Nice to talk with. Unfortunately couldn't be where I have to for my trade allowance. In fact it was quite honestly ridiculously low.

CarMax Kansas CityReviews
CarMax Kansas City review
I had gone to another dealer ship first and had a horrible experience. Then I notice they had a great inventory of Dodge ram trucks. I just decided to walk the lot by myself since I knew what I was looking for. Here came Jason Conrad he ask me if I was interested in any of the trucks. Yes, I had my eyes on 2 of them then he got me the keys and let me test drive them. I was in love with the first test drive and that was the end of the story. He show me the carfax report on the vehicle and everything was clean. I drove that truck home today and was thankful for "Jason" he is a great salesman and if people ask me I will be referring him more business. Other car dealers need to go train under him and learn how to treat a customer. Kudos to Jason.

Jeff D'Ambrosio Chrysler Dodge Jeep Mits review
The D'Ambrosio dealership is the best in class. I'm a return customer for multiple purchases, leases and service visits over the past 10 years. My family recently leased 2 Jeep Grand Cherokees and received (as always) very professional guidance from AJ in sales, Joe in management and Jeff in ownership. I highly recommend this team and the overall D'Ambrosio organization.

The reviews initially made me a little hesitant, but I’m so glad I still followed through and visited the dealership to check out the vehicle. I was thrilled with my experience! The price was great, and the vehicles were in amazing shape. They also perform a 165-point safety inspection and take care of anything the vehicle needs before putting it on the lot. Overall, I’m very happy I gave them a chance and would definitely recommend checking them out!

After searching for a truck for months, I found the one I wanted online at Miracle. After communication with Brian, I decided to purchase from him instead of my home town dealership in Texas that has had my business for years. Brian is one of the nicest salesmen that I've had the pleasure of doing business with. (and I don't like pushy salesmen) He was very compassionate about what I was wanting, and forthcoming about the whole process. He gave me a great deal, and even had the truck delivered. I spoke with Michael about the financing paperwork, and he was very honest and open. He went over everything with me so that I had absolutely no questions. Even got me a better rate! Best buying experience ever!! I highly recommend Miracle to anyone looking to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle.

The salesman John Pacheco was AMAZING and provided excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable and made the experience smooth. I felt at home and I recently lost my mom to cancer and shared that with him he was empathetic and just listened to me speak about her. In the business that he is in human kindness is important and he showed just that.
