Cars2Us Fairfax review
I can't say enough great things about this dealership and the entire team. I recently purchased a BMW X3 M Competition from out of state, traveling from Massachusetts to Virginia, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. First off, this wasn't just any vehicle. It was a highly desirable X3 M Competition in an incredible color combination a hot car that was getting plenty of attention. Buying a vehicle like this from hundreds of miles away requires a certain level of trust, and this team earned mine from day one. They were extremely responsive, provided every photo, video, detail, and piece of information I requested, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. They accepted my deposit and agreed to hold the vehicle for approximately a week until I could make the trip down. What impressed me most was that they honored that commitment despite receiving multiple other offers on the car. As a Special Forces veteran, integrity, honor, and keeping your word are principles I take seriously. When someone gives me their word, I expect them to stand behind it. This dealership did exactly that. They could have easily entertained other offers, but instead, they stood by their commitment. That tells me everything I need to know about the character of the people I was doing business with. Their customer service went above and beyond the actual sale. They even offered to arrange an Uber to pick me up from the airport when I landed. They also offered to have the vehicle shipped directly to me in Massachusetts, which is a fantastic option for anyone purchasing from out of state who can't make the trip. And speaking of being a car guy, I know exactly what I want when I'm buying a vehicle, and I absolutely hate wasting time. I don't want to spend half a day sitting in a dealership, dealing with unnecessary back-and-forth, surprises, or games. I came with my own financing already arranged, and these guys respected my time. From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I drove away, I was there for maybe one hour total. That's how buying a car should be. Most importantly, the vehicle was exactly as described. No surprises, no disappointments, no excuses. Everything they told me about the car was accurate, and everything they promised was delivered. I've dealt with plenty of dealerships over the years, and I can tell you that this level of honesty, efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail is not something you find everywhere. They didn't just sell me an incredible vehicle. They demonstrated integrity, respected my time, and earned my trust. To me, that means more than any sales pitch ever could. Whether you're local or buying from halfway across the country, don't hesitate to do business with this team. They'll provide the information you need, help coordinate transportation, arrange shipping if necessary, and make the entire experience as seamless as possible.
2020 Dodge Durango review
Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

Good deals but didn't get to purchase a car today. Have to get a cosigner. Plenty of choices payments okay. Problems with using my old vechile as a trade in. Interested in selling my jeep and using the funds for the purchase of a new car.
2023 Dodge Durango review
I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

2021 Dodge Durango review
I researched a lot of 7-seater SUVs before deciding on a 1 year old Durango... we needed something that could haul our 5 kids and also double as a commuter car with good cargo space for my husband, who travels to construction job sites all over the place. We both love our RAM trucks (mine is the 2500 horse hauler), so Dodge was a natural choice for us, but we opted for the V6 model for better gas mileage than our Hemis. The Durango did not disappoint!! I've seen other reviews complaining about the power of the SXT... what do you honestly expect, people?! It's a 3-row SUV, a V6 simply can't put out the HP to move it like the Hellcat would (ohh, that one must be sweet!!). That being said, we're still pleased with the performance... which is impressive for a vehicle of this size. It still hauls @ss and handles like a dream, and we live on a ranch in the Rockies so good handling on mountain roads in all manner of nasty weather conditions is an absolute MUST for us. You can tell the Durango is modeled on the Challenger chassis so it's basically a race car of an SUV, even in the V6 model. Do yourself a favor and splurge on some d@mn good all-season tires like Michelin LTX for optimum performance in any road conditions. We've been very impressed with the fuel economy, it does well - even with my husband rallying up and down the mountain and dusting people left & right on his daily commute. Haha! That's one advantage over the V8 models, which guzzle gas as bad as our big RAM trucks. We even run it with the Eco Boost turned off, and often in Sport mode. One thing my husband's not fond of is the fact that there is only one special jack included... and no mounts for floor jacks or jack stands. A second jack from the dealer is almost $300. So husband spent some time in his metal shop to fab an adapter for a second scissor jack, so he could rotate tires and change the oil. It's a non issue if you take your car in for service, but if you're the type to wrench on your own vehicles, it's something to bear in mind. Interior design is nice... the only small beef I've got is the 2nd row seat backs fold down, but the whole seat doesn't fold up to more easily access the 3rd row. It's not an issue for our kids clambering over, but it could be awkward for an adult. So the little ones go in the back. Overall, we're really pleased with our Durango SXT - even for the base model, it's got enough whistles and bells to keep us happy, and an impressive performance to economy ratio. Definitely worth every penny of the purchase price, and it's a vehicle we'll keep for a very long time.

2024 Dodge Durango review
The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

2026 Dodge Durango review
Second Durango we've owned. We love the Hemi when you need the extra boost. Versatility of the interior is great when you put the rear seats down. We have fit a 10' kayak in the back. Only issue with our last Durango was dust at the bottom of the drivers and rear left hand passenger doors. Unfortunately, the used car lot we purchased it from didn't disclose it was in an accident. We found this out when the rust was repaired. We owned a Dodge charger before the first Durango. We lost the ability to pair our phones to the car. Our last Durango's compass failed. We were told that the monitor would need to be replaced to fix the compass. We like our newer Durango. It came with a trailer hitch so I'm looking to pull our smaller TT to see how it pulls versus our F350 diesel.

