Cincinnati Cadillac review
Working with Brandon Ozier was a good experience purchasing a used CT6. It was done quickly - 5 days start/finish. I came from out of town and he accommodated my schedule. The negotiation was fair. The car’s detailing was done poorly by a 3rd-party prior to my arrival - Brandon worked to fix it himself. I appreciate the good sales experience.

Cincinnati Cadillac review
Found a SRX on Cars.com and did a search of the dealership website and sent a request for more information. I received a response quickly about the vehicle I was inquiring about from Greg Schwalbach. I felt comfortable with what he told me that I booked a flight from Texas to go look at the SRX. I told Greg I would take a uber to the dealership from the airport, but he insisted that they could pick me up. Greg was on time to pick us up and was never pushy about the sale. Did run into a small hiccup but Greg and the manager were quick to address the issue and correct it on the spot and do the right thing. That speaks volume of the character of the dealership and the whole team that work at this dealership. I have visited many different dealerships especially Cadillac ones in the past month and this is the best one because of the people. The finance manager was quick and explained all the options. Made the drive back to Texas and the family loved the new car.

Porsche of Kings Auto Mall review
Thank you to Mike Gerber for great customer service in the purchase of my new 718 Cayman. I absolutely love the car! We had to negotiate a bit, but it was a quick and easy process overall. Mike is a straight-shooter, super pleasant, and he made the experience positive. I would highly recommend Porsche of Kings Auto Mall for any interested buyers. Ask for Mike, and he'll take great care of you. They have an awesome selection of cars and are also willing to help find exactly what you want. Looking forward to adding my next Porsche to the collection. Thanks again guys!

Daniel C and Elvis, the sales manager. were great to deal with. They made a new car / trade in purchase simple.
2026 Toyota bZ review
Toyota decided to get serious with their electric compact suv over their earlier version. Lowered the price making it competitive with all others in this class. Also making it now competitive is the increase in driving range, the XLE AWD model gets a significant boost with a 288 mile range. In addition the horsepower on the XLE AWD increased to 338 providing 0-60 in the middle 4 second range… that’s head snapping power. Also, major improvements were addressed to the charging system… now able to charge significantly faster and it comes using the NACS (North American Charging Standard) outlet connection for faster charging ( (originally called the Tesla charging connection). I personally enjoy driving the bZ around town but also on major roads. It runs quietly as an electric should but also isolates road noise. The instrument panel is different but coming from driving my plug in hybrid Prius Prime I’m used to different. I trust Toyota overall quality over all other manufacturers whether the vehicle is a traditional combustible gas engine or now electric.

This is my fourth Volkswagen and my second time buying from Kings VW. I drive out of my way to go to Kings because of their awesome knowledgeable sales staff and great selection. My last experience was the best car buying experience ever. So naturally when it came time to buy my next vehicle, I went straight to Kings Volkswagen.

Purchased New VW ID4and love it. Nick the salesman at Ann Arbor Volkswagen was just amazing. Highly recommended purchasing a vehicle there. Ryan the sales manager went out of his way to make sure I was happy. You don’t find people that care in car dealerships anymore, but they definitely do here at Ann Arbor.

Robert my salesman was incredible in helping me. Took his time out of multiple days to make sure that my experience was everything it needed to be… I honestly have never had such good service from a dealership before. I was in a bad situation with my old car and they acted out of good faith to help me get into a new car safe for my child and I, even with not the greatest credit score! I appreciate this dealership more than you’ll ever know and we will be back for future cars !!

Cincinnati Cadillac review
I bought a certified used 2015 Cadillac and worked with Brandon Oxier, what a delightful young man to deal with. I was extremely pleased with the offer for my trade in and the whole process was pretty much no-stress. The car I purchased was priced on-point and competitive with all the research I did. Given that this car is 10 years newer than my previous car, there is a lot of new technology to learn. Anytime I have a question Brandon is more than happy to get on the phone with this old dog and walk me through the new tricks. Buying certified also has given me additional perks with Cadillac ownership, so I'm very pleased with the car, the dealer and the dealership.
2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ review
Very responsive and comfortable car. You feel on top of the world. The features are great. The car rides as if it knows what you want to do. The massage chair is so worth it when you are in traffic or have long commute. This car is made for people who enjoy luxury but don’t want to pay for the high gas.

2026 Chevrolet Equinox EV review
This is my first EV but I've owned three PHEV's before this vehicle. This is the most comfortable and best riding vehicle I've ever owned and that includes a Mercedes. I looked briefly at a Tesla before this and can't understand why anyone would want to buy a car that has a dash that looks like someone glued an ipad in the middle and called it good. The Equinox has a wrap around touch screen dash and all of the functions are easy to navigate to and self explanatory. It also has separate push button HVAC controls, which makes it nice for winter driving with gloves on.

Porsche of Kings Auto Mall review
I am a longtime customer. This is where you need to get your car serviced. New car sales is great as well, no pestering nor any stereotypical behaviors. Clean and simple.
2026 Porsche Cayenne review
Beautiful car -wanted a luxury vehicle that would withstand everyday driving. Very well made and checked all the boxes. Spoke to all the German repair mechanics I could and they all said if you buy German buy Porsche. Not cheap tho

Rob has helped us with two cars this year. He listens to the customer and their needs. When you visit this dealership, ask for Rob! Nick, from the finance department, helped us this time. He was awesome too! However, I can?t say to ask for Nick because both of their finance people at this location are amazing. Prepared, quick working, and doesn?t dwell on paperwork or trying to sell more. Long story short, you?re in good hands.

It was fast and easy buying experience. They fix the problem with the car we decided to buy. I would highly recommend shopping there. Great sales staff!
2026 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
Keenan, Jason, and Hector were fantastic to deal with Great car buying experience super laid-back and they made it fun. We’ll definitely be going back here for our next Ford. I can’t not give these guys five stars. But speaking of Hector, he was the only finance guy for two dealership. He ran his butt off to get everyone signed and did it with a smile. Thanks again guys.

Bob Pulte Chevrolet review
The purchase of my new Chevrolet was an excellant experience. The salesman was attentive to our needs and found just the right vehicle for me. He was helpful and walked me through the process with no difficulty. Amazing! This is our 5th vehicle from Jesus at Bob Pulte Chevrolet and my friend is already working on the 6th new car purchase.
2027 Chevrolet Bolt review
I think this is a great car for the money. Drives very well and very impressed by acceleration. Others complain about GM not allowing carplay but doesn't bother me. I got sirius for $4 but even without it my phone works through the system. Charges quickly on 240 volt. In short highly recommend.
