Had a great experience with the sales help, Jody and Ashley. The business manager made the experience feel effortless. Although I did most of the negotiating on line and I could have gotten more for my trade, I felt that the deal went as i planned.

Had a 10:30 AM apt for oil change and recall notice (software) was told they had a rental car available, asked why I needed a rental for oil change appt. was told customary. Was picked up and taken to enterprise only to be told I needed to pay a deposit for car and either buy rental insurance or use my own Insurance. Major turn off! Called 2 hrs after I dropped vehicle off to be told it could be tomorrow before it???s ready. Called 5 hours after I dropped it off and was told it was done. I returned to dealership only to find cashier didn???t have paperwork, service advisor said he put in basket. 20 mins later my paperwork was found and we left.
It was the best experience ever. I spoke with Mr. Gary smith. But the whole team was great. they gave all the options and the price was very very fair compared to other dealership. I did go to multiple dealerships and we did not have a great experience as we did at Milton Martin Honda. I give my highest recommendations

As soon as I stepped into the building I was greeted by a very polite and friendly young lady named Daisy . She helped me with everything I needed . Answered all my questions and throughout the entire time I was there she was very professional and friendly. Best experience I’ve had in any dealer .
Having been an automobile dealer for 30 years I look at dealerships as a client in quite a different manner. I must say I was impressed with Jason and Dan and the speed and efficiency of the service department. The cleanliness of the facility was excellent, the friendliness contagious right into the waiting room with the other waiting customer. We didn't wait long, we didn't have to wait forever for an appointment and it's for sure comparing it to my old facility this one is "A1!

Very friendly staff. They did okay answering my questions, but I new more about the history of the vehicle than they did. There's a $599 handling fee that gets added to the sticker price, so make sure to ask about it up front.