2021 Dodge Durango review
I awaited the order date for this vehicle for over a year. When the first day of placing orders arrived, I sped to my dealer for the opportunity to make the order, since each dealer was limited to very, very few orders. Four months later, it arrived. As I approached the dealership, several people, both customers and sales personnel, were gathered around my 710 Durango Hellcat. The vehicle was the focus of everyone's attention. When I approached my vehicle and made known that it was mine, quite a few onlookers were shocked to see that such a truck had been ordered by a 75 year "young" woman. Being a "hot car" buff since 16 years of age, this vehicle is the ultimate. Everyone agreed that my body paint selection was perfection: black with wide black matte stripes outlined with narrow red stripes. Along with my 2008 Pontiac Solstice GXP convertible stick- shift, what more do I need? Just a footnote: NASTY is part of my license plate reading.

The planning ahead and the attention to detail in the early stages of this purchase made the final paperwork and completing the purchase easy and quick. I drove from Greensboro NC, 4.5 hours away to purchase the truck. The truck and all the details were ready, I was promptly taken care of and out the door in about an hour. Had to be the easiest and fastest vehicle purchases I have ever done. Completely satisfied, and happy I chose to do business at Joyce Koons GMC. Hats off to all the team that helped make this happen.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing my Lexus RC350 F Sport from Carget Motors! From the moment I walked in, the level of professionalism was top-notch, and the entire inventory was incredibly well-maintained. Finding the exact spec I wanted was a breeze, and the car was presented in pristine condition. A huge shoutout to Marino, who went above and beyond to make this deal happen. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the RC350 and took the time to walk me through all of its features without making me feel rushed. His customer service was exceptional, making the entire buying process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. What really set this experience apart was how transparent Marino and the rest of the team were throughout the entire transaction. There were no hidden fees, no sudden surprises, and no typical dealership games. They laid out all the numbers clearly from the very beginning, which gave me complete peace of mind before signing anything. I couldn't be happier with my new ride and the outstanding service I received. If you're looking for a hassle-free car buying experience with a team you can actually trust, I highly recommend visiting Carget Motors and asking for Marino. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle!
2018 Dodge Durango review
Dodge Durango GT with towing package. Great SUV for the money. we currently have 34000 miles and no major issues so far. Our Uconnect system had to be replaced because it would not update. Was covered under warranty. We tow a 5000lb travel trailer and it does fine on the flats , but struggles a bit in the mountains. I was impressed how all the operating temperatures were in check while pulling a 7% grade on a 95 degree day. (I have since bought a Ram 1500 to do the towing). This car is an excellent road tripper and I am impressed with the spunk of the 3.6. So far the only weak link has been the Uconnect system. I hope it holds up for the duration of the vehicle.

Fred's Executive AutoReviews
Fred's Executive Auto review
Outstanding Customer Service – The Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had! I recently purchased a beautiful black 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 from Fred's Executive Auto, and I can honestly say this was the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. They easily earned a well-deserved 5-star rating from me! If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from everyone in the office. Every employee made me feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated. Their customer service exceeded every expectation I had. Mike was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process. He took the time to show me the vehicle, explain its features and capabilities, answer every question I had, and allow me to take it for a thorough test drive. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and never made me feel pressured. His expertise and honesty gave me complete confidence in my decision. In fact, I was so impressed with the experience that I returned within 24 hours to purchase the vehicle. The professionalism displayed by the entire Fred's Executive Auto team was exceptional. Everyone worked together to ensure the process was seamless, smooth, and stress-free. Logan and Mike even offered to have my vehicle delivered to my home the following day. Mike also provided me with his personal contact information so I could reach out if I had any questions after leaving—a level of service that is rare to find today. When I returned to finalize my purchase, I was once again warmly greeted by the staff and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Q. It was immediately evident that he is an outstanding owner who truly cares about both his employees and his customers. He treats everyone like family, and that culture is reflected throughout the entire dealership. Before delivering my vehicle, Mr. Q. even offered to have it professionally inspected to ensure everything was perfect. Mike made sure my Mercedes was detailed to perfection and Logan ensure it was filled with a full tank of gas before delivery. Oliver assisted me with my insurance and additional paperwork, while several other team members stepped in to help make the process efficient and enjoyable. Chase personally delivered my vehicle to my home after its inspection and even took the time to give me a tutorial on its features, patiently answering every question I had. Throughout my experience, I enjoyed great conversations, refreshments, and, most importantly, the reassurance that their relationship with me would not end once the paperwork was signed. They made it clear they would continue to support me with any questions or concerns I may have in the future. I also received an unbelievable deal on my vehicle, making the experience even more rewarding. The team at Fred's Executive Auto is knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and genuinely committed to serving their customers with excellence. They don't treat you like another sale—they treat you like family. They made me feel like a priority from beginning to end, and I left with complete confidence in my purchase and a huge smile on my face. After visiting numerous dealerships during my search for a vehicle, I can say without hesitation that Fred's Executive Auto is the very best by far. Their integrity, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction are second to none. I give Fred's Executive Auto 5 stars without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and an exceptional car-buying experience. Thank you, Mr. Q., Mike, Logan, Oliver, Chase, and the entire Fred's Executive Auto family for making this such an unforgettable experience. Thank you for treating me like family, making me feel like a priority, and proving that outstanding customer service still exists. I look forward to doing business with you again!

