Everyone there in every department is awesome. Now have my 3rd Jeep and it’s great.
2019 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
The hybrid makes a lot of sense because of the overall mpg. That drives a lot of the value we derive from this van. I would probably purchase another newer model if the overall electric miles substantially increased.

Faricy Chrysler Jeep review
We had an amazing experience at Faricy Boys! Buying our new Jeep and Dodge was incredibly easy from start to finish. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress-free. Brandon Wilke never made us feel pressured, and went out of his way to answer our questions and make sure we were taken care of. One of the vehicles was for our 16-year-old's first car, and he was very specific about the type of car he wanted. Brandon Wilke stepped up to the challenge, took the time to listen to what he was looking for, and found a vehicle that our son absolutely loves. Watching him drive away in his first car made the experience even more special. This was truly one of the easiest and most enjoyable vehicle-buying experiences we've had. A huge thank you to Brandon and the entire Faricy Boys team for making the process so smooth. We highly recommend Faricy Boys to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

AutoNation Dodge Ram Broadway review
Found the RAM 3500 online. It was in stock, so we came in to see it. The two people we dealt with were friendly and knowledgable. All questions were answered. Very competitive pricing. Honored the military retiree bonus from RAM. Among the advertisements online, AutoNation, RAM trucks on S Broadway in Denver, fulfilled what they advertised. Nothing hidden. Appreciated the assistance and service we received.
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Really appreciate the quality product and a helpful sales staff. Buying this car was an easy process as the sales staff was friendly very knowledgeable and courteous.
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Had the older SUV version Pacifica & never had a problem in 8 years, excellent on road trips. When the new version came out I was hesitant to go back to a minivan look (kids are grown) but we do many road trips a year and need room and comfort. We got a 2017 Pacifica which exceeded our expectations on road trips by far! We camp in the back, luggage on roof, fabulous gas mileage! Even went to each coast for xmas in heavy snow up in NH Mtns & the car did great (We drive appx 5,000 each trip) The bad-back issues someone mentioned...I don't get it, the lumbar is fabulous, the seats are comfy, lots of leg room (we are in our late 50's and climb all around in that car and on the roof, no problem). However two years in we started to have electronic issues, had to replace the big battery ($300 or so, all the flashy safety features suck it up) then the small battery. Lots of the "alert" signs appeared for various things, but there wasn't ever a real problem. (Hate to say it but we have a lot of safety features turned off, not once have I trusted a back-up camera, we are SO old school) Then 4-1/2 years in, driving down the road, the transmission went. NOT happy! The warranty was still good for it and it was all taken care of, but still...a 3 1/2 year old car?? But we're keeping our car, I LOVE my Pacifica! I do believe ours, a 2017, since it was the first year of the re-made Pacifica's, was trial & error with issues, we should've waited till 2018! I would absolutely get another!

2022 Chrysler Voyager review
The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

Tim explained everything about what was going to happen, what needed to be done, and my part in it perfectly. The gentelman who worked on my car did an awesome job too; I?d just had it detailed for a show, and he didn?t mess it up at all. My wait for a ride home was short, the shop was clean, and everyone was really nice. They even gave my service dog a bone! Honestly, everyone there was great. I?d definitely bring my car back for any future warranty work. They did a fantastic job and got the job done there quickly.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Initially I dealt with Dan, the owner, over the internet. Then I dealt with Steve at Castle Rock, then Martin at Parker. They were kind, caring, and helpful. Honestly, Dan may be the best communicator I've ever dealt with. He always responded immediately, I was mostly impressed with his immediate and accurate responses. I bought a 2017 F350 and I feel I got a great deal and was well taken care of. Thank you Berkenkotter Motors Tomm Olsen Michigan

2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

Berkenkotter Motors Castle Rock review
We traded for 2nd generation Dodge pickup. Lucas gave us a straight description of the pickup (beautiful 2nd gen Dodge), & held it for over a week, until we could get to Castle Rock. When we picked up the Dodge, Lucas, & the rest of the guys were so polite, & helpful. They made sure we were happy with the trade, and helped us transfer our posssessions to the new vehicle. All-round, really nice people. We highly recomend them,
2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
For starters, let me just say that I primarily like the van. It's good looking and the Uconnect system is better than previous iterations. However, what gripes me on a major level is the lack of a shifter. The know thing is ridiculous! There is no way to select a lower gear (other than first) when needing engine braking. Just smoke the heck out of the brakes, I guess... No way to downshift when needing more engine torque. You have to just mash the laggy throttle and wait until the computer decides to allow you to do so. Which leads me to my second major gripe. Who is driving? Me, or some integrated circuit? Well If I go too fast, I get the ticket, not the computer ganglia under the dash. So yeah, IM DRIVING. Let me drive and stop second guessing my every input. Lagging throttle. Delayed gear changes and upshifts into pointless high gears at low speeds. Inability to select a gear range manually. My third gripe is: The stalling! Darn thing just dies every time I stop at a red light or stop sign. Sure I can turn it off, but it turns itself right back on again. (Again, I am the driver. Stop overriding my decisions. ) Who made the deal with some starter manufacturer for that cockamamie crap? Its got to be bad on the starter to have to keep restarting at every stop. Maddening! My last point is in general for ALL automakers... Humans have legs! We need space for them when sitting in back seats! Little humans pointlessly kick things with their spazzy little legs. Maybe add about 12 to 18 more inches (per row of passenger seating) in your design phase for limbs that 99٪ of vehicular occupants posess. Believe me, there is room on the roads for minivans that could be 2 to 3 feet longer. Parents will thank you. Rear seat passengers will thank you. Oh and there's this... " ding, ding, ding, ding,... bing bong, bing bong, ... buzzzzzz.." STOP IT! Every darn thing makes a dinger or bingbonger go off! 2018 Pacifica... Needs: Room for actual humans in back. A real gearshift and MANUAL SHIFTING ability. How about a real manual transmission. With a clutch pedal and 5 speed manual? And the REAR VENT WINDOWS THAT OPEN!!! Kids fart. A lot! We all want the rear vent windows back! Does NOT need: Any more computer garbage trying to override the actual driver. More speeds in some trashy automatic slushbox excuse for a transmission.

