2018 Honda Civic review
I have had my car for a few years now. I have 102k on it now. I took it in for the A/C recall and Fuel pump. My injectors were replaced as part of the fuel pump recall. I have had zero other issues, all was paid for. I am as happy with it now as I have ever been. I get a constant 35MPG combined and it has 205hp with excellent handling. I’m old, I’ve had a lot of cars. This is truly an engineering marvel. How could you get this mileage and power for that price? Do your research. I drive it very aggressively in so cal canyons etc and it makes me smile.. that alone is worth the reasonable price. Mine is stock, but my warranty just ended at 100k so stay tuned……

Blacked out- the sun only finds its way in at the apex of noon, this I like for my long commute. Fantastic. Luxury. Seat warmers. Cruise features so safe you can set exactly how close (by feet) you want to come to the vehicle ahead of you.

2015 Lexus RC F review
This is the best car I’ve ever owned. So reliable and very fun to drive. The 2UR-GSE 5.0 liter V-8 mated to the 8-speed transmission is a perfect combination. Ordered mine in December 2014 and it arrived in late January 2015 and was in my garage the next day. After 10 1/2 years of ownership, I still love it. No regrets. I also own a 2018 LC 500 purchased new, great looking car but the RCF is, in my opinion, more fun to drive than the LC 500. Sorry to hear about 2025 being the last year for the RCF. With that news, I don’t plans to sell mine.

2016 Audi TT review
The previously leased and Audi certified TT was the only logical choice for my wife and me when our old 1999 Audi A6 suddenly became unreliable and too expensive to maintain. Three years old with a two-year extended warranty, the 2016 TT is a powerful, agile yet economical alternative to the A6, and its quickness makes interstate driving a delight. It's simply an amazing machine. We've never had a vehicle as classy and attractive as is this one. Hats off to Mamta and her cohort at Chantilly Audi.

2013 Scion FR-S review
Tengo el FR-S desde el año 2013, hace 10 años. El carro me ha salido super bueno. Es un carro pequeño pero muy diferente a los otros deportivos de 2 puertas. Me gusta por que puedo ajustar mi asiento sin preocuparme de que tiene un panel en la parte trasera. Mi hijo tiene 5 años y lo llevo en la parte trasera en su asiento protector y a el le encanta. Soy de los que a tenido mas de 15 autos durante mis años de chofer. Este auto no me a pedido nada de arreglos. El secreto, se los dire. A todos mis autos le cambio el aceite a las 3,500 millas. Muchos me dicen que es muy temprano, que el manufacturero dice que más. Solo le diré que si tienen su vehiculo y lo utilizan de diario, arranca y para, arranca y para, ect. Estos carros modernos utilizan un aceite 0-20 no es como en otros tiempos. Si utilizan buen aceite, y lo cambian a las 3,500 millas se acordarán de mi. Ese motor siempre estará como nuevo! y su auto se lo agradecerá. Amo a mi Subaru, por que aunque tiene todo los simbolos scion, no tiene nada de scion. Todos sus labels, todos sus componentes dicen subaru, hasta las chapas de los aros por la parte de atras dice "subaru". Así que les recomiendo el TOYO-BARU FR-S.

2016 Jaguar F-TYPE review
I purchased my 2016 F Type R AWD last December 2022. Since then I have driven about 2000 miles without issue. I test drove everything from 911 to AMG GTS before purchasing the F Type. Lots of AWD HP without fish tailing. Can drive for hours at a time with comfort. Lots of attention, it was a little weird at first. Modification not necessary. I highly recommend.

I have owned 4 acura Rsx-S from 2001 to 2004 they are all rock solid cards, mechanically unstoppable , only down side is rust. But if you can find a clean one it'll run until the end of time with proper maintenance even if heavily abused.

