I appreciate the attitude of the Maintenance manager; Gary who serves with pleasure and holds the reputation of the company at high standards. I say this and I am waiting for their response from their Management regarding the replacement of the windshield.

Dennis was my salesman and he wasn’t pushy, he took the time to answer my questions and get the information I needed to make the right choice for me. The first route wasn’t an option for my current situation but i ultimately walked out with a 2022 Durango R/T, I made one tiny little request before my purchase and they made it happen for me! Not to mention it was a holiday and they had to stay late to complete my purchase. Purchased a used luxury vehicle about 4 years ago. I was not looking for this Cadillac SRX but it was in mint condition, and the price was below similar less premium vehicles I found elsewhere. I've had NO issues with this vehicle. Regular maintenance amounted to oil changes only. I have taken it in for service just to have overall checkups more than once. ALWAYS, EACH TIME I was told everything is just fine. This vehicle seems to be flawless. It was the deal of a lifetime for me. I never considered purchasing a Cadillac before because I didn't realize that they could be so affordable. I am not thinking of anything less now, and I know when the time comes, I'll go right back to see what Tapp Motors has to offer on their lot. I hope this car dealership never disappears. I have nothing negative to report.
