The car is awesome and fun to drive! The only downfall is that the car would be even better if the mileage would be at 300 per charge. I would buy this car again if I was to buy another vehicle. This is my first EV and as a result I am impressed as i have driven a Rivian and Tesla before. Those are fun EVs as well but the Polestar 2 hugged me with supreme fit. I am 6'2", 215 lbs and I had no issues with getting in and out of the Polestar front seats. The backseats, not so fitting. :-) All in all i would recommend this Polestar 2 EV!

I am in the market soon for a used Nissan Leaf i have checked out how i can refurbish the battery packs over time and slowly bring back the range spending 200 a month buying the refurbished battery packs on ebay for 50 bucks each .. 4 a month and in a year you will have a brand new battery for a lot less than dealers or repair shops will charge you.. it is something YOU can do with a volt meter and a wrench ..

Julie the service representative is always excellent. But now I have a vibration in the front of the car after getting to 50 miles an hour. Not sure why but if I bring the car in it is going to cost my another 3k every time I bring the car in it cost me 3k or more.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

The customer service received rivaled and surpassed any that you would receive at any Big brand luxury Dealership. Our purchase was reasonable and at fair market value. All of the cars are in pristine condition, so the search for one vehicle could have you challenged in selecting just one. We purchased a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 4 Matic that had just been received and had several inquiries already. The experience with Murad was wonderful, a true salesman who put us at ease with his cheerful and comical personality. These reviews are so surprising. It seems the newer cars are treated better than the older models, which is not good. I bought my Accent at Alexandria Hyundai, used, but not serioiusly (4,000) miles. Each appointment was different as far as customer service. Sometimes it was ready early, sometimes much later than promised, and other times right on time. The trick is not to leave a message with the receptionist or someone else in maintenance. Go right to the dealership manager. If they are not available right then, ask again and again to see the manager until you see them. Remember this is Covid-19 season. All services are delayed or forgotten from time to time. Services are overbooked and tempers are frayed. As far as MY Accent? Everything was taken care of, I got phone calls, the manager was so helpful and I will be replacing my Accent within the year for a newer model. I bought my beautiful 2007 light blue car with 4,000 miles. I now have 104,044 miles and the car runs like a champ! I've gotten major, expected repairs done on time and oil changes faithfully.. Don't give up on Alexandria Hyundai. Just know who to talk to. Like any other business. You'll get more accomplished with the Managers. If not, change dealers - just make sure to give them a chance to make it better. Happy New Year!

1 month in and really enjoying the car. Very comfortable and quiet. The ride is smooth and pretty responsive for a true 3 rom suv. Charging has been easy and can use any fast charging stations. Home charge is very easy. Set the time, plug it in and all charged by morning. The range is holding pretty true. Using air-conditioning and cooling seats on the highway will drop the estimated range but I still did 270 miles I am 6'5" and I can fit in the 3rd row and have someone my size in front of me. The electronics are all their and using the auto hold a lot.

$35/month bump in electric bill, $220/month saved in gas. Smooth ride, all the modern touches. Took a bit of getting used to not having a spare tire, but I could lug one around if it was a deal breaker. (The flat repair kit and roadside service say it isn't.) Love the adaptive cruise control, but sometimes it gets fooled when I move into a turn lane, so I tap the brake before that move. I rarely commute more than 50 miles a day, so no issue with charge. Took a 380 mile round trip and had no issue planning the ride to meet a Level 3 charger en route at lunch time. There are numerous apps for that. I added a home Level 2 fast charger for under 1k, and jumped on a discounted rate plan, so it's always at 80% when I get up in the morning. I like this car much more than I thought I would.

I did some research before going to UAC and everyone lived up to the reviews that I read. It was great family atmosphere and I felt like I knew them for ages. When I walk in the door with no appointment I was greeted by Baker who was very professional and polite. I informed him about the car that I was interested in and he gave all the details, Carfax information and explained all components from the beginning until I left. Finance went extremely smooth I was in and out. It’s no words that I can explain about Jessica like I said early I felt like I known her for years. She treated me more like friend/family not just like a customer. Jessica was extremely accurate with numbers and we discussed the payment and interest rate that will suit me. The car is a floating couch it’s so comfy! The tech is so cool and the big screen gets compliments all the time. Once you get use to its little quirks it’s an awesome car. I wish it charged a little quicker had better speakers and was a little more powerful but those three are fair trade offs for the value and comfort. Looks super cool too my nephew calls it a space car haha.. Good job Chevy!

I feel I must update my review from last month as Kia finally replaced the Power Relay Assembly and everything works perfectly now! Lucky that it presented as AC not blowing cold air. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive. We're planning a long road trip over Thanksgiving looking forward to using the Tesla supercharging network.
