I've been driving Chargers/300s since 2005. For 7 years I've wanted a 300 AWD and found it here. Knew what I wanted and walked in. The sales rep, Derreck, was helpful, low pressure and most of all, attentive to my concerns, requests and most importantly, my timeline and availability. Having a sales rep who respects your time and choices on where to shop cannot be understated. Bald Hill won me over to Chrysler/Dodge in 2005 and won me over again in 2018. Over the years, this dealership has never disappointed. As for financing, they found an incredibly good rate by shopping local banks!
Spent a Sunday getting my new truck. Very happy with the truck. Everyone was very helpful and it was very low pressure. as it was a sunday it was busy and some of the financial providers were not available, but we made it work
Anthony from the sales staff was friendly and courteous, making the deals was easy both on price and to complete the paperwork. They also provided quick responses to fix any issue I had after delivery.
We had a great experience buying a "slightly used" 2017 vehicle. Ed Kelly was our sales representative, and he went out of his way to make the experience a positive one. I dealt with Andy Clair, have to say it was the easier car experience I have ever had. It was a simple process was never rushed or felt under pressure to buy at any point. Andy was very informative and up front throughout the whole process.

My Wife and I went in to learn about how a lease works and to possibly lease, or Purchase and Vehicle. We decided to lease a 2018 Grand Cherokee due to the rebates. After Speaking with Al Antolini about how it all works he made us feel very comfortable with leasing being our best option. Unfortunately Imperial did not have the specific vehicle we where looking for a Al found the vehicle at another dealer and called to put it on hold for us. We signed the paperwork that night for the vehicle and left for the evening. We where suppose to pick up our purchase on Tuesday, But Al called with a problem, the other dealership sold the vehicle he put on hold. Al Asked if we would settle for Tan interior instead of black because he would put us in a 2019 for the same amount for our troubles. Imperial went above and beyond to fix the problem and didn't have to. I will be buying my vehicles form Imperial going forward, you guys have earned a life long customer. I walked in to have an inspections sticker and lucked out to have it done in about 50 minutes . Phewww. The customer service rep as always was efficient ,kind and informative . This was a far cry from my last visit for an oil change and license plate bulb replacement which took 2.5 hours even WITH an appointment .
We had been to 5 other dealers over the last 6 months. Each one said that I would have to "give up" one of the selected features...that the van I was looking for couldn't have everything I wanted. Jarred found one within 15 minutes of sitting with us....color, package, and a dvd player! He was kind and so helpful and never once made us feel pressured! We were done purchasing the van within an hour. I've been to other dealership where I've spent the whole day. The business manager was very thorough and personal. Made sure he went over everything and we were still out within an hour. I love the new van!
Driving my new jeep is so much fun. It runs and drives well and I'm really excited about it. I bought it from Dave at colonial. He was really helpful and informed me about everything I wondered and had questions about. I will go back later when I needed another car.