Berkenkotter Motors ParkerReviews
Berkenkotter Motors Parker review
I toggled between 4&5 stars and I landed on 5 (which is hard to do with me)and I will tell you why.I started out with BMotors over a month ago looking at one particular 5th wheel and after it had been listed that it had some things that worked it actually didnt but well my son was a used car dealer for many years and this was the reason I asked for it to be checked.I know how things work in used vehicles its not always obvious even to the dealerships. They could have sold me it as it was but they were 100% honest and said they needed to put me in another trailer. This is the most important aspect of a dealership really. You get what they are saying! This new 5th wheel is more then double the price but its more then worth it and I am satisfied with it They did good by me and in house financed me on top of it. Bret was amazing and answered every time I text him a question or concern. When I was ready to haul this giant 5th wheel for the very first time with a truck I just purchased they actually had their service guy (and another employee follow)drive about 6 miles with me to get me out of the city and show me how to make the turns and show me how to use the brake system on the trailer. This is above and beyond!! This Yall is a 5 star Dealership!!! I highly recommend Berkenkotter!! Go see Bret, Alen or Any of the Guys they eill hook you up!

We had such a great experience with Gabe at Faricy Jeep. We had already been to a few other dealerships, but none of them came close to the customer service and professionalism we received from Gabe. He really listened to what we wanted our payment to be and worked hard to make it happen. We ended up leaving that day with a new 2026 Jeep Cherokee and couldn’t be happier. Definitely ask for Gabe if you stop by!

Mountain View Motors review
I have to say as mom walking in with 2 small children, I was treated very kindly and the owner did not seemed bothered by my children being there with me at all. Took the car for a drive. Had it looked over by a mechanic, came back later with just my older rambunctious child, and again, Mountain View Motors never once seemed bothered by a child, being a child in their office. Everything went so smoothly and they were very respectful to me. There was no pushing to buy a different vehicle, they were very honest and had excellent customer service. I recommend anyone who is looking for a used car to take their business to Mountain View. Thanks for everything MVM.

I had an amazing experience at Springs Auto Sales! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right car. The selection of vehicles was impressive, and everything was well-maintained and reasonably priced. The buying process was smooth and stress-free—no pushy sales tactics, just honest advice and great customer service. They even went the extra mile to make sure the car was in top shape before I drove it off the lot. I highly recommend Springs Auto Sales to anyone looking for a reliable used car. I’ll definitely be back in the future!

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

2016 Chrysler 200 review
I've always loved the Chrysler 200C ever since I had someone pull up to a 300S with the Pentistar in a smaller lighter car. It's easy to work on the 3.6L V6, the valve cover gaskets, oil cooler, water pump thermostat housing and radiater should be replaced every 100,000 miles and they're all easy to upgrade to aftermarket parts. It corners incredibly, stops and slows amazingly and accelerates like it's leaving a shootout and it's immensely buildable with Moog and Sprintex Parts. It's also one of the only survivability cars on the road and side impact crashtestnet's toughest car on the road. I love driving it and I keep building her every year, I've got over 215,000 miles on the prettiest Chrysler 200C in Knoxville. 😁

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Thank you Brandon! You made it easy to trade in two cars. I love my Santa Cruz so far, well worth the wait. Great service, easy purchase.
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Best overall car shopping experience! Amazing customer service (the best we’ve ever had) prices, and hospitality! They made us feel like we were important and not just another sale/buyer! Dependable fun attractive car that sometimes gets a bad rap. Frequent trips across the Florida Everglades in 98 degree heat in the same day and niether have ever let me down. One of the best A/C systems I've ever owned! Three common problems they all share; Transmission service @ about 100k, weak rear window motors and small leaks on front window weather stripping. All repairable. Other than that drop the top and enjoy miles of inexspensive driving!

CarMax Boise (Meridian) review
I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.
