with Ashton McCurdy at Bob Allen Ford in Ottawa, Kansas. Buying a car out of state can be stressful, but Ashton made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. He was professional, responsive, transparent, and never made me feel pressured at any point. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept communication clear and consistent, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping people and doing things the right way—not just making a sale. Kyle, the sales manager, was also a big part of making everything come together. He worked with us to finalize the deal and made the entire process feel fair, easy, and well handled. Flying out to pick up my new Mustang Mach-E and driving it back to Colorado was a big decision, but thanks to Ashton and Kyle, I felt completely comfortable doing it. The car was exactly as represented, and the entire experience was absolutely worth the trip. If you’re looking for honest people, great communication, and a dealership that truly takes care of you, I highly recommend Ashton McCurdy and the team at Bob Allen Ford.

All Star Auto LLCReviews
All Star Auto LLC review
I was in the market to buy a newer used car, and I stopped by All Star Auto to check out a couple of cars I had found online. Johnny was my initial contact, and I could tell from my first visit that he would give it to me straight, no BS, and he wasn't pushy in the slightest. Very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, and I ended up going to look on three different occasions, eventually settling on one that I liked. The buying process was very quick and painless, I believe I was in and out of the office in half an hour total (from the price agreement to the document signing). And their dealership administration fee is substantially lower than some of the other dealerships I checked out. Also, they offered to fix my loose driver's side handle for free a week after I had already purchased the car. Overall, their customer service is great (Johnny especially) and I had a great buying experience. I will definitely go back in the future when I'm in the market again.
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

As soon as I was greated by Anthony I knew this was the place to be. Me and my wife went in not really sure if we wanted to buy a car because at every other dealership we had been to the salesman where really pushy and seemed like they didn’t care about me as a customer. But the way we were treated as soon as we walked in made us feel as if we knew Mr Anthony from a long time ago . Even though he is a really young man he is very knowledgeable and very respectful. We had a great experience and we will definitely be recommending it to all of our friends and family.
