I just returned to the dealership for a service issue and was extremely impressed with how helpful and kind their service team was - we were working with Alex. I had my two (crazy) toddlers with me, and we had to stay longer than I expected. As a result, the team went above and beyond to help me manage my toddlers while also discussing the car service piece. I so appreciate the excellent customer service and for making us feel at home. Just wanted to mention that I had a great experience buying my F-Pace from Patrick Jaguar of Naperville. Dale was just fantastic and went above and beyond helping me during the the whole buying process. The rest of the team (Finance & GM) was also excellent in their interactions with me. I initially chose Patrick Jaguar because they were one of only 2 Jaguar dealerships in the area that were not marking up their vehicles over MSRP, specially the hard to get ones like the F-Pace SVR which I bought. I've only needed to use their service department for a minor cosmetic issue that was sorted out in one day. Great job all around.