2008 Jaguar XKR review
Just got my XKR 2008,, best year I read somewhere. Head turner, can't really tell because they are behind me. Hit the peddle and I was off, slowed down and vehicle behind caught up to take a look at "what was that". Still haven't put top down not sure how to put it back up, and where does it go. Khalid is good, but Tyson Mercedes is greedy. Khalid wore a sharp tailored suit which is unheard of in the dealerships where I am from. He was very professional, pointing out flaws in the paint he offered to fix before I could point out the ones I saw. He respected my time which was less than ideal for making a purchase today. We made a handshake on a good deal, but it's been over 6 hours and I still haven't seen my "deal" in writing with an out the door quote. As far as Tyson Mercedes, the vehicle which was just "front end aligned" last week had one tire about 5-6 pounds low, and this was not noticed with the yellow light on the dash when it was pulled around for me earlier in the day. The test drive was not safe to conduct other than around the corner and back at slow speed, so I have no idea how it really handles. The biggest issue I have is the dealership assessing a "non-negotiable" sky-high processing fee which is nearly $1000, probably among the highest in Virginia. It doesn't cost $1000 for the 15 minutes of work it takes to process the sale and send the documents to DMV, etc. If they want this kind of fee, they should be selling vehicles $1000 below market value, and not even bothering marking them up $3000 over market value! Be prepared to negotiate $3000-4000 down just to get to the market price on a used vehicle! After you get to market price, make them take off some of the $1000 processing fee from the sale price or walk off the lot and go buy the same thing from another dealer who only charges $500 or less in processing fees. If it's taxable, it's negotiable! Do your research and use online tools to know the market value before you visit any dealership!

I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. 2025 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT 63 review
2025 AMG GT63, just over 500 miles so far and really love the beast. to put in perspective: purchased three e63s in the past and this is my fourth AMG. Switched over from M3s and M5s… drove 55 before deciding on 63. 55 lacks that mighty M177 pull in my opinion… so far, happy with my decision, GT63 is outstanding from every point of view. not a daily driver, likely the “garage queen ”, however finding every excuse to get behind the wheel!

2019 Mercedes-Benz AMG S 63 review
Second "S" that I have owned. This AMG model is comfortable with good acceleration for everyday driving. Transmission is a little finicky at takeoff and takes some getting use to for smooth pullaway. Much better overall than my first car (non-AMG). Convenience features are intuitive and make this a wonderful car to drive.

2017 Acura NSX review
This car is eye-catchingly beautiful and attracts attention wherever I drive it. It is also blazingly fast as confirmed with a recent 170+ mph blast around the road course at Daytona International Speedway. Even at such elevated speeds, it is extremely confidence-inspiring with rock solid stability and directional control. On top of all that, it is quite comfortable and maintenance is reasonable for an exotic car. It is also Honda reliable! The interior is well laid out and attractive. For a car that sits as low as this one, it has good headroom (I am 6' 1"). The seats are supportive without being intrusive. On the track, one gets the lateral support needed, but never with any discomfort. My only beef with the interior is the controls for the audio system. They are not user friendly, even though they would be familiar to most Acura owners. The flip side is that the (upgraded) sound system is very good--once you figure out how to turn it on and select what you want to hear. The carbon-ceramic brakes are simply phenomenal. At Daytona, I was braking from over 160 mph before the chicane and the car always stayed where I pointed it with no wiggles. It did not seem possible to make them fade--in fact they performed better when they warmed up. This car makes no pretense about being a family car. It a true exotic sports car and notwithstanding its excellent interior comfort, it is very much performance focused. Cost effectiveness is pretty much dependent on one's perspective and purpose in owning such a vehicle. It actually gets decent mileage when driven "normally." I get between 23 and 25 mpg on the highway. This goes down to 6 mpg on the track! While I loved my 1991 NSX, this car is in a different league and I can't see myself selling it even though I could do so at a profit.

2014 BMW i8 review
Great looks, tech is beyond my capabilities, car runs great. Battery mode doesn't have much range but gets great mileage. Shipping company ran the battery down so car didn't like that very much.

2008 Porsche Cayman review
This car has been maligned as having reliability issues due to IMS issues and bore scoring. From what I can gather, bore scoring occurs from improper maintenance and driving beyond 7200 rpm. Maybe I am wrong as I am no mechanic--far from it. If you know the car has a good history as did mine, with one owner and regular oil changes and dealer inspections, it is hard to go wrong. I did a PPI with an independent mechanic and as far as he could see past the spark plugs he found no issues and no leaks or evidence of same on the underside. Every time I drive this car I have a smile on my face. What is that worth?

2019 Mercedes-Benz AMG E 53 review
Been driving it for 3 years already. Great everyday car, I must admit. Unstated exterior styling versus the power train under the hood. Surprisingly, very good FC for despite the power. Mostly City driving averaging around 9km/l. Managed 13km/l on highway. Experienced a few issues with whining sound coming from engine that remained unresolved. Dealer changed front and rear axle, 2 drive rods, pneumatic suspension pump, wire harness and 48 Volt generator under warranty. These are certainly costly major parts. So, in terms of reliability, I would still rate it as 3, as no breakdown encountered till now.
