Went for a scheduled oil change. Waited about 1 hour, which is pretty normal. Was treated with respectful & courteous service from the service adviser. Have been going to this dealership for a long time. I would recommend them for your service needs.

Great experience buying my Lexus RX 350 with Matt and Chris. Very professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable to deal with. The time spent was well worth it and it went by quite fast with these two. I visited the dealership late morning and drove home early afternoon after checking out the car I was interested in, getting a great value on my trade in, making the decision after lots of questions answered and getting in my nice new car in spotless, showroom floor condition. I love it! Thanks Matt & Chris, it was a pleasure working with both of you !

Castle Chevrolet NorthReviews
Castle Chevrolet North review
I recently purchased a 2026 Tahoe RST and I have to say that my buying experience at Castle Chevrolet North was outstanding! I was greeted by salesman Mike Pirozzoli, who rode with me on the test drive and answered my questions about the Tahoe. I then worked with Ed Finn and Nassar Fakhoury as I completed the sale and financing process. All 3 gentlemen were courteous and professional throughout the entire process. They explained the dealer add-on options available, yet I never felt pressured to purchase anything that did not interest me. As a courtesy, Mike picked me up at a location 10 miles away and brought me back to the dealership when I returned my rental vehicle the next day. That saved me time and money. I am pleased to recommend Castle Chevrolet North to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

On Friday morning, I had problems with all my lights on the dashboard flashing, I made a call to Honda and my favorite young salesman Prince Jones answer got me in at 1:00 to check it out and gave me good news that it must of been a glitch. I brought my car from Honda in Racine and this is where I get my service from. Thank you Prince and Honda service for all you do to make your customer smile.

Zeigler Toyota of Racine review
Fantastic experience with Ziegler Toyota! I called 10 dealerships looking for a RAV4 and Ziegler won my business. My sales agent, LeeAnn was a pleasure to work with! I put down my deposit and within a week she had an allocation RAV4 reserved for me. She kept in contact throughout the process, keeping me informed of my options. I truly felt LeeAnn was in my corner and gave me exceptional customer service. She gave personalized attention and worked hard to get me exactly the vehicle I wanted! I will buy my next vehicle with LeeAnn. I had a 4 hour drive each way to accept delivery, but the long drive was totally worth it. Ziegler was able to get me the hardest to get vehicle on the market right now in a very reasonable time, where my local dealer told me 4-8 months. So glad I called around and trusted Ziegler and LeeAnn with my business. Highly recommend Ziegler Toyota! Honest and transparent. The entire experience was a pleasure. Love my new RAV4 and my positive experience with Ziegler Toyota in Racine, WI.

I had my CR-V regular maintenance completed this week. Excellent service from start to finish. The bill was higher than I expected but I guess everything costs more nowadays.
2025 Dodge Durango review
I recently rented a 2023 Dodge Durango GT RWD for a summer-family vacation. I was impressed by its smooth ride, comfort, and overall refinement. The SUV felt economical yet luxurious, with surprisingly wide interior space. I particularly appreciated the third-row seating, which was designed thoughtfully to provide ample legroom without increasing the vehicle’s overall length. After this excellent experience with the rental car in Florida, I’ve decided to buy a new Durango GT Plus AWD. I really like it and believe it will remain a trusted companion for a long time—more enduring than the average vehicle.

2026 Dodge Durango review
Second Durango we've owned. We love the Hemi when you need the extra boost. Versatility of the interior is great when you put the rear seats down. We have fit a 10' kayak in the back. Only issue with our last Durango was dust at the bottom of the drivers and rear left hand passenger doors. Unfortunately, the used car lot we purchased it from didn't disclose it was in an accident. We found this out when the rust was repaired. We owned a Dodge charger before the first Durango. We lost the ability to pair our phones to the car. Our last Durango's compass failed. We were told that the monitor would need to be replaced to fix the compass. We like our newer Durango. It came with a trailer hitch so I'm looking to pull our smaller TT to see how it pulls versus our F350 diesel.

Arlington Heights Buick GMC review
From the moment my husband and I pulled into the dealership, we were welcomed with genuine smiles and a true desire to help us find what we were looking for. Within minutes, Cesar greeted us, took us to one of the cars we were interested in, and had us test driving. Needless to say, we were happy to make our purchase there. Cesar was fabulous with communication and showed us every feature before we drove off the lot. I felt well taken care of and ready to use my vehicle. Thanks for the awesome service!

Napleton Palatine Hyundai review
To Hyundai of Palatine : it’s our first time owning a Hyundai an we had such a good experience, especially with our knowledgeable sales representatives name Daniel Merritt. He really made the experience so much better. He explained all the features of the ioniq 9 car that we liked and ended up leasing. He guided us thru the whole process and was very hands on. He is an excellent salesman for Hyundai. He especially worked hard to meet our budget and the car we liked. It was a great pleasure to have Daniel as our salesman.

CarWise Gurnee review
Great experience. Alex was a charm to work with for the truck I been wanting.
2021 Dodge Durango review
I awaited the order date for this vehicle for over a year. When the first day of placing orders arrived, I sped to my dealer for the opportunity to make the order, since each dealer was limited to very, very few orders. Four months later, it arrived. As I approached the dealership, several people, both customers and sales personnel, were gathered around my 710 Durango Hellcat. The vehicle was the focus of everyone's attention. When I approached my vehicle and made known that it was mine, quite a few onlookers were shocked to see that such a truck had been ordered by a 75 year "young" woman. Being a "hot car" buff since 16 years of age, this vehicle is the ultimate. Everyone agreed that my body paint selection was perfection: black with wide black matte stripes outlined with narrow red stripes. Along with my 2008 Pontiac Solstice GXP convertible stick- shift, what more do I need? Just a footnote: NASTY is part of my license plate reading.

2024 Dodge Durango review
The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

2023 Dodge Durango review
I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

2014 Dodge Durango review
When I bought my 2014 in 2015 every was great until just a few years ago. The injectors started failing and needed replacement. The passenger seatbelts stop working. The Third row seating isn't for seating it's for luggage or dogs. It has its issues but it's still very popular. If your warranty expires get the diamond plan or top tier plan to cover repairs as the repairs are expensive.

2018 Dodge Durango review
Dodge Durango GT with towing package. Great SUV for the money. we currently have 34000 miles and no major issues so far. Our Uconnect system had to be replaced because it would not update. Was covered under warranty. We tow a 5000lb travel trailer and it does fine on the flats , but struggles a bit in the mountains. I was impressed how all the operating temperatures were in check while pulling a 7% grade on a 95 degree day. (I have since bought a Ram 1500 to do the towing). This car is an excellent road tripper and I am impressed with the spunk of the 3.6. So far the only weak link has been the Uconnect system. I hope it holds up for the duration of the vehicle.
