2022 Nissan Pathfinder review
I got a great deal on a used 2022 SL in green. Selling price just under 25k because it was a rental turn in at just about 50k miles. Certified and with special warranty, I have another 4 years and 50k miles of full bumper to bumper. I wasn't concerned about the mileage as I work at home so mainly wanted a comfortable SUV to run around town and take on road trips. Everything works for me on this as I am not too savvy with the newer cars with all the touch screens and menus as they seem to fail. The 3.6 L engine has plenty get up and go and gas mileage is fantastic. Can't understand all the negatives on here. Maybe being closer to 55 and liking buttons over touch screens is the key.

2016 Honda Accord review
I did some serious research and decided a Honda Accord Coupe built from 2015 to 2020 with the big V6 was a great car to buy used if I could find one with low enough mileage. I found one in Florida using Carvana that only had 29,600 miles on it. It helped that the car also has about all the neat accessories Honda put on 2016 high end Accords. The car is pretty and quick and comfortable. Three important boxes get checked out front. I love the car.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon in service at Herb Chambers Jaguar, and I can't recommend him highly enough! After purchasing a vehicle through online, I found myself in a bit of a predicament when an issue arose with my car. The hassle of dealing with a third-party warranty was already daunting, but when I discovered that the warranty online car service claimed was valid had actually expired, I felt overwhelmed. They just use carfax for their data. However, my experience at Herb Chambers Jaguar completely turned that around. Brandon and the team were incredibly professional and understanding. The dealership's manager went above and beyond, allowing for a diagnostic despite the warranty situation, which truly eased my worries. When the coolant light indicator came on, I knew I had to address it immediately, and I'm so glad I went to Jaguar. Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. If you're looking for a dealership that knows the ins and outs of their business and has a great team, look no further than Herb Chambers Jaguar. I have now purchased five vehicles from this dealer - 4 CR-Vs and one Accord. Basically I find them to be honest and trustworthy. I do think they low ball the trade in offers they make and price their cars a bit higher than something like Kelly Blue Book would suggest. But their location is convenient, service is good and sales people are reasonably responsive. I had two minor problems with the Certified CR-V I recently purchased but after some diligent tracking of the sales person, both were fixed promptly and at no cost.

2021 Subaru Crosstrek review
Love the car… bigger than a car but smaller than a regular suv… has really good git… can pick up speed fast … also really good in snowy conditions… also love the lights that adjust to whatever you need at the moment without touching any buttons… would recommend this car 10 out of 10… I got the limited edition which means leather seats and more sensors/cameras on the outside which I love… the only complaints I have is the sun visors are pretty small and barely give enough sun blockage … the other thing is the cruise control only shifts every 5 miles backwards or forwards whenever you want to speed or slow down.

2026 GMC Acadia review
This car has all the features of most higher priced luxury cars. Very quiet ride and super comfortable seats and a large display screen for showing driving directions and those are also on the front dashboard next to the speedometer. I bought the Elevation version and it comes with a rear hitch.

2018 Audi Q7 review
I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

But the dealership went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. Timothy Klingenberger specifically was a DREAM to work with and someone I now call a true friend. He had my best interest in mind from start to finish. I can’t usually say that about any car dealership. Tim provided detailed photos and videos of the car, ensuring I could make an informed decision from a distance. The condition of the Porsche was exactly as described, and when it arrived, it was even better than expected—immaculate, with every feature working flawlessly. It was clear that the car had been meticulously cared for, and the quality of the vehicle far surpassed anything I’ve ever experienced in a used car. Not to mention and without my asking Tim included a second key fob at no additional ask or charge to ensure I had two as it would have come with when purchased new. The delivery process itself was smooth and efficient. The car arrived on time, in pristine condition, and with a full inspection report included. It was evident that the team cared about customer satisfaction and that they were willing to put in the extra effort to ensure I was thrilled with my purchase. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and customer care Tim gave me from start to finish. I’ve owned several high-end cars, but this was by far the most seamless and satisfying purchase I’ve ever made and I can be picky. 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 review
If you get this truck , you need sulastic shocks . You’ll thank me later. No more bouncing and hitting your head on the ceiling. That is the single complaint I have. Other than that it’s the best thing ever. Even with the low tech. I have 90k miles on my 2021 duramax and it drives like new.

