We located a 4x4 truck at Show Me Auto Mall North in Belton, Missouri. It looked good except for a rusty latch and some small scratches on the fender. Although the purchase process was not the speediest, we did purchase the truck and asked them to replace the latch and touch up the scratches, which they did.
After leaving the dealership, we couldn’t tune in radio stations and noticed the antenna (on the scratched side) was missing. We purchased an antenna but were unable to install it.
We had driven the truck for several months and were happy with it. One day while walking on a deck, we were able to see the top of the truck and noticed the roof of the cab had a dent with missing paint and long scratches. The dent was on the same side as the touched up area. We were disappointed and feeling bad about the purchase. We thought we’d call the dealer and see what they had to say. They were willing to repair it to make it right! Logan offered to install the antenna at the same time. The repair job on the roof is excellent.
This made us very happy and gives us confidence in Show Me Auto Mall North to treat customers well.
New car under warranty which Kia in St. Joe would not investigate leak damage, because they "did not have time to pull the carpets, just put a fan on it for a couple days." Soaked under carpets, pads, etc. Took car to Lee's Summit and they got it right in,pulled carpets/pads, let the car dry out for a couple days and then replaced the carpet, provided loaner, and were so amazing to work with. 100% customer focus. I rolled the dice buying a used car that was across the country from me but both David and Paul made sure I knew what I was getting before I saw the jeep in person! I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT from new century dodge and the only complaint I have is not living closer to have them as my permanent go to dealer. David was excellent about returning any phone calls and also providing me with any and all pictures I asked for of the vehicle. Even after the purchase and delivery of the jeep David has reached out to me several times to check on the jeep and my satisfaction and addressing anything I had a concern with. Went to dealership to look at a used RAM truck and, since I was over an hour away, I asked Chris to send me any pictures of dings, scratches, etc. He sent me everything and even included such small details that I would never have even seen them. There was a recall that needed fixed also and instead of having me come back, they snuck me in their busy schedule. I purchased the truck with no back and forth, "let me ask my manager" stuff you hear about. Couldn't have been happier with the entire process.
Everybody was just great they call me if you times wanted to know if you know this is okay or could they do anything for me these people really know what's going on and I felt like I was one of the family

Negotiated directly with Andrew, the Jeep sales manager. There was very little back and forth. Very to the point. Agreed on the price of the Jeep and the value of the trade in in less than 20 minutes. Showed up the next morning to fill out the paperwork. Andrew and Ranger were very helpful.
