Richfield Bloomington Honda review
When dropping the car off, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Matt was extremely courteous and helpful. .He even arranged for an Uber which arrived within 5 minutes to take me home. The experience was the same at pickup! The repairs were done right and in a timely manner. Great experience!

Full-service shop, along with a wide selection of inventory of both new and pre-owned vehicles. There is also a giant parking ramp behind the dealership with all of their inventory.
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

We had an excellent experience working with Devin Thorpe at Luther Used Car Company. He handled our transaction and walked us through all of the paperwork to finalize the purchase of our Dodge Ram. Devin was courteous, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything while answering all of our questions. I purchased the truck with my 21-year-old son, and since this was his first time going through the car-buying process, Devin went above and beyond to make sure he fully understood every step. Thanks to Devin’s patience and clear explanations, my son will carry this knowledge with him for future car purchases. What really stood out was Devin’s passion for his job and the way he helped us through any rough spots with ease and kindness. We felt extremely comfortable the entire time and truly appreciated his professionalism. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle here again and would look forward to working with Devin in the future.

Minnesota Truck Headquarters of Forest Lake review
These guys were absolutely great and very easy to work with. There wasn’t any pressure and no pushy salesmen. We came over to buy a car from another dealership and things didn’t work out and we didn’t want to leave empty handed. These guys had us in a new car within an hour and a half !
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

Morrie's Minnetonka FordReviews
Morrie's Minnetonka Ford review
I worked with a wonderful service advisor: Joe Hanson at Morries Minnetonka Ford. His personal service went above and beyond, as he repaired a raw metal ding, so as to protect it from corrosion during this winter months here in MN. He also helped troubleshoot some frozen parking brake issues. He kept me in the loop at all times, and completed the work in the time he estimated at the projected price estimate. He stayed past his shift time in order to complete the jobs at hand.

Luther Used Car CompanyReviews
Luther Used Car Company review
We had a complex car purchase and Luther Used Car Company stood by their word that they thoroughly make sure that they are doing their best to sell decent used cars. We were excited to find a Honda CRV at this dealership. However, just a month after we purchased the car every dashboard light came on and the engine failed, which was very expensive. When we took it back to the dealership, they paid to put in a new used engine. While doing so, they also fixed other issues they found in the process. They said that they wanted to make sure we knew that they wouldn't knowingly sell us a bad car and although that unfortunately happened, they did make it right. We are very thankful that we chose to buy our used car at Luther Used Car Company and we hope to honor them with business in the future.
2013 Chrysler Town & Country review
I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.

Everyone that I dealt with, throughout the entire process had amazing attitudes and willing to help in any way possible. I truly felt like everyone enjoyed their jobs and their main goal was to make sure all their customers got into the vehicle that they truly wanted. I can't thank this team enough, for making our Yukon purchase as smooth as it was!

I love my Mercedes of St Paul team! Greg Clark is an amazing salesman as well as kind and caring person! He always gives personal attention and makes his clients feel appreciated! And thank you Tony in service, for quickly retrieving our handicap tag out of the door! With a smile and a handshake. You are so kind and friendly and it was the first time I met you! Thank you, Tony! 😀 I've been coming to Mercedes of St Paul for years and have done lots of business with them. Every associate from reception to check out and even walking through the dealership, I'm greeted with smiles, head knods and kindness! That means a lot in this day and time.. They are why I keep going back! Rose

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Lexdan AutomotiveReviews
Lexdan Automotive review
Lee (sales rep) & Ben (sales manager) were both amazing to work with. I was very uneasy about the whole car buying process & they worked with me to help me find just what I needed, nothing more. They were not pushy and didn’t try to oversell me. They went out of their way to ensure the car I bought was all fixed up (few minor things noticed while test driving). When it’s time to buy a new car, I’ll be back! Thanks again Lee & Ben for your service!! Edit to add - there ended up being a much larger issue with the vehicle, requiring a remanufactured engine be installed. I want to be clear, the issue I had that resulted in a new engine was in no way covered up by the dealership - it just happened to be the reality of the situation. I worked hand & hand w Dennis & Scott as my main contacts with the extended warranty company to get the entire repair taken care of. As a team, LexDan has gone above & beyond ensuring that my every need was taken care of. Because of how Dennis & team handled my situation - my review stays at 5 stars! Integrity goes a long way! Thank you!

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Bedrock MotorsReviews
Bedrock Motors review
Wow, what can I say. It was meant for me to connect with Kent K. at Bedrock Motors. I had been in search of a 2013 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet convertible. I literally only made one call, and rushed over after work to test drive. After doing a quick exam under the hood, and checking the ground for leaks. I was feeling confident about purchasing this vehicle. Kent was nice to inform me he would not be on site, so I met Kip who was just as helpful. I offered to put down a deposit, but Kip indicated no need it will be held for you : ). I came back with my 2013 trade in vehicle, and received a great deal. I have NEVER in all my years of purchasing a vehicle from larger establishments, been as impressed as Bedrock Motors made me fill. Thank you.

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

Salesperson Chad was great and Jesse in finance got us through as quick as he could. Love the truck and will definitely go back in the future
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.
