Excellent customer service! We found a car for our son on their website. We are from Kansas. Called ahead to see if they would put it on a lift and take some videos of it to make sure our 300 plus mile drive would be worth it. By 10 am the next day the videos were sent. We made the drive and 2 hours after getting to their lot my son was driving away in his car. It was his 17th birthday and they made sure to surprise him with a bow on top. Many pictures were taken. 2021 Dodge Durango review
I awaited the order date for this vehicle for over a year. When the first day of placing orders arrived, I sped to my dealer for the opportunity to make the order, since each dealer was limited to very, very few orders. Four months later, it arrived. As I approached the dealership, several people, both customers and sales personnel, were gathered around my 710 Durango Hellcat. The vehicle was the focus of everyone's attention. When I approached my vehicle and made known that it was mine, quite a few onlookers were shocked to see that such a truck had been ordered by a 75 year "young" woman. Being a "hot car" buff since 16 years of age, this vehicle is the ultimate. Everyone agreed that my body paint selection was perfection: black with wide black matte stripes outlined with narrow red stripes. Along with my 2008 Pontiac Solstice GXP convertible stick- shift, what more do I need? Just a footnote: NASTY is part of my license plate reading.

2018 Dodge Journey review
My vehicle has been pretty good up until two weeks ago , September 9, 2022. I experienced a no start situation with the vehicle towed to the dealership and the dealership has no idea what’s happening or watt they report bad battery no charge etc. I’m suspecting that the PCM has a bad chip due to a recall that was performed supposedly in 2018. I don’t believe my vehicle was recalled and have not received a recall notice from Chrysler Corp. so now I’ve got a dead vehicle in the shop the dealership has no concept of what’s happening and the service writer seems to be not knowledgeable enough to research the problem.

2016 Dodge Journey review
I bought this car with 70,000,when it was one year old. It has been very reliable, I still use it and I am at 250,000 miles right now. I did have to do a transmission repair at about 150,000, and I do have a small oil pan leak right now at 250,000. Both of these fixes are not unusual for the number of miles they have. I use it for my every day commute of about 50 miles/ day, and have traveled all over the US with it and used it as a ride share vehicle for a period. So I will say I am very happy with the overall purchase and reliability of the vehicle. It has been great for my family of 5.

2025 Dodge Durango review
I recently rented a 2023 Dodge Durango GT RWD for a summer-family vacation. I was impressed by its smooth ride, comfort, and overall refinement. The SUV felt economical yet luxurious, with surprisingly wide interior space. I particularly appreciated the third-row seating, which was designed thoughtfully to provide ample legroom without increasing the vehicle’s overall length. After this excellent experience with the rental car in Florida, I’ve decided to buy a new Durango GT Plus AWD. I really like it and believe it will remain a trusted companion for a long time—more enduring than the average vehicle.

I took the offer, because I'd done my research and I knew it was a reasonable offer. Very nice staff, it's got the feel of an old time family business where deals are made with handshakes. 2021 Dodge Durango review
I researched a lot of 7-seater SUVs before deciding on a 1 year old Durango... we needed something that could haul our 5 kids and also double as a commuter car with good cargo space for my husband, who travels to construction job sites all over the place. We both love our RAM trucks (mine is the 2500 horse hauler), so Dodge was a natural choice for us, but we opted for the V6 model for better gas mileage than our Hemis. The Durango did not disappoint!! I've seen other reviews complaining about the power of the SXT... what do you honestly expect, people?! It's a 3-row SUV, a V6 simply can't put out the HP to move it like the Hellcat would (ohh, that one must be sweet!!). That being said, we're still pleased with the performance... which is impressive for a vehicle of this size. It still hauls @ss and handles like a dream, and we live on a ranch in the Rockies so good handling on mountain roads in all manner of nasty weather conditions is an absolute MUST for us. You can tell the Durango is modeled on the Challenger chassis so it's basically a race car of an SUV, even in the V6 model. Do yourself a favor and splurge on some d@mn good all-season tires like Michelin LTX for optimum performance in any road conditions. We've been very impressed with the fuel economy, it does well - even with my husband rallying up and down the mountain and dusting people left & right on his daily commute. Haha! That's one advantage over the V8 models, which guzzle gas as bad as our big RAM trucks. We even run it with the Eco Boost turned off, and often in Sport mode. One thing my husband's not fond of is the fact that there is only one special jack included... and no mounts for floor jacks or jack stands. A second jack from the dealer is almost $300. So husband spent some time in his metal shop to fab an adapter for a second scissor jack, so he could rotate tires and change the oil. It's a non issue if you take your car in for service, but if you're the type to wrench on your own vehicles, it's something to bear in mind. Interior design is nice... the only small beef I've got is the 2nd row seat backs fold down, but the whole seat doesn't fold up to more easily access the 3rd row. It's not an issue for our kids clambering over, but it could be awkward for an adult. So the little ones go in the back. Overall, we're really pleased with our Durango SXT - even for the base model, it's got enough whistles and bells to keep us happy, and an impressive performance to economy ratio. Definitely worth every penny of the purchase price, and it's a vehicle we'll keep for a very long time.

