I started car shopping and reached out to several dealers to find a new family vehicle within our budget and with the features we wanted most. Normandin defintaly delivered! Chris was just fantastic and really convinced us to make the decision to travel 2 1/2 hours to this dealership to test drive the Chrysler Pacifica we ending up purchasing. He worked on giving me options on a couple vans at the price I was looking for. He was very responsive. I had been to several (and in contact with) several dealers, but with Normandin I genuinely felt valued and respected as a customer. That meant a lot to my wife and I. We brought our 10 month old son and all of the staff were very helpful getting the process done as quickly as possible. Thi was great as well and she went the extra mile to final the paperwork and looked for better interest rates on our loan options that would best fit our budget. Overall this dealership felt like they were there not to just make a quick buck, but to truly help customers find what they're looking for at very reasonable pricing. Hello, my name is Victor I just purchased a used 2007 Charger SRT super bee from this dealer, and I had a wonderful experience!, the sales man John was very helpful he did not pressure or try to sell me other cars from the beginning he asked if I was interested in the SRT and as soon as I said yes he walked me trough the process, no pressure at all. Ben the accounting gentlemen was great he helped me secure my investment by helping me understand how OEM factory warranty works, to be honest I didn't believe in it and was by far not interested on it, his sincere advice helped me see that a 10 year old car can have some problems even thou it has very low mileage nothing is guaranteed on a previously owned car. Over all the dealer was very clean, all the staff was very friendly and the purchase was very fast no long waiting for paperwork to be done, it was very smooth this dealership truly shows that is a family owned business it made me feel at home and the car reflects that they only sale quality cars that are traded in. I am sure next time am on the market for another car I will check their inventory first.
I contacted this dealership online regarding a specific model and color Jeep as I was looking for the anniversary edition. The response from the fleet manager was prompt and very helpful. He emailed and called me as I was sitting at the jeep dealership that was located 10 minutes away from us. Normandin was a three hour drive away. The manager assisted me in understanding pricing which I was able to use in my purchase. Despite not getting the sale, the manager was engaged and shared his expertise with me. He ultimately made my purchase much easier in negotiations and time. This dealership was responsive, price very competitive, and negotiations were up front. If I hadn't found the exact car I wanted locally (and been in the middle of the purchase), I would definitely have made the three hour drive given the customer service Normandin provided.
First off, I drove all the way here from San Francisco because I was lucky enough to initially be connected to Salesman Nick when I called one afternoon to check on the availability of a 2018 Kia Soul. He told me what he knew about the availability and told me he would call me back after checking on the specific vehicles options. Having had flaky car salesmen experiences in the past, I expected to not hear back. I was wrong! About 10 minutes later Nick called me back and provided me with all the information. He asked if I wanted to come in and I told him I would be in the next morning. He happily adjusted his schedule to meet me the next day. It was a complete pleasure working with Nick. He was happy to review all the bells and whistles of the car and it was clear he loved being able to sell Kia cars. On top of that, he was funny!
When it came to the price negotiations, I could have not wished for a better experience. Shout out to the Sales Manager Mark who was friendly, straight forward and fair.
The final chapter of the experience was the Finance Manager Servan who was really nice, low pressure finance guy. I am used to finance managers being pushy and trying to push all the "extras". Servan did not push at all! He reviewed the options, explained his opinions about the "extras" and did not push me with any guilt or fears (experienced all that at other dealerships).
I walked out with a brand new Kia Soul at a price that was fair and customer service that was exceptional. If you are in the market for a new car I highly suggest checking out Kia's and the friendly, fun service at Stevens Creek Kia.

My service advisor did an excellent job of informing me what the techs found on my vehicle. He helped me determine how to best care for my vehicle and he arranged a rental for me while my vehicle was there for service.He also kept me informed during the service, and was very helpful.
Even though I had an appointment and was running behind my service provider arielle accommodated my recommendations/needs for my vehicle. Also, I did not have to wait so long for my service to be completed. I loved that they provide complimentary shuttle service. The shuttle driver Isreal was very kind and respectful.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
