I love my new Infinity QX60. Tom, our sales agent, was helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone that I encountered had a smile on their face and went out of their way to make sure I was happy and well taken care of.
The facility was nice and the car choices are good. My dealer seemed distracted. They did not appear busy but he didn't seem interested in my being there. I felt I was pulling him from something more important. The prices seemed fair. I would only recommend if you want to get in buy and leave.
I was hesitant about buying from them but the experience was fantastic! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car. Eugene was the guy that helped me and I felt very comfortable buying a car from him. Everyone there was very polite and helpful. The receptionist were excellent also. I cannot say enough great things about them. I would like to meet the owner and express my feelings about his dealership.
The whole experience seemed rather impersonal to me. When I walked in the front desk was very nice. But I was sent to a computer to “shop”, then the vans were brought up front to test drive. No one around to ask questions about the vehicle. Then when I sat down to finally talk to a sales associate it was very dry, facts only, matter of fact and ended with “we can’t work with the amount you have.” I walked away feeling very disappointed with the whole process and experience.

I received great service from Jim Burke Subaru. I went in for a routine oil change on my car but the service adviser A.J. took the time to look at another concern briefly and give me an opinion about the next steps to take. Everyone was very courteous also. I highly recommend Jim Burke Subaru.
I received excellent service. The advisor informed me of what was recommended and did not try to oversell. I even inquired about a rental car because I did not want to wair for 3 hours for the service to be performed. He then informed me that they offered free Uber or Lyft service back to my residence.
I had been looking for a good quality truck for awhile so I went and checked out Susan Schein, my sales rep Vicki Edwards was awesome and did her best to get me financed and driving a truck I never thought I would own. This is I a great place to look if you're interested in finding a new vehicle.
Vicki was great about answering our questions, showing us what we wanted to see, and not pressuring us in any way. We found the car we wanted and got the deal we wanted with no haggling. The finance guy was also on our side and helped us get the rate and payments we needed. It only took an hour to get the car after we decided. Much better experience than we've had at other dealers where we've spent as many as 6 hours arguing price with some unseen sales manager and a finance manager that piled on extra costs at the end. Would definitely go back for our car needs. Also very impressed with their car inspection and things they updated to make our used car in perfect condition.
I first purchased a used vehicle from Jason at Benchmark in July 2016. Jason was mindful of our time and he lets us explore the vehicles with absolutely no pressure. The paperwork was easy with no garbage clause like the spot delivery scams some dealerships use. At that time we did look over the Rams but, while impressed, we were not ready to covert from Silveradoes. Then the new 2019's came out. We went t5o Benchmark first but Jason was not there so we jsut browsed but they did not have what we were looking for that day. We visited every dealership from Meridian MS to Anniston, Al and up into Tennessee and down to Montgomery looking for that special one. Most dealerships I was not impressed with. We are old school and like to see what we are buying. Most of the sales people knew nothing they had on their lot. They didn't even know what came on the Ram Rebels - I was told that you could not get 4 corner air suspension or Panoramic Sunroof on the Rebels. I honestly can not remember any of their names because they simply did not make a lasting impression. We decided again to visit Benchmark and asked for Jason - I remembered his name because he was one of the few that seemed to always know what was going on and made that lasting impression. He came out, seemed happy to see us and was able to answer our way too many questions. He did not have to go and look up what was on the lot because he knew what they had. He pointed me right to my new Ram with the suspension, e torque and sunroof I wanted. Simple when a salesperson knows they product. AND he got us to purchase our first RAM! Goodbye Silverado... Again, negotiation was fast with paperwork a breeze. And we were in and out in record time. Benchmark and Jason are a winning combination...
Great management team and Kim in finance was more than courteous. My salesman, Roger, could not seem to follow through on keeping his word. He was to follow up with me again on 1 last issue. Of course I haven't heard from him since.