My husband and I were so overwhelmed with our car search and were worried coming here may be just one more example of the sleazy used car salesman trope--we could not have been more wrong!! Joseph listened attentively to what mattered most to us in functionality, comfort, and price, and helped us to find many options that would be a good fit for us. We had a list of some we were interested in and he recommended some others that would fit the ticket well. He was so patient and informative as we test drove countless cars! Seriously, this guy is like a walking car encyclopedia! But also, isn't afraid to look something up if he's not sure, which rarely happens. It felt like car shopping with your cool uncle who knows everything about cars and is looking out for you. Can't recommend enough asking for Joseph when you need your next car!! He can pull almost any car from another Autonation location, so it's worth going here to work with him even if it's out of your way or doesn't have the car you think you might want! We wound up not finding our vehicle within the Autonation inventory, but still wanted to go out of our way to leave a review for Joseph because he made that much of an impact! A great ally in the stressful, overwhelming process of a big purchase :)
2014 Dodge Dart review
So I bought this car with no intention of owning it long... but now I love it! Have the SE with the 2.0 (which I read with the 6 spd is most reliable). My only complaint is that it could have more power for maneuvering into traffic... that said it's getting me 37+ mpg going 80 and even over mountain passes. It has great weight distribution and corners almost as well as my bmw 3 series did thanks to the Alpha Romeo chassis. The shifts are smooth - even in high traffic freeway driving and over the mountain passes (maintains whatever speed I want over the passes as well). It's comfortable on long drives - have a 5 hour drive 2x per month. I kind of hate that I love it so much - but also a value shopper - so I take that it was so cheap to purchase into consideration. It only has 68k miles, so interested to see how it holds up in the long run... haven't had any issues at all with it over the past 12k miles I've owned it. It was well maintained by the original owners.

2024 Dodge Hornet review
After about a month of ownership, this is easily the most interesting car I’ve ever owned. It doesn’t feel like a typical Dodge at all, which is exactly why I bought it. The interior is genuinely nice, with soft-touch materials and real buttons where you actually want them. The driving experience is quick and responsive, and the plug-in hybrid system is perfect for short daily drives where I can stay in electric mode most of the time. What really stands out is how people react to it. Everyone assumes it’s something European, and when I tell them it’s a Dodge, there’s always a moment of confusion. It definitely feels more like an Alfa Romeo wearing a Dodge badge, in a good way. There are a few quirks. The app can be a little dramatic with old alerts, and you can tell it’s a newer platform still finding its footing. But nothing has impacted actual drivability. The car has been solid so far. The value is where this really shines. At the price I paid, it feels like I got way more car than expected. It’s fun, different, and doesn’t blend into the sea of generic crossovers. If you want something practical but still a little bit unique, this is worth a look. Also removed the dealership sticker immediately. I’m not providing free advertising.

2017 Dodge Durango review
Purchased my '17 DD GT with 25k miles on it. Have owned for around 4 years and now have 66k miles. Haven't had any issues. Routine maintenance only. Love the style and comfort. Interior seats are comfortable for long drives. Mine came with lifetime oil changes. Dealer support has been good (although we've only had oil changes so hard to say). I'm hoping this continues.

2011 Dodge Grand Caravan review
The Van handles well with cargo loads, drives smooth has good acceleration with plenty of power. It has been well balanced on gas I use the van for electrical I mostly do residential so not a ton of equipment needed to carry but it can hold its own.

2020 Dodge Grand Caravan review
I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

2024 Dodge Hornet review
I’ve had my 2024 Hornet GT for over 2 years now and I could not be happier! I’m just short of 28,000 miles. Love the sporty Dodge design with some Italian flair from its Alfa Romeo sister vehicle the Tonale. The standard all wheel drive is great along with a long list of standard features like blind spot monitor, parking sensors, lane keep assist, advanced brake assist, traffic sign recognition, 10.25 inch screen w/ wireless car play, etc. Quite the value for a car that starts at $32k! Highly recommend it to anyone!

If you want the best modern Muscle car look no further the Challenger is it. Since the 60’s and 70’s the challenger hasn’t changed much unlike the Mustang and Camaro. I would like to start off by saying that my family and I have been long-time customers of Autonation Subaru. Our experience has always been excellent. Monday evening, I upgraded my 2024 Forester Lease to a 2026 Crosstrek Wilderness. Our experience started out as expected. However, it took an unfortunate turn after the transaction was complete. The details are not important because Kwabena, one of your sales managers, did a phenomenal job hearing my concerns and resolving the issues. I wanted to provide a list of all the exceptional things he did to address my concerns. He began our conversation by honoring my request to meet in an office so it could be a professional environment away from other customers. He provided an additional manager to participate in our conversation. I appreciated this from a school administrator perspective because I require the rule of 3 for my school leaders. He was genuinely invested in my concerns; while he assured me that my concerns would be addressed, he maintained professionalism towards the individual at the root of my concerns and did not disparage him in our conversation. When I arrived, it was very busy. One of my challenges was that I left my prescription glasses in the glasses holder on the windshield. While the sales associate I worked with communicated on 2 separate occasions that he was too busy to help me, Kwabena personally went to the secondary lot to retrieve them. He also addressed my other concerns and found solutions immediately. One of the solutions required a return trip to the dealership today. Even though Kwabena was off the day of the service, he ensured that the entire matter was communicated so that the necessary actions could be taken today to resolve the matter. I am sending this email of appreciation and as a leader myself, I know that it is important to hear that you can trust your other leaders. Have full confidence that Kwabena is phenomenal at his job! I am also sending this email because I respect the relationship and time invested over the last 7 years by both the employees of Autonation and my family. As a result of Kwabena's exceptional efforts, I am electing to forego submitting my feedback survey on my purchasing experience. I believe survey feedback should be honest and transparent. I also know that an organization should not receive a disparaging surveys when something goes wrong if a company manages it in the manner that Kwabena did. In closing, please express my deep appreciation to Kwabena for his efforts.
2023 Dodge Durango review
I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

2008 Dodge Sprinter review
These vans are better built than the competition. Granted Sprinters require a higher level of maintenance and a mechanic who is experienced with these vans. Also parts will cost more but they will outlast any other van if properly maintained.
