New and used 2025 Dodge Durango for sale near Mount Prospect, IL

This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

Perfect experience. Eddie and Patricia were wonderful. Got exactly what we wanted without hassle or pressure. The vehicle was exactly as described. We'd go back for sure.

I can't say enough about Sherman Dodge and more importantly my sales person Armando Bulnes. I have purchased several vehicles from Sherman and I always trust Armando with my business - he's honest, beyond knowledgeable and honestly cares about what he's selling you. If I could give him 10 stars I would - Sherman Dodge you need more people like Armando - please don't ever lose him!!!

I’ve called different places for jeep information but this place actually truly helped me a lot, he explained everything to me and broke everything down for me considering I don’t know much about cars. Definitely looking forward to coming in with David and potentially buying my first car!!!

We were thinking about purchasing a used vehicle we found online. The salesman who helped us, Zak Ullrich was very nice and personable. Zak took the time to explain the differences in warranties when purchasing used vs. new. He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time). He was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the cars they sell but about cars in general. We finally decided on a new Durango and were there after the dealership closed for the night. Throughout it all Zak stayed with us through the whole process. We could not have asked for a better salesman - Thank you Zak!

He exhibited good salesmanship, active listening, leaning in, gaining rapport, relevant & meaningful story-telling, and carefully wove the common thread of love for family into the selling process...we even found common ground about cultural things that we found funny...The skills he exhibited and values we shared seem to be disappearing in this new economy. This has been one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had at a dealership. I recently purchased a Lexus beautiful condition & price! Ask for Suzy Cervini she made everything possible & got me out of there in no time! Upfront service, personable staff and any problem I had they worked out and made a way to make me happy. I was in the market for a used rubicon wrangler, Sherman dodge had the vehicle I wanted. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Jesse W and from the time I arrived to the time I left in my new vehicle he was very attentive to my every need! I felt like I left with an amazing deal!

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!

Castle of Naperville was great. CJ my salesman knew his stuff it was almost like a day in an adult playground. Sales and finance department was so easy to work with. I highly recommend this dealership.
