Service and Test Drive

Currently owning 6 vehicles and the last 3 purchased from Haasz, I have become very familiar with their Service and Sales departments. Most of the visits are for routine maintenance (oil changes, etc.), but there have been a few recalls too. I am a very particular person, and the staff at Haasz has gone above and beyond lately. I am glad to see Justin Gallina back in Service, and I've dealt a lot with Mike Purk and Kim Rafferty. All 3 have made sure my vehicle is taken care of and I really appreciate it. Christy Cosma has always been great to work with keeping open communication on the vehicles in inventory, and I wish her luck on her move to Allstate within the Haasz building. She introduced me to Kyra Sours, who did a great job in showing me a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had the options I like, since my favorite salesman Brennan Scott was off for the day. Adam Gordon and Andy Huzvar were also very helpful in the process of my test drive, and if I end up purchasing this vehicle I know Mary Scott will get me a great finance rate as she always does. If anything happens to it, I know Willie Jones at the Collision Center will take care of it like 2 cars he repaired/painted for me in the past. The Service and professionalism I've experience there lately prompted me to write this review and say Thanks and keep up the good work!
