Based on my 2000 GTS An absolute joy to drive. Calm and sedate unless you lose control of your right foot. Then the car has the ability to bite if you're not prepared for what happens next. I would happily daily drive a viper...unless it is raining, things could get a little tense with less available traction!

Beautiful styling, not for the timid, can very quickly get away from one, A/C a bit weak, reasonably comfortable (I'm 5'-10", 150 lbs.), so far reliable, parts can be expensive, the most fun one can have at the speed limit.

Responsive however lack of 2 keys on a rare special car not being noted and significant stone chips also not mentioned in the description not great. With those hits no movement on price on an overpriced vehicle no surprise they reached out later offering a lower price. Too late closed on a much nicer specimen for less. One plus $200 dealer fees was excellent and fair.

V10 engine provides more than ample thrust, great six speed transmission, and drop top thrills for mountain roads. A real purpose built speed machine. I will be sad to see it go, not every day you get to see a genuine pilot car.

Didn’t make my purchase here due to lack of budget. But anyway this is a great private dealership, nice guy works there with the true passion to automobile. You can definitely find some good piece of arts in there.

I had a 1998 Viper RT/10 and I have now a 2001 Viper RT/10. I also had a 2016 C7 Corvette. I sold the corvette and kept the Viper. I enjoy driving the Viper more than I did diving the corvette. I love the looks of it and the raw power. I get a lot more attention driving the Viper than I ever did driving the Corvette. It is a very rare car on the road.

Purchased a Tacoma, had an independent mechanic come and do an inspection. Abram and the guys were great to work with - coordinated with the mechanic for the inspection and they picked me up at the Lincoln Airport when I came to get it. The vehicle was as they said it would be. Great Service. I will definitely look at Harvest Auto the next time I am in the market for a truck.

The 2007 XKR was wonderful and Jackson went above and beyond to answer all my questions, inquiries and upfront about everything with respect to the car. I always liked muscle cars but I'n not old enough to appreciate the '60's and '70's and can't afford restomods and since I grew up in the '90's the viper always seemed like an iconic car that was more up to date. I drive European cars as daily drivers so this is a far stretch from what I'm used to but I do not regret spending the money. It seems like they are at the bottom of the depreciation curve so the cost of buying one is similar to buying a new top of the line HD. The viper seems a lot more fun and looks way cooler than any HD or even a Vette. If you always dreamed of owing a muscle car do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed.

Worked with alex long. He was upfront with me on the jaguar xk that i was interested in. He replaced the top, at their expense, and shipped the jaguar to my location in ft myers. Originally quoted $900 for shipping and it was only $700. I would highly recommend this company. Alex is one of the owners.

No exterior door handles, no windows, no AC- No Problem. I love this car it is super fun to drive and gets attention everywhere I go. I have always wanted a GEN I Viper from the first time I watched one drive by in my town. Now I own a low mileage one and love everything about it. I can only see the value increasing due to the limited production.

Have owned since new. One of the best cars I've owned. Love driving it. Wherever I go people inquire and appreciate ✨️ the Viper. I have taken great care of it. Upgraded everything I could .About 550+horsepower factory rebuilt engine. Had a bad head gasket. Warranty states must be rebuilt. Transmission drop about a coin the size a a fifty cent piece a week. Again Warranty stated exchange with new Transmission. I did not pay 1 cent to have this done, just time to repair. Great car Steve M. Phoenix Az. 6-9-2024. By far the most fun and exhilarating vehicle I've ever owned. Reliable with some quirks, very easy to work on. Not for the novice, this car seriously wants to punish the foolhardy. Drive it to the supermarket for milk and eggs and then hit the highway to destroy most cars.

Here is a review of my start to finish process of buying a car from Gateway Classic Cars, Ft. Lauderdale: ----- 1. The sales people who you work with are not on site. They're working remote so they don't have eyes on the car. ---- So, 2. You'll want to be connected with someone on site who can start and drive the car, provide a walkaround video, pictures of whatever you want and give their input. I worked with Alex at the Ft. Lauderdale location for my purchase and he was outstanding with helping me to know the car before making an offer. He is the reason that this is a 5 star review. -------- 3. Hauling: They'll get you a quote for hauling the vehicle. I chose Nexus Transport myself to use. They were a bit cheaper and top rated by Forbes. That went just fine. --------- 4. These cars are all on consignment. So, I feel that you have to be a little more careful because you have another party who may not have disclosed things to Gateway. Best practice is to get a pre-buy done from someone like Lemon Squad. That being said, I was so comfortable with my deal, took the risk and waived the pre-buy. And in my case, the Prowler is a mint gem and I have no concerns after receiving it. Also, there is a common thought then you buy a car like this, you should budget 10% or so of the price for maintenance right after you get the car because stuff always comes up, otherwise, don't buy a used car. --------5. Since they're on consignment, they have commissions they charge the seller. As a buyer, I don't care if I see a commissions line on the purchase agreement. As long as my out the door number was what I offered, that's fine. --------6. I wired money to them and within a few hours, I had all the fully executed paperwork back in my hands. Title took about 3 weeks to receive by UPS. And the folder had everything I needed to register the car in my state. Wow! Thank you Barbara! ------ 7. So here is what breeds loyalty. Alex at the Ft. Lauderdale location made sure the car was completely ready to be picked up including accessories that were bubble wrapped. The car was supposed to be picked up at Noon on Saturday, plenty of time before they closed at 5pm. He stayed until the truck arrived...very late....AT 1:30am Sunday morning!!!! (Otherwise, it would have sat until Tuesday). I cannot believe he did that for me. I received my car loading video at 2am. That's unbelievable service that deserves more than 5 stars. ------- Summary: I'd have zero issues with buying from Gateway again....they just operate in a different dealership style than what I'm used to, which is just fine.

My 1994 dodge viper rt/10 is a true show car. It is a fast car. With a v10 engine and 400 horsepower and 462 lb.-ft. of torque. Original MSRP: $54,500 it is a good value for the money.
