I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Kala was wonderful to deal with, not your typical car dealership, no pushy sales people to worry about, didn't bother me when I called to ask if car was available. Made arrangements to go look at the 2017 Ford Explorer on a Saturday, never thinking I was going to be driving it home that day but I did. I went to lunch with my step mom and paperwork was ready when I came back for me to sign. Kala also helped me get the car seats our of my old car and put in my new car.
The car has an A/C issue right now but again Kala is handling it all for me, all I need to do is drop it off and pick it up.

I found a car from their other dealer location & they were able to get it in to the New Castle location for me to test drive. I did not need a car, but was looking to upgrade. All in all the experience was good & they worked with myself & husband to meet our guidelines as far as a monthly payment. They have also been quick to remedy any issues (which have been minimal). Initially went to look st a pre owned vehicle. Wound up looking at 4 pre owned vehicles. The sales person Nick Sugar was both patient and knowledgeable about the vehicles as we dragged him from car to car. He didn't get upset pr anxious and never "pushed" a certain vehicle as other dealers that we visited had done Once we got back in the office and discussed numbers we decided to look at a 2019 Equinox. Bottom line we bought a 2919 Equinox and Nick was the most patient and got us both the vehicle and color we wanted at a price we needed. A very positive buying experience.
