We found the Mercedes we never thought we would have. It’s a white 2014 gl450 and it was obviously well taken care of before us. We dealt with Rick who was very responsive and helpful. He answered all of our questions and was pleasant to talk to. The cars they have on their showroom are insane. It kept my 10 yo and 7 yo occupied, kind of like Disneyland for car enthusiasts except you cannot touch anything. :) We worked the deal and came to agreement on terms, much better that I thought we would. Most of the communication was through text messaging which is perfect. We went to the dealer to test drive on a Friday and after some more research and a little comparison shopping we bought on the following Wednesday. With Rick’s help this was the car for us. Very low pressure and very helpful. I bought the extended warranty, originally the price was too high the finance guy came back “at cost” who knows, but after calling around and checking online I feel like we got an awesome deal on that too.
I am known for being kind of thrifty with my money, so my daughter and wife were shocked when I bought a new CX 5 from Alberto and then, after liking it so much, I went back the next day and bought a CX 3 for me (CX 5 was for wife). I think Alberto was surprised too, but he came in on his usual day off with no commitment from me to purchase a car. I think he saw something in my eye and he knew he could sell me a second car. He is very pleasant to deal with and most of all, he knows what he is selling, he knows the technology, the engines, weather it is a CVT transmission or which models have a turbo. As a retired engineer, I might ask a couple more slightly technical questions than the average person but salesman should know that stuff, Alberto does. He is very friendly and low pressure. I am glad to have met him and very glad to have bought two cars from him. Alberto says Mazda has been good to him, I hope so because they don't all come like Alberto!
Everyone was awesome. I loved the whole experience. Staff was super helpful and explained things very well. At the end of the day i got a great deal and certainly didnt think a deal like that was out there. Thank you all.
I wasn't really going to buy yet but I stopped by your dealership just to look and because of your salesman, Bart Johnson, I bought a truck right then and there. He was so knowledgeable about the Silverado and all of the specifications. All my questions were answered and he went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable in this purchase. I live on the Kitsap Peninsula by Gig Harbor but bought from Issaquah because I felt I was getting an honest price and the enthusiasm that Bart had for this truck. I had been to several other car dealers (different manufacturers) before this and had been treated like an idiot. "Here's our wholesale price little lady" or "there's only 2 left in stock, you better hurry". For a white truck? Really? One dealer even called my salesman away for an "emergency customer" and brought in the Closer. Thank you Evergreen & Bart Johnson for treating me so well.

Oh the service shop really needs to improve. I bought a new xc90 2018 from sandberg volvo; it was a loaner and interiors were smelling bad. Sales guys promised that car will be detailed and there would not be any trace of foul smell. I took the delivery on 10/10/2018 and that foul smell was replaced by another smell that kept giving me migrane. I went back to sandberg and they worked on that odor to replace it with another bad odor that didnt give me migrane but my wife wouldnt sit in the car or take it out with her friends feeling ashamed of that odor. It has been almost a month now and sandberg has still not resolved it. I love the car but find volvo service totally unacceptable. would not recommend others. Such a fine car but poor volvo service is doing a favor to its competition.
This is a dealership without commissions...they had no incentive other than to collaborate to make me happy. Unlike other dealership experiences where my entire experience was a draw of the luck of the agent who would reach me first, here I encountered collaboration between various employees, all with the common purpose of helping me find the right auto. No pressure with purchase. Excellent follow-up. Impressed.
We have purchased a new 2013 Cadilac CTS and a new 2017 Buick Envision from Brotherton over the past few years. We not only had great experiences, but we also made friends. Very honest and fair.

We came to Legend to see a van we found on Auto trader. I called ahead and John had it pulled up ready for us to see. He was awesome in showing us all the features and letting us take it out for a decent length test drive. He never pushed us to look at any more expensive vehicles we didn't want like most used car salesmen do. Mike in finance was awesome to work with as well. He made the whole process extremely easy. It was overall a very smooth transaction and we love our new Odyssey! Highly recommend Legend Auto Sales!
Kelly Adams and Bev Cain made our experience very positive. The last time were were car shopping was when we bought the PT Cruiser that we traded in. We left without some of the items from the PT and a quick call to Kelly was all it took. When we returned with our cashier's check the items were in a bag waiting for us. We only received one key and one valet key. But once again a quick call to Kelly and our key will be waiting for us when we return the Forrester for the new windshield. (The windshield is cracked but will be replaced as part of our transaction, no charge. Plus we get a loaner car to use.)

This was the first time I had been to Auburn Chevrolet. I brought my Chevy Spark in for an oil change and tire pressure. I found the door to the Service area but the garage door did not open so I left my car just outside of the doors and went in to the service desk, I was greeted and I told them what I wanted and she told me it would be about an hour wait to be completed. She then went and moved my car to the other door and brought it inside. I went to the waiting room and waited until it was almost done when she came in and said the air and cabin filters needed to be changed. I said ok and it was about an half hour and it was done. I paid for the services and left. I do think she could have mentioned to me there was coffee there and vending machines if I was hungry. Overall my experience was things were fine including watching a little girl about 2 years old running all over the place.
Inspection, quote and repairs were performed within agredeed timeframe. Communication was professional and clearly understood the cost and job to be performed..