2015 Dodge Durango review
I am 56 years old and have purchased 6 brand new cars in my lifetime. I own them from 7-12 years, usually overlapping the ownership as I sell the old one rather than trade it in. I have previously purchased 2 other Dodges, 2 Chevys, a Toyota and Subaru. The 2015 Dodge Durango I currently own is the only vehicle that I have never had an issue with, nothing broken, no engine lights, nothing. I simply kept up with the maintenance. I had planned on replacing the front brake pads at around 60,000 miles and when I took the calipers off, the old pads showed little wear, so I left it. At 9 years of ownership I decided to change the battery even though it was still good. At 130,000 miles I changed the spark plugs and figured I should change the coils while I was at it, again no indication of wear, I just felt it was time. It was at this mileage I finally changed the pads and planned on doing the rotors as well, but the rotors showed little to no wear so I only did the pads. I went to my local Dodge dealer the other day and talked to a salesperson about getting a new Durango, hopefully it will be as good as this one.

Super easy to sell my old car at Carmax, Dulles location. Highly recommend it! Outstanding customer service!
2026 Dodge Durango review
PRO-The 2026 dodge Durango GT plus Hemi all wheel drive is a very sturdy and comfortable SUV. I love the way it drives and feels very safe while driving. Con-I wish it had more safety features such as lane warning and lane keeping assist. And forward collision warning and mitigation. For this price point I believe stellantis cut corners and cheapen an suv that could be so much more. And I was hoping for an option to turn off the all wheel drive and set it to 2 wheel drive at times to get better fuel economy. Get rid of the sunroof and install these options instead. Besides that this SUV drives amazing I had 7 people in my Durango and we were all very comfortable. It has a Massive trunk space when the third row seat is down, and ample trunk space when the third row is up. I love it so much I am thinking of trading it fir a new Durango RT 392 with the 6.4 liter.

This is my second time buying a car from this dealership. My daughter needed a vehicle and her credit wasn't the best but with the experience and knowledge of Mr.Webb she was able to get the vehicle of her choice and payments she can afford. Mr. Webb goes above and beyond for his customers. I recommend anyone to go see Mr. Michael Webb@ Jim Coleman Nissan of Silver Spring.

CarMax Frederick review
Brian Chanin did a great job working with me on my purchase. He was upfront with me on the whole process, because my budget was a big concern. We knew the car we wanted, but we were tight on funds. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. He just explained where we were during the discussion and make sure both my wife and I understood. Once the deal was in place, he checked in on us with the finance department, and even helped migrate the items from our trade in to our new car. Great experience.
2022 Dodge Durango review
I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

Zarvo MotorsReviews
Zarvo Motors review
I recently purchased a 2024 Mercedes-Benz E-Class from Zarvo Motors, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked into the dealership, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and entirely pressure-free. The facility was clean, well-organized, and featured an impressive selection of high-quality vehicles, which immediately gave me confidence that I was dealing with a top-tier establishment. A huge part of what made this experience so seamless was the outstanding service provided by Ali Zee. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through the features of the E-Class with incredible expertise. Ali Zee was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the vehicle before moving forward, demonstrating a level of dedication that is rare to find in automotive sales. When it came time to discuss the financial aspects of the deal, Jason stepped in and made the process absolutely flawless. He handled the paperwork efficiently and took the time to explain everything clearly. What impressed me most was the fair negotiation process; Jason ensured I received a fantastic, highly competitive value for my trade-in vehicle, making the transition into my new Mercedes-Benz incredibly smooth and rewarding. Overall, Zarvo Motors has earned a lifelong customer thanks to the transparency, professionalism, and stellar customer service provided by Ali Zee and Jason. They transformed what is usually a stressful event into a truly celebratory milestone. If you are looking for a dealership that values integrity and treats its customers with respect, I highly recommend visiting the team at Zarvo Motors.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.

Purchased my '17 DD GT with 25k miles on it. Have owned for around 4 years and now have 66k miles. Haven't had any issues. Routine maintenance only. Love the style and comfort. Interior seats are comfortable for long drives. Mine came with lifetime oil changes. Dealer support has been good (although we've only had oil changes so hard to say). I'm hoping this continues.

2018 Dodge Durango review
I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.