2021 Dodge Durango review
I researched a lot of 7-seater SUVs before deciding on a 1 year old Durango... we needed something that could haul our 5 kids and also double as a commuter car with good cargo space for my husband, who travels to construction job sites all over the place. We both love our RAM trucks (mine is the 2500 horse hauler), so Dodge was a natural choice for us, but we opted for the V6 model for better gas mileage than our Hemis. The Durango did not disappoint!! I've seen other reviews complaining about the power of the SXT... what do you honestly expect, people?! It's a 3-row SUV, a V6 simply can't put out the HP to move it like the Hellcat would (ohh, that one must be sweet!!). That being said, we're still pleased with the performance... which is impressive for a vehicle of this size. It still hauls @ss and handles like a dream, and we live on a ranch in the Rockies so good handling on mountain roads in all manner of nasty weather conditions is an absolute MUST for us. You can tell the Durango is modeled on the Challenger chassis so it's basically a race car of an SUV, even in the V6 model. Do yourself a favor and splurge on some d@mn good all-season tires like Michelin LTX for optimum performance in any road conditions. We've been very impressed with the fuel economy, it does well - even with my husband rallying up and down the mountain and dusting people left & right on his daily commute. Haha! That's one advantage over the V8 models, which guzzle gas as bad as our big RAM trucks. We even run it with the Eco Boost turned off, and often in Sport mode. One thing my husband's not fond of is the fact that there is only one special jack included... and no mounts for floor jacks or jack stands. A second jack from the dealer is almost $300. So husband spent some time in his metal shop to fab an adapter for a second scissor jack, so he could rotate tires and change the oil. It's a non issue if you take your car in for service, but if you're the type to wrench on your own vehicles, it's something to bear in mind. Interior design is nice... the only small beef I've got is the 2nd row seat backs fold down, but the whole seat doesn't fold up to more easily access the 3rd row. It's not an issue for our kids clambering over, but it could be awkward for an adult. So the little ones go in the back. Overall, we're really pleased with our Durango SXT - even for the base model, it's got enough whistles and bells to keep us happy, and an impressive performance to economy ratio. Definitely worth every penny of the purchase price, and it's a vehicle we'll keep for a very long time.

2023 Mazda CX-50 review
Have the 2025 CX-50 in white premium addition. Often think whether I should have bought the turbo as I wish I had some more power, but I didn’t want to give our insurance a reason to hike rates. It gets the job done and in style. Interior is nicely finished but I’ve experienced many little rattles from instrument cluster, A pillar, mounted Bose speakers, etc. lots of felt tape was needed to mitigate. Technology is the major con here. Constantly have to reconnect Bluetooth so I just plug it in now all the time. Wireless phone charger never works - it overheats seemingly after two minutes and stops working. At times the tailgate buttons seem to get confused and don’t know what you’re asking it to do. And the way the doors all lock / unlock together can be frustrating and I’ve learned that it depends on how many times you hit the disarm / unlock button on the key fob. Finally, memory seats never worked since buying it new, and I’m too lazy to bring it in all day for that. I like the car but I’m not sure I’ll get into another one after my time is up with it.

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

2025 Toyota Camry review
Excellent gas mileage! The 2025 Toyota Camry LE model is a very smooth ride. Sporty get up and go and very agile. The driver's seat is difficult to find the best comfort for long drives. Storage space is minimal, but I found add-ons that were a perfect fit. Bottom line.... a car you can trust that pays itself off at the pump!

2020 Kia Rio review
I rolled my 2002 P T Curser and needed to get another car so I wanted to get a Kia Ive never heard of a Reo nor had i ever seen one. The car lot pulled out the Reo and after i drove it I fell in love with it so far it runs great no problems good gas milage. I have only had the car for a month tho so time will tell.

What criteria do you have in shopping your next used vehicle? 1. You want to buy a used car that is believed to be absolutely trouble free (Equivalent to a certified grade). 2. You are ok to buy a car at a fair market price (You are not trying to find a steal deal or to negotiate a price). 3. You hate sales pitch. Then go to Carmax. This is my best advice based on my past car buying experiences with all sorts of car dealers. You can't go wrong with Carmax if the above three are your criteria. Carmax set an extremely high standard in their car reconditioning protocols. Carmax certification is as good as manufacturer's certifications. Meanwhile, you will be discouraged if you come to Carmax in hope to find a steal deal, because all of their cars are priced RIGHT, and they never give you a room to negotiate over the price. This means that they don't play games, and they don't let you play games, either. They are fair. You have to be fair, too. A good news is, they don't try to steal your money. So don't try to steal theirs. However, I have one serious advice: Get pre-approved by a local credit union before coming to Carmax. While Carmax too does offer financing, their repayment rule has a catch. Say your monthly payment was set to $100. If you put $500 at once, you expect that the extra $400 would automatically go to principal payment, right? Not with Carmax financing. Instead, the first $300 goes to the three upcoming monthly payments, and only the remaining $200 will go to principal payment. If you intend to pay off your auto loan quick, this repayment rule that they set up is a deal breaker. A good thing is, they will gladly let you use your credit union financing; they won't pressure you into choosing their financing service. Good luck, and never go back to liars that live in the rest of the world.
